Due to heavy rain in City our road sewerage system is blocked. Sewerage water is stuck in our premise area. Please resolve this problem.

Our water bill is incorrect and showing plot size as 10 Marla. Our floor size only 240SqrtYard. Please update bill as soon as possible .

My name is sanjay .I live gali no.11, madanpuri, gurugram from last 10 years .house no.is 975 near sabzi mandi.in my neighbourhood some of the people have blocked the sewer intentionally so that water will be collected outside my house.daily lot of water is collected here.which gives rise to various diseases such as malaria, dengue etc.2 years ago also my daughter got infected with dengue.my ward no.26, pin code-122001 .pls come here nd check that why this sewer is blocked.and sweeper also does not come on time in our colony.if my complaint is not solved here then I will file a complaint in higher departments .

I want to complain about the main hole which is overflowing in front of my house E 40, South city 1, Gurgaon

we have also complained at customer care but we are not getting response.

I kamlesh devi w/o mukesh malik ; address- D-23 ground floor vipul world floors, sector-48. I bought a plot in early 2020 at M-211 Mayfield garden (M) block sector-51, gurugram. I bought for my mom and dad to live there but after coming under MCG for about 2 years, the plot is not having basic needy facilities. The road is raw and the management of electricity, water, sewerage, hygiene is not proper there. Everywhere we could only see garbage, snakes and scorpions. The people living in slum have made their place there. The artemis hospital have made a wall on one side of road capturing the road illegally. I have sent a sent a mail to MCG and TODAY HOMES AND INFRASTRUCTURE PVT.LTD. I request you to please make a solution for this problem so that I can live with my mom and dad.

This is to bring to your kind notice that MCG had started the garbage dumping next to our office hub( daily 5-6 tractorregular household garbage) . This has been happening for the last 3-4 days only and earlier this was not happening at all, and our office Security guards are also trying to stop them but they are not able to control them, who are dumping here to this groung, next to our office plots
******And due to this there is an unacceptable foul smell around our entire office hub. and also our hub members facing a lot of problem to this workplace, due to the very bad smell, as regular dumping of household garbage are happening around.
****** Request you to please take the appropriate action on this, so that our office members can sit and use this workplace, if this got controlled.

The garbage picking van is not coming to pick up garbage in devilal colony gali no. 1 from last 4 days. The residents are suffering a lot because there is no space to dump the garbage and the van is not coming.

I am complaining about sewer blockage in civil lines near Aarvy hospital area so request you to please take action as soon as possible

I have to make the payment of property tax of my property at Godrej Oasis B0904 sector 88a & 89A Manesar due to non availability of Property ID .

Please take some action regarding the water logged in area Laxmi bazar, Gurugram. Any action will be appreciated.

Everytime it rains, water gets logged in the street and we cannot go out and get things done. The water has started entering into people's houses now as well, it's highly unhygienic and needs to be resolved ASAP.

Sewer line in front of our house ( house no 2630 sector 57 Gurgaon) is choked leading to back flow in houses with lower plinth.

It's been around 10 days I am complaining with my landlord that water supply is not good.. we are not getting clean water.. sometimes it smells like sever and if we store it for 2-3 days black reptiles flows in water.. we cleaned up all our water tanks just to ensure that's it on supply side. Plumbers also checked leakage in building. I visited some neighbours house also, all are facing same issues and already complaint but no action taken. Please help to get clean water as it is the necessity. Dirty water can cause many disease.

Sewage blocked, rain water drain non existent. After rains, sewage water and rain water flows on roads. It's totally a chaos. Please please help. Adjoining areas water and sewage flowing into ours

In Sushant lok 1 (c block)lane 1941, 42, 43, 44 sewar line is blocked last 20 days.
Sewar is continuing over flow and water is flowing on the sadak.
Please resolve this asap.

Our consumer number is 12211719 M/S Jagatjit industries limited plot no 78 sec 18 Gurgaon haryana.At about three days water supply is not came due to line leakage of the opposite side of road.

1 street light in our locality is bad for a long time please get it fixed

I am a resident of E 2128 GF, Palam Vihar Gurgaon. It has been over 5 days the garbage has not been picked up from my resident. This is not one such episode but so many episodes have taken place wherein the garbage has not been picked up for so many days.After complaining too and sharing pics no timely action is taken. Due to heavy rain since morning of 27.7.2021 there is water logging and inconvenience caused to the residents and other passerbyes. It is very difficult to even walk in to our residence gate and other miscellaneous inconveniences. You are requested to take action accordingly. Thanking you,

The owner of House no. 633P in sector 38 is in violation of land laws set up by MCG by constructing an illegal top floor in addition to 4 floors plus he has also fully covered the stilt parking. In addition he has constructed illegal toilets by covering his entire balconies that look out to my plot(660) and put the exhausts of each facing my plot instead of the standard norms of putting the exhaust of harmful fumes on the top. He has also put an ugly looking iron chimney that runs 5 floors tall and lets out harmful fumes from commercial business he is planning to run in the basement. The exhaust faces my plot and is totally harmful.The owner has gone ahead and done multiple illegal constructions after getting a initial completion certificate. I am the owner of plot no. 660, the plot right behind 633P. The illegal constructions pose a threat to my property as well as devaluation of my property. Given below is the summary of illegal constructions of House no. 633p, owned by : 1) Illegal 5th floor added on top of existing 4 floors. 2) Covering of entire stilt parking to a full construction. 3) Building of 4 toilets in each floor by covering the balcony. 4) Putting out sewage fumes from these 4 illegal toilets towards my plot instead of established norms of letting them out on top roof. 5) Building of an illegal 5 floor tall iron chimney with no secure fasteners that pulls out fumes from an illegal restaurant in basement. 6) The iron chimney exhausts out on to my property hence my plot's value is severely de-valued.
