Hello, my vehicle number mh01cn3110
Has got an e-challan no. Mtpchm[protected] which was of about september and i haven't received any message regarding it i have check today and got to know about it, it is of 700rs but this does not jave proper evidence ill pay if i get proper evidence or please wave it off if given wrongly...
Mumbai police please reply and solve this issue. I had attach the evidence which i got in that challan its a picture of a road

Mh43ad7932 truck and mh02 ce628 tata ace is always parked at 6th chapel lane santacruz west and one of the 3 wheeler tempo is also parked near the missionaries of charity (Orphanage)
There is much harassment regarding this parked vehicles even one car cannot move properly outside from that lane the parked truck covers the wide area and public has to face lots of problem regarding that pls kindly solve this issue asap...

This uber car driver was driving while talking on the phone and very rashly. When asked to keep the phone down and drive properly. He started abusing

We should take serious action against such drivers who drive so carelessly and put the passenger and people walking on street lives on risk

There are so many vehicles are being parked on main road & inside colony.
Due to this two buses are unable to pass. It is very unsafe for pedestrian.
90% of the people are not residing in datar colony & nearby datar colony.

Attached is a picture of a truck, which could have crushed me behind its rear wheels today morning in churchgate area while i was walking and waiting to cross the road.

The driver was talking on his mobile phone while handling the steering wheel with one hand and turning at a 90 degrees angle from “h t parekh road” on to maharishi karve road in churchgate.

I tried to draw the driver’s attention, but he seemed least bothered or unaware and continued taking the turn with one hand while talking on the phone.

I managed to get my phone out and take a picture while he was driving away. The same is attached.

The registration number of the truck is “mh01 cr 7073” and there are two mobile phone numbers printed on the truck: “[protected]” and “[protected]”.

The incident happened at about 8:42 am today the 3rd of april 2018.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest under intimation to me.

Incident 1 is or violation on marine drive... There are no speed limit signs on this road... So how does one know what the speed limit is.

Incident 2 is or violation on speeding on the sea link.
I would like to point out that on this occasion i was present in the car and the driver did not go over the speed limit on the sea link.
But there has to be a trust and faith in the citizen as well.

Sir i am not saying i am right and you are wrong,... Bit in my case history i[censored] see we have paid all fines, due to mumbai traffic police.

I really do think this should be waived off... As a citizen there is nothing more i can ask for.

I will continue to be a loyal citizen but this system is a bit bothersome.
And it is you i urge to correct the flaw... As the citizen just cannot do anything if the challan is raised.

Once again i request you to take these fines off and as a true citizen i will make sure the car is driven with responsibility.

I have used the taxi mh01at1233 yesterday around 11:45 am from gateway of india to mahalaxmi temple. To my surprise his metre was showing inr 822. I asked the why you are charging such a huge amount he said that it is because of ac charges. I left with no choice but to pay him the money. Later i have clarified the same with another taxi driver then i realized that he has charged me more than 3 times of the actual fare.
Request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action against him so that he should not charge the tourist s in future unreasonably.
Appreciate your early action.

We have a highly illicit unauthorised parking of vehicles at designated tempo naka of powai, iit maingate
The parking of tempos pose a obstruction, to civilian vehicles and citizens
The road is quite narrow and parking makes it narrower
It may be a cause for obstruction to emergency vehicles like ambulance and fire brigade.
The dont have proper paperwork and documentaion

I am an ex-navy man of 72 yrs. An auto was parked at a private area owned by three co-op societies viz. Hub mall, rahejas &
Lodha towers.
Security guard asked auto driver to move away but he refused to move away. As i was calli g 100 he moved the vehicle but abused me before r unning away.

While travelling to office on my motor cycle, suddenly another biker (Mh01 b 3698) appeared from my behind and started abusing me for reasons not known to me. He repeatedly used cuss words referring to my mother, sister & calling me eunuch. He also raised his hand while in motion threatening to slap me. The incidence occurred on parel tt flyover & travelling towards dadar-sion, at 10.20 a. M on 23/03/2018 friday. When i followed him till dadar tt where he headed towards khodadad circle, i saw him cutting lanes several times. Further his bike did not contain both the mirrors on his bikes. I tried complaining on line on the same day as soon as i reach office but couldn’t lodge the same on line. Several probabilities might have raised like
I lost my peace of my mind throughout the remaining travel. That would have caused my accident.
I might have got hit by him etc.

