Dear Sir/Madam,

I had received below mentioned e-challans for the vehicle MH02 DR 7632 however the pictures shown in the evidence are of Honda Activa but I have Bajaj Avenger. It seems there is a mistake in entry by designated officials. Could you please also investigate if someone is using false number plate as this is 3rd time the e-challan has been generated.

Dear sir/ma'am
I was issued a challan for my scooter (challan no MUCCM[protected]) on the night of 6th november-7th November at 12:52 am for parking on 4, Dr. M. B. Raut road, Prabhat poultry lane, Shivaji park, Mumbai-28, outisde my residence. .
I believe the challan was wrongly issued and I would like to explain why

I had parked between two cars outside my house where I have been parking since I bought the vehicle.
There were 2 reasons mentioned for the challan and I would like to dispute them individually

1. Obstruction to flow of traffic:
I had parked in between 2 cars in a lane which is a dead end(ends on the beach).
At 12:52 am there was no traffic. There are cars parked by residents of this lane in the entire length of the lane but how is it possible that only
my scooter was causing the problem?
I have attached photographic evidence taken in daytime and the next night too.
That same evening a construction truck for the BMC work going on came and passed the entire lane and my scooter did not obstruct them so it is not possible for a car to get obstructed. The scooter was not jutting out and was parked at the same width of the car. There were gates on either side of the building where the cars could reverse and leave no car was being obstructed from leaving. I have attached photos of the same.
Our family scooter has been parked there since the last 30 years and never once has there been such a problem.
2. Disobeying a police officer
I would like you to note that I have never been stopped by a police office since I began driving. At 12:52 am I was fast asleep in my house so it is impossible for me to have even met a police officer, let alone argue or disobey one. My entire family was asleep and was shocked to see this issued in the challan.
I work in the COVID ICU of Sion hospital and I often come back late as per my shift. But I have never faced this problem. I was told by multiple police officers that it may be because some people may be sitting on my scooter drinking alcohol and the police officer assumed the scooter was owned by them and issued a challan. I refuse to pay a penalty for crimes committed by strangers. It is not my fault if people sit on strangers scooters to consume alcohol in the middle of the night.
As you can see in the attached video, my scooter was not obstructing anyone, it was a dead end lane and it was parked outside my building (Vinay kunj).
I went to Dadar police station, Parel traffic police cell, Shivaji park police station and Worli traffic police headquarters but my problem still could not be solved. Despite multiple attempts of searching, no police office could even find the name of the officer who issued the challan. I was told to pay it off but I refuse to pay for something I have not committed. I greatly respect police officers and the fact they I am accused of disobeying one is atrocious and unbelievable.
This has caused great distress to me and going to multiple police stations and trying to find the solution has taken a lot of time but no solution was found.
I request you to review my problem, the evidence submitted and resolve it as soon as possible.

Multimedia mumbai team are not doing their work. Azad maidan traffic Polish had created wrong challan for my two wheeler activa by mistakenly and they had convince their mistake and given the same in written form.

But multimedia are not cancelling my challan even after giving the written convince from azad maidan team. They are not giving proper answer. I m taking the follow up from may 2020. But still They not removed my challan from dashboard.

I have 4 wheeler vehicle no. MH47 A 2754 but have received e challan of 2 wheeler vehicle no. MH47 AR 2754 which is not mine. Vehicle in picture is MH47 AR 2754 not MH47 A 2754.
Police man has entered wrong vehicle number. See the pics uploaded for this e challan.
Request you to remove this charge from my vehicle and add to correct vehicle.

I have been charged for Not Stopping Behind Stopline whereas refer to the image. It is clearly visible the Zebra line and car is stop behind the bus also. Also the stopline is itself faded. I request you to kindly reverse the challan.

I have received 2 wrong E challans on my vehicle.
I have a two wheeler which is Honda Activa with number MH48AS2090.

Proof: The images on the E Challan are of a Truck with a similar kind of registration number. Also the driver name does not match mine.

Below are the details of the Challan numbers.

I am also attaching the images of both the challans for your perusal. Where you will clearly see the images of the truck with similar number.

Also you an check traffic police records to be sure.

Kindly help me in removing these challans from my name.

Dear Sir,

Have received challan against my old car which I have sold to Honda dealer at the time of purchasing new car. Old car No MH04CD1268, which was sold to Honda dealer in 2016 is not in my possession and have received fine challan for the same, so kindly withdraw the same against my name as am not the owner of this car.. since 2016.. kindly consider the request.

The situation with me is that bike is not mine and even i don't knw who is that girl but the same no of bike is used by her and the echallan is produce in my name as of helmet i received the photo of the girl to its the rto fault i have all my document that i have purchased a bike which is under a loan process still an is being verified itself know this thing happen if some does the crime but the whole some will point on my name as in even i don't know that the person have the same no and i have known through our RTO mumbai who just give the challan without verifing it...

Received an e challan alert at 9:13:37 am today on 09.11.2030 with the reference number NVMCM[protected] I checked the details on web site (mahatrafficechallan.gov.in) and found that the vehicle shown on the evidence image does not belong to me.
The image shown with no helmet biker is not my two wheeler, I have Suzuki Access 125, white color non gear bike .with the number plate MH 43 AV 9431. However, the e challan is wrongly charged on me. Kindly take a note of this and

I was recently charged for overspeeding at 60kmps while speed limit is 30kmps which is not mentioned anywhere on the road. Secondly there are so many cars that is seen behind me in picture probably travelling at the same speed than how I am travelling at a different speed. And travelling at 60kmps is not overspeeding on a normal road how can u expect to travel at 30kmps it would obstruct traffic on already one of the worst trafic roads.

My Car no. DD03K0414 Honda Jazz was parked near Phydhonie temple I have been fined for parking in dangerous place and No parking.
There is completely no danger in any way.
These fines are completely wrong.
Pls cancel these challans

Received an e challan alert at 9:59 am today with the reference number MUMCM[protected]. I checked the details on web site (mahatrafficechallan.gov.in) and found that the vehicle does not belong to me. The image shows that the correct vehicle number is MH 01 BF 03143. However, the e challan raised on my car number MH 01 BF 0314 (i.e., last digit 3 in vehicle number omitted)
Request that the challan raised on me be cancelled, as it is wrongly raised
