I received wrong E-Challan On my Vehicle MH47AN 6836 date:[protected] for crossing the line fine Rs.200

I see your evidence, in this evidence this is not my vehicle, the vehicle is other persons

The vehicles are different and the Number of vehicles are different.
I have own MH47 AN 6836 (Wagon R Car- four wheeler) And your provided evidences images is another's vehicle that is H47 AR 6836(Two wheeler.)

I request to traffic police please remove E-challan MUMCC[protected] from my vehicle no:-MH47AN 6836.
I follow the traffic rules.

1. In my challan, it shows 200rs fine for Police manual signal violation.
There were no barrigates, no proper protocol followed by traffic police.
Traffic signal was green and suddenly one traffic police came out of nowhere to stop. As vehicle was in speed of 40-50kmph and there were vehicles coming from behind, I could not change the lane and break urgently.

Infact such type of irresponsible stopping without barrigates and when signal is green can lead to accidents.

2. another reason for 200rs fine is "Number Plate Letters Not In English And
Figures Not In Arabic Numerals". But in image you can see properly that my number plate is in English. I hope they can read the number.

RTO mumbai submitted wrong challan on my vehicle. They charged for driving without helmet. This charge was not applicable for four wheeler vehicle. In that challan image shows that challan was for two wheeler with same registration no. so make cancelation of those 2 challans

We are highly disappointed due to wrong e challan issued.

We see the description says car parked in no parking area. I am sure mumbai police is aware that the parking of car means noone sitting inside the car however in this case we were inside the car waiting for a friend to come.

Please can you'll justify " how can two people sitting in the car, waiting can be equivalent to car parked in no parking area"

Secondly, if mumbai police is so sure than request you to provide images from both back and front angel.

Such act is highly unacceptable.

Kindly reverse the challan or else provide proper evidence to prove guilty

Mumbai Traffic Police — Wrong Challan Booked on my Vehicle on MH04EV7897

I visited e-challan site and found No. TNRCM[protected], date & time 13-Apr-2020 11:52 for violation 'Disobedience of Police order/direction'.

My mother is not well due to that visit to hospital for take doctor available or not and same I informed. Date of 14-Apr-2020 doctor report attached for your reference.

The traffic cop has wrongly charged and sent me the e-challan for absolutely no fault of violation.

As part of the evidence only the photo of my Bike showing the number plate is taken and no details of the violation for bike is shown, which is a deliberate concealment of facts.

I request the Mumbai Traffic Authority to kindly look into my complaint, go through the evidence of images provided in the e-challan and redress my grievance at the earliest.

Sir,
I have received E challan with a fine of RS. 1000. for over speeding near EEH Kanjurgaon North bound lane 1 on 11/10/2020. Where as I have not travelled on that day in that route. They have shared a car picture as evidence which is very clear that it is not my car.
Please guide for further action.

Dear mumbai traffic police,
I received e challan message mumcm[protected]
Of 23-Oct-2020 17:43, at mentioned date and time i was at home (Car was parked in our society), also as per evidence image the car Maruti swift and My car is Brezza. Also the registration no seems to be MH03CM7672.
Request you to reverse the challan as soon as possible.
I tried the numbers provided on website but they were not valid.
Please do the needful.

Today morning I received e-challan No.MUMCM[protected], date & time 23.10.2020, 10:27:13 for violation 'Parking the vehicle in No Parking area'.

My vehicle was parked at the same place where I park it every day. It is a parking slot approved by MCGM which is near my building. My vehicle was well within the boundaries of the parking slot along with all the other vehicles parked in that parking area.

The traffic cop has wrongly charged and sent me the e-challan for absolutely no fault or parking violation.

As part of the evidence only the photo of my car bonnet showing the number plate is taken and no details of the violation for car being parked in the No Parking area is shown, which is a deliberate concealment of facts.

I request the Mumbai Traffic Authority to kindly look into my complaint, go through the evidence of images provided in the e-challan and redress my grievance at the earliest.

Car Registration Number MH-47 W 6329 was registered with fine Rs.1000/00 today at 14:57 (Date 22/10/2020) for over speeding to 104Kms/Hr instead 80Kms/Hr.