I am a shop keeper named prasiddhi kitchen located in powai shop no. 20 oxford chamber, saki vihar road, mumbai 400072.
From last 30 days 2 cars are parked unauthorised in front of my shop on the main road vehicle no. Mh04 cj. 416 tata indica & other mh03 z 3297 tata indica. I have a doubt that this vehicle might be used in some crime and left here.
So i kindly request you to register my complaint and do the needful.

Hi, i travel regularly from borivali west by bus, it is seen that autos have been alloted with specific parking lane near borivali station main chowk. Despite of this autowalas park there vehicle haphazardly and there is lot of traffic jams. Several times when bus drivers or anyone tell them to park it properly these people tend to argue with them.
Kindly look into the matter as major traffic in this area is due to the same reason.

I have an e challan on my vehicle registration which i have inquired multiple times via email but without any revert. The challan uploaded has a signal jumping of which i am unaware of. I request evidence of the same to confirm. Challan number is mtpchm[protected].

Request if same can be emailed to be on my registered email id, mobile number or uploaded with the challan as currently it shows as no evidence.

I was traveling from sion to matunga west at 11.30 pm on tuesday night (20th march 2018). And the meter started at rs 28 (Night fare) at 11.30 pm. The meter showed rs 95 for a distance of 4.92 kms. On arriving at my destination at 11.45 pm, i told him to reset the meter, and it started with rs 28. When i asked him about this, he said its close to 12 am and therefore its fine. I insisted that night fare starts from 12 am and not even a minute before that he got aggressive, so i left it there with him, paid him, and decided to file this complaint. I hope action is taken. Its was a clear case of cheating and with his aggressiveness i would rather call it robbery.

I encountered a taxi driver today while riding from kala nagar, bandra to andheri. He charged me 225 rs for this ride which should have costed me 130 approx. Hes got a very faulty meter which runs very fast and i had been observing this since the amount was like jumping fast. Noted down taxi no: mh 01 at 4100
Please take some action! He is robbing people of their hard earned money!

There is a signal just outisde the salvation army building & indian overseas bank in sion (East), mumbai - 22 which is never followed by the vehicles as they feel that no cameras are installed. We pedestrians find it too difficult to cross the road as the two wheelers are always in speed and they refused to stop even after seeing the red signal. Many accidents have taken place in the past at this particular spot but no action has ever been taken by the authorities or the police. The signal itself is of 20 seconds only and the crossing is too long. As such it takes 2 signals for crossing. There is a school & old age home (Inside manav seva sangh). All find it too difficult to cross the road.

The problem has multiplied now as the rods attached on the either side of the area covering the compound for crossing just below the flyover have been removed completely and not only two-wheelers but even four wheelers are crossing & taking u-turns from that spot which is only meant for pedestrian crossing.

Kindly look into the matter at the earliest and help in avoiding future accidents.

The tempo parked in no parking and disturbing the residence parking by parking commercial vehicle in no parking.
Tempo is harassing residence of the shop and residence and creating traffic jam.
Tempo is in name of dipti tempo service and has created nuisance in the area where parked due to which the nearby people have problems also facing lots of issues.

I would like to bring to your notice it's been a while that in front of our society the busses are left parked with engine on for hour at a stretch... Which adds to traffic block and people end up inhaling carbon monoxide. It also makes people of society vehicles to enter and exit. Off late this bus is permanently stationed since morning... It is on devidas lane..in front of shanti darshan off link road opposite lotus hospital.

Traffic h. Q. Sanctioned the signals on 24/12/2014 vide its letter no.392. However the actual installation and fuctioning of of signal started in january 2017. Thereafter within two months these signals were abruptly stopped under one pretext or the other. Again in january 2018 it started working. But again on advice fro prabhag samiti k-west ward your sr. Pi mr. Thale stopped the signals. But again on my complaint it was restarted. The signals were stopped under the pressure from affluent people of the area. You may check the same. The roads were with any zebra crossing, signals not funtiong and chaotic situation due increased vehicle. The citizens are left at the mercy of god.. We need your help urgently. New sr. Pi mr. Inamdar is briefed about the problem.
He will hopefully look into it. But your follow up is essential.
