Respected sir,
My goods carrier vehicle is Tata Ace(MH02ER0458).
I have found that by mistakly other person's charges are applied on my vehicle.
Actual person's vehicle number is (MH02ER4582).

Please find attachment of challan copy, my vehicle photo and other person's vehicle photo.

Please remove charges from my vehicle and apply it on actual vehicle.

The challan images show the number plate of the car as MH02EZ1669. Challan raised on me whereas my Car Number is MH02EZ1369. Please rectify error and raise challan on correct car and delete the entry against my car

On 15 jan around 11 o'clock near Dadar T.T. this car overtook our S.T. Bus No. 22 which prompted the Bus driver to take short break or put backward our Bus. But then this Car took left again & parked on the left & a guy entered in it. Our Bus continued moving in right.

The No of that car is MH 01 CH 6020 Take action!

I request you to look into the same as i am senior citizen and my son is admitted in hinduja hopital for treatment.

I have a complaint about false challan of jumping lights i took a left frm marine lines signal towards mantralaya their where traffic police they stopped me claiming i jumped the signal, but as per me i crossed the signal when it was green. I also told them the same they said no i broke the signal. I have a request there were cctv camera's on the signal if i can get a proof that i have jumped the signal than only ill pay the fine or else i wont. I am providing u the e-challan image. I need a response from you'll as i claim that when the lights were green i crossed the signal

I have been charged for not stoping before stop line.2 image has been attached but in all 3 images there is no proof that the bike was stopped after the stopping line.i am riding very carefully to avoid penalties.and also holding the liecense for the last 25 years.i am also attaching the pictures.please re check and cancel the challan or aend the correct pictures if i have voilated the traffic laws.

I have been charged with 2 Challans by Mumbai Traffic Police department. The details of the challans are as below:
1. Challan No.: MUMCM[protected] for Police Stop Violation, on 24th October 2020
2. Challan No. MUMCM[protected] for not wearing the helmet, on 3rd December 2020

Both the Challans which have been raised by Mumbai Traffic Police which are not pertaining to my vehicle. The said fact was immediately bought to the notice of the respective authority via e-mail at [protected]@mahatrafficechallan.gov.in and at multimediacell.[protected]@mahapolice.gov.in. Inspite of several rounds of explanation and follow-ups, the wrongly raised challans have not yet been reversed. Without going in to the merits of the case, I just receive a mail from the respective authority stating that the "Challan issued against your vehicle by an on-duty traffic police constable/officer & he is the witness of your said traffic rule violation, the on-duty traffic police constable/officer has also captured the image of your vehicle as an evidence". However, it is noteworthy to mention that, none of the image captured by the on-duty official against the above mentioned 2 challans are clear to claim that the vehicle under question is my vehicle. I have tried to explain this and have also shown my readiness to submit any other evidences in relation to the same. In the second case of the challan, it is clearly evident that, the vehicle captured by the on-duty official is different from my vehicle and to justify the same, I had attached the comparative evidences for the easy referral, too. But I found that the authority is simply ignoring the actual facts and concluding the matter in their favor in a haphazard manner, without any conclusive evidences from their end.

I therefore reach out to you and request you to assist me in this regard and help me reverse the wrongly raised challan against my vehicle relying on the non-conclusive evidences submitted by the Traffic Authority and the conclusive evidences submitted by me, in the attached file.

I have been charged INR 1000 for speed violation on the Nashik Highway: Challan# NKCCC[protected].

The speed limit states in the challan is 60kmph on the highway and my car was moving at 101kmph.

Sir, please tell me how can a highway have a speed limit of 60kmph. There were no notifications to slow down or maintain this speed limit. Request you to please cancel these charges.

Wrongly raised complaint challan no MUMCM[protected]

Date of incident: 10-Sep-2020

Full description: Due to a sudden engine failure in bike i made a halt at Dadar market beside road, One traffic police came took photo and applied a fine of driving without helmet. I never drive my bike without helmet.
Please say is it right?

Desirable resolution : Cancel the challan wrongly raised and give a satisfactory resolution

I am Lt Shivam Jadhav.
I bought classic 350 bike(MH 01 DN 5301) on 25 nov 19.
The vehicle was registered on 05 Dec 19.
I got an e challan of Aug 19.(I bought the bike 3 months later)
Further the photo proof shows a car number plate and a car parked In no parking.

Andherii West, plenty number of cars, bikes come from the wrong side to get in to the petrol pump / sahakar nagar .all this vehicles come from the Azad nagar lane.it creates lot of problem for senior citizens while walking and crossing the road.

We never travelled on Sunday - 27/12/2020, as my car was in my building

If you can please check the attached CCTV footage photo taken from Mumbai Traffic Police Portal is not of a my/any Wagon R Car, but is of Maruti white Ciaz Registration Nos. MH-02-EE-5545 (See attached RC details taken from App. mParivaahan)
I have also attached the photo of my Sliver Wagon R Car Registration Nos. MH-02-EE-9545, which will help to identify the correct vehicle
You can clearly see from the CCTV footage photo, the front side of car is not at all like any/my Silver WagonR car, note the front grill, fog lights, is not at all of a Wagon R car, which is my car ( MH-02-EE-9545, but of a different car, I presume it is a white Maruti Ciaz
So I assume you wrongly taken/charged my car Nos " Nos. MH-02-EE-9545 of my Wagon R Car instead of Nos. MH-02-EE-5545 (as in CCTV Photo)

Find attached the following details for your verification and checking
1.CCTV Footage taken from Mumbai Traffic Police Portal as details mentioned above
2. Photo My WagonR Car MH-02-EE-9545
3. Registration Details of the Ciaz Car (taken from the App mParivahan)
4. Pay Challan Slip for Rs. 1000/- as in the MumbAI Traffic Web for the fine,
I hereby request you the cancel/withdraw the above mentioned Car overspeeding fine of Rs. 1000/- for MH-02-EE-9545 immediately, and the same be charged to the other Car MH-02-EE-5545

10/01/2021 at the time 12.30 pm i am stop at goregaon signal after signal is green I drive to turn right to Aarey road and then I see ke traffic pollice to hands to stop the bike and I stop my bike they asking to me show your licence and all document and i am one to one showing and at the and all are documents and licence are valid . Then there was no option for challan . Then they told me you signal jump before what ever I am telling he is captured a photo of my vehicle fined for signal jumping.

On verifying the Image in Found That this is wrongly charged to My Car . I Own A Maruti Wagon R Model and the Image in the Challan has some other make .My Car No is MH-02-DS-2680.Let me know how this can be resolved . I have enclosed herewith the copy of the challan and the Image .

I have been wrongly charged, and the police man has wrongly raised a challen, as I crossed the signal properly, and he didn't clearly see, but didn't listen...

The said Challan for not wearing helmet is issued against me for my motorbike bearing No MH01CN0764.dated 21/12/2020
The above numbered bike is a make of Enfield.Classic Chestnut colour and the same vehicle is not in Maharashtra state since 9th November 2020, and now stationary at my home gurage at Thrissur Kerala.
Being so I went through the CCTV footages attached to the challan and found that the violated vehicle is not mine but one Numbered
MH 01CW 0764 . It is visible in its rear numberplate, and the front numberplate the alphabet 'W' is partially seen hence assumed a 'N' and challan is issued against my name.
I therefore request the above numbered challan issued against me kindly be withdrawn