This is to inform you sir that i drove car cautiously at sealink today with speed of below 80Kms/Hr in the area of 80Kms/Hr However still the high speed fine has been charged which is not acceptable.
Kindly Request you to recheck recordings.
Kindly Provide me the video proof .

There is echallan on my two wheeler MH 01 CN

Today at around 11:45 Hrs., I was standing on the aforesaid crossing /Signal with my scooter bearing registration number MH43BT5606 with proper Helmet accompanied by my wife and a Bag of vegetables in the scooter.
I was asked to produce all my documents by the lady duty surgent posted there at that time today, which in her mobile system been verified by her.
Even after that I had been asked to pay Rs.100/- by cash as fine for carrying the large vegetable back in my scooter. My Bag can be viewed in your CC TV Camera which is normal bag.
In fact we were returning from APMC vegetable market after a weeks purchase of vegetables.
I was not given any receipt except a small blank paper like BEST bus ticket without any mention of the payment made to her. Your CC TV Camera may please be seen in this regard.
While checking in your https://echallan.parivahan.gov.in/index/accused-challan web site, I don't notice my said fine (Rs.100/-) paid been deposited by her to the government.
MAY I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE INVESTIGATE THE MATTER AND REVERT ME BACK AS TO WHY THE SAID BRIBE BEEN TAKEN FROM ME.
In fact I saw her taking similar money from many of the two wheeler on the pretext of no PUC / Other documents with them. But for my case all the documents were proper.

The vehicle Registration Number -MH04FZ2236 (Challan Number -MUMCM[protected] was parked in the area wherein there is no sign board of No Parking from Traffic Police. This area Metro Rail put debris of construction and one of the off side of the road.

Kindly provide proof of No Parking Zone for payment.

Car Registration Number MH-04-FZ-2236 was registered with fine Rs.1000/00 today at 09.19 Hrs (Date 22/10/2020) for over speeding to 85Kms/Hr instead 80Kms/Hr.

It is to inform you that there is over speeding charges on the same road (Sea Link) previously and therefore it was cautiously drive the car today with speed of 70Kms/Hr in the area of 80Kms/Hr and 40 Kms/Hr in the area of 50Kms/Hr. However still the high speed fine has been charged which is not acceptable. Request to submit speed violation record from your recording with actual video from one camera to other. Regards.

Kindly note that a wrong challan was booked under the number (MH 03 BP 9475) of my vehicle. The violation details as per the challan dated 21st October 2020 at 20:30:01 without helmet Rs. 500, Driving without valid license Rs. 500 and Police manual signal violation Rs. 200. The challan is booked under CB Unicorn bike having number MH 03 BP 9574. The challan has been booked under my vehicle number MH 03 BP 9475 (Honda Activa Petrol).
Kindly cancel the challan wrongly booked under my number with immediate effect.

I am sure I am not over limit my car, As per my Information National highway 100 speed limit as per online documents if I'm wrong can you please provide me express and national highway speed limit. and my speed is around 90.

Wrong e-challan issued on my vehicle. The vehicle number of the bike you click is MH-02-EM-0519 and bike name is Royal Enfield classic. My bike no. Is MH-02-EN-0519 bike name KTM DUKE 200. PLEASE DO SEE THE ATTACHMENT PICTURES.

There are cars parked vertically on pavement, its not in the compound of the building but its not the road across the pavement, its very difficult to walk. Near Orient building colaba

Hello Sir,

We have been wrongly fined on 15th October Rs 700 (Rs 500 & Rs 200 respectively) for Without helmet but we do not own any two vehicle. The number plate has been mis understood and our 4 wheeler vehicle no is MH 03 DA 2897 Honda Amaze. I'm attaching herewith the image for the wrong fine which I have received via sms.

Request you to kindly cancle both the e challans immediately and kindly intimate us on the same.

I have received massage from MHPECH. And charge fine rs.200/- for no entry in one way. But it is informed that it is not our vehicle. Your are wrongly fine our vehicle number. I saw vehicle photo in evidence image, but this is not our vehicle photo. I live in airoli, navi mumbai. Kindly withdraw echallan no - HSPCM[protected] of vehicle no MH 46BL0516
