Dear Concerned,

I write in reference to E-challan Ref No. NVMCM[protected] dated 01.05.2021 which was received by me.

I have gone thru the E-challan details and the Images attached in the E-challan. The E-challan is wrongly issued against my vehicle. My Vehicle No. is MH43BH8653

Whereas, It is seen that the E-challan is issued for Vehicle No. MH46BH8653.

I request you to cancel the E-challan against my Vehicle & issue it to concerned.

I have been requesting from 2 months to remove incorrect E-challan.

Please please remove the E challan from the application. The car shown in the picture is not mine.

I am attaching the pictures again.

The images in the challan are of a red car.
The confusion is because the car number in the image is MH05DS6823.
Which is looking like 6023 in the image.

Hello Sir this is umesh mali. & i received wrong challan of someone else on my contact no. So plz resolve issue & send challan to concern person.

Sir the above echallan has been due to parking at bus stop.

Just to bring at notice that this busstop has been closed down and the bus route had been changed 2 years back and there is no bus running.

Request you to kindly reverse the challan

It's been observed that there are two times fine has been charged for wrong side driving, which is totally wrong. Agreed for without Helmet and broken number plate, other are totally wrong.

I went to the grocery store at 10:18 am in the morning to pick up the goods from my area

The traffic police forcefully stopped me, then checked my license And after that i show my license also he started asking for money from me 500 and Saying this Lockdown Challan I said that I am going to get grocery in my area,
In the government's advisory, I was allowed from 7am to 11 am for essential things, Even after that, challan the name of Lockdown from me.

I Request to Mumbai Traffic Police Remove my False Challan.

I wore masks and helmets and everything. You can also see in the photo of Challan.

I have been issued wrong chalan for my vehicle no MH01BF0686.
My vehicle is black Maruti Desire.
The challan no : MUMCM[protected] DATED 29.03.2021 issued to me having vechicle no : MH01BF0686 having black, tainted glasses.
As you can clearly see in the pics with the above mentioned challan that the vehicle make is Hyundai, White in color & number plate clearly shows MH01BF685.
Its a blunder on the part of traffic police for making such a mistake.
I demand an refund of the wrong amount being paid (Rs-200/-) via this challan & please double check the facts before issuing any notices / challans..

Dear Sir/Madam,

I received a challan (MBYCM[protected]) on 26th February 2021 on my vehicle MH04JV9770 (car) while my car was parked in my parking.

While going through the details of the challan and violation evidence image, I saw that the vehicle in question is a scooter with vehicle number MH04JY9770. It seems there was a typing mistake while issuing the challan and instead of 'Y', V was used while issuing the echallan.

I sent an email to [protected]@gov.in,
multimediacell.[protected]@mahapolice.gov.in and Echallan Helpdesk on March 1, 2021. I have made multiple follow ups and now It has been over 45 days but no action has been taken. Even I did not receive any acknowledgement from Echallan Helpdesk. I made several calls to the support helpline as well and everytime I am being told that they would follow up with the concerned team.

Request you to look into the issues and cancel my challan and issue it to the defaulter - scooter owner (MH04JY9770).

Wrong E challan received for my vehicle as on given date and time my bike is at my home and evidence picture is also not mine.

I have received an e challan no: MUMCM[protected] fine rs 500/-
but the image is not of my bike as my bike is activa 125 and in image it is enfield bullet, as far as my observation the bike in image is having regn number as MH-01-DM-3125 as of my bike regn number is MH-01-DN-3125 only the middle alphabet is different i.e: M and N
please chk and cancle my challan

E challan NVMCM[protected] is for bike --MH43AY1324 which is seen in e challan image but this challan is posted on scooter MH43AY1321.

I request you to please correct this mistake and cancel the challan on MH43AY1321 and please add this challan on MH43AY1324

Dear All,

Recently I have bought an scooter Honda Activa reg no. MH03DR2968 engine ending no. 2948 purchase date in month of March 2021 but a wrong challan has been issued last year June 2020 for some bike which was holding my number plate please get it fixed. I have attached the photo of violator bike which is having wrong number plate of my scooter.

My vehicle no is MH.01.DR.0794 got fined bymistakely and the fine was intiated in mumbai and my vehicle was in another place and the in the image its not my vehicle image and the vehicle image VEHICLE NO.is MH.01.DR.0797 the challan no. Is MUCCM[protected] DATE 05/04/2021 So you all plz clear the fine as soon as possible

It's been 2 times I have been fined wrong and that too without any violation images and at the time of fine my bike was in his parking, I have talked to traffic police about this, and they say we don't know etc, where should I go to resolve it, my vehicle no. Is MH 01 DH 5581, two fines of rs 700 and rs900 hav been put, solve this issue please, no rules violation images hav been found on these 2 below given images

I had parked my car no. MH03-DG-2895 at chembur opposite Ratna departmental store today at a place where parking is allowed and everyone parks their cars over there. The excuse given to me was that i was causing obstruction to traffic flow. The car was parked in a perfect manner and was not blocking any traffic flow. This behaviour is very unethical to take fines from people on any pretext. Kindly look into the matter and get the clamp removed as soon as possible.

My car no. Is MH43BP6050

But the image shared is of some truck with different no.

Have paid the bill but requesting for a refund as it is not just wrongly charged but also entirely different car and number plate.

I was driving in my car White Creta MH01DB 0172 yesterday 26/3/21 around 7 .15 pm night at Worli sea link and was entering the road to Worli when the signal was green and it turned orange after I entered the road
But I was flagged down by the 2 RTO officials man and lady even though I had not broken a signal .The photo was taken and I got a challan notice for Rs 200/- even though I did no break any signal .
When I continued saying that I had not broken the signal one of them said that there would be no fine it is just to tell that people are crossing and we should be careful when entering the main road but my husband received the challan after 5 minutes in his phone .
If law abiding citizens are made to pay fine even when they have done no wrong ., it shows the RTO in bad light .If target is to get fines for year end then the idea for stopping a lady who has not broken a signal just to extract a fine speaks very poorly of the RTO officers who were posted at the Worli seaface on 26 March 2021 at 7.15 pm .They were ignoring my pleas and just didn't bother and told lies that no fine is being levied .
The CC TV footage of breaking the signal may be shown to prove whether any signal was broken or not by me ..thereafter the challan may be cancelled and I may be intimated .
