hello my self dr rushik darji.my mobile number is [protected].i have order lava iris x1 white and gold price 5823 + 175 insurance total payable amount is 5998 on date of 04/12/2014 time 23:24:29 Order Reference -OMLIYFCOJ and order id-5786. after my order can not dispatching and also not give any kind of information of my order and tracking id number.then after i disappointed and cancel my order and request for refunding on date of 29/12/2014 time 20:31:28 they accept for refund request and processed on refund request.still on date of 30/1/2015 my money get not refunding n when i call at customer care of mulyashop.com they say 1st time in week get refunding then after say maximum 12 working days to go for refund after 12 day its not refunding and say 1 week and 3 days and 4 days they only giving time and go away from responsibility. on date of 30/1/2015 they could not get any kind of respond i have also mail their website, customer car, and web master kevin pinto but none of them are replying me and don’t give any kind of response. so please give help full to me for my complaints

No option for zero rating that's why i am giving single star. You people may be attracted to this site because of the lowest price in internet( OMG ! At last you have found an e-commerce site after some hours of effort to get your dearest product at some cheapest rate even when compared with prices in reputed online shopping sites.). That's what they wanted ! You can easily create an account in this site (you feel comfortable. indeed ! )You feel easy to pay. You are happy to see the secure internet payment through ICICI payment channel. You get confirmation message 'Thank You for Shopping with Us.Payment accepted' in your history and in your email ID.[ THAT'S IT. THE GAME IS OVER !! FINISHED !!! ] You start dreaming about your product (lasting up to 1 week). You start doubt about the site. Every day logging into mulyashop.com and take history sheet and found no sign of shipping your order. You start putting comment under the history. You get no response. You send emails to their customer support ID. Nothing make difference.At last you see the customer care help number. When you call the number either it just ring or you lose money every time you call because they have put the number in auto answering mode. THEN YOU REALIZE THAT YOUR ARE CHEATED, JUST LIKE ME !! Have a happy shopping time !

I have ordered Micromax Canvas Nitro A310 (Blue) vide reference no.77834 order no WNWSHWFED on 25th Nov 2014 through Mulya Shopping Pvt Ltd. (Mulyashop.com). I have not yet received any email or status of my order. Every time I used to call the customer care the phone number which they are on online will not work most of the time, if i get the connection, they will say from beginning and say excuses everytime and they are not willing to take action on my complaint and they will say they are sending request but nothing will happened and next time I call and they repeat the same without knowing anything from there end. Till last two months I have talked to the customer care executives are Rajesh, Mahadev, Ashwin, Deepa Balan, Rupan, Vinod, Deepa and Rekha but my problem not yet solved and till continues. I am worried and wondering if they can?t send me the product then at least they can refund my deposit money i.e Rs. 10, 174/- which is my half months salary. I am also keep writing emails to their email address [protected]@mulyashop.com, [protected]@mulyashop.com, [protected]@mulyashop.com. In this only one email address is working. Neither they will not respond nor they will not talk. I am saying why they are troubling customer like me till two months. Two weeks before I had cancelled and if I talk to the customer care they will say they just making fool and they do not know anything like that behaving, this was happened to me and I had requested several time to solve my problem but nothing has happened so far. There contact number earlier was [protected] and now[protected]. They always tried to change their number. This is quite often. I would appreciate kindly please solve my case and kindly refund the my deposit of Rs.10, 174/- . In my life I had made big mistake by ordering mobile through online. I am trying to contact your contact numbers it always busy and recently contacted them they are saying they will send it and you will get the product. I just want to know why you are troubling people like us if you can't give the product please refund the amount, we will purchase from somewhere else. This is really cheating small customer like us. My mobile was faulty for long time i was thought of buying for long time and i have ordered through my credit card. Till now i have not got the product. After keeping the money for a long time, now they will say the product is out of stock and they will play again for the refund. I have online purchase a Mobile phone Lava Iris 406Q (White) from mulyashop.com vide Order ref. no. WIWTWLWOA on dated 24.12.2014 of Rs. 4, 534/- & I pay with my Axis Bank Credit card. After 02 week I have not received my product & as per customer care the product is not shipped up to 08.01.2015 Then I have request for cancel my order & refund the amount On the date 08.01.2014 But till date 24.01.2015 I have not refund my amount. Please resolve my problem soon.

This site http://mulyashop.com/ booked my Order ID : IBATUMVIJ on 26th November 2014. Whole payment paid in advance. After that no product delivered or not refunding money till date, After so long follow up by me i want to complain against this fraudulent company.

I have ordered Lenovo A369i mobile on 25/12/2014 and paid Rs. 3194/- up to 15/01/2015 I have not received my delivery and then I have cancelled my order and demand for refund and they said your refund will be credited in your account but till today i.e. 21/01/2015 I have not received my refund. I placed an order on 5th January and till today it's not shipped nor canceled.somany times i call to customer care and send message to this site but they send we answer as soon as possible.I don, t get any effective response.so i want my product immediately or my money back.

I have booked order on 23rd December -2014 but after 7 days they not dispatched my product. so i fill this company is totally fraud and that why i have ask them to cancel my order and for that i have called approximate 20 times. and lots of time i have request for refund but very poor answer from customer care and they are given time of 7 days again and again but no result. i have told them that i will go to consumer court than they have intimate me about my refund. They replied my on my id that after 7-10 days you will gate refund and this intimation they have gave me on 3rd January. Today i have called but same stupid answer that "We are checking about your refund". so i have decided to go consumer court as well as cyber crime cell to launch FIR. guys we all have to make complaint in against of this fraud company.
