Hi team,

We have recently received water bill of Rs1636 for house # 621, ground floor, Sector 9A, Gurugram. The house is locked since 1st March 2021 and no water is being consumed, as is evident from the old and new meter reading which is 2649.
The last bill dated 29th April 2021 amounting to Rs 1253 was paid on 5th May 2021.
Can someone please look into this and nullify the bill?

In absence of light, some senior citizen had fallen and got hurt.

In the evening time in absence of street light people come and get involve in drinking liquor....

I am a resident of sushant lok phase 1. Ours is a 25 year old colony . All the drains outside require a thorough cleaning as they were all blocked in our lane. Temporarily they were cleared. However inside cleaning not done and no sludge taken out. Request proper cleaning of sewer drain in frontof my house as my drain is connected to it. Request you to do the needful on urgent basis...

Website of MCG creates the confusion of form being accepted while the reality can be checked only by visiting the center of MCG which is not at all computer friendly and manual data verification takes a lot of time.

Moreover the front desk workers are so much crowded with work that after being in a line for hours you may not get the solution to the problem.

We have paid water bill on 11/7/2021, the amount is deducted from our side but still it shows unpaid on MCG site...

Correction to be made in "water & Sewerage bill", as it is still showing 'Flat Rates & Door Lock' in consumption column.
Same was reported earlier 2 times at MCG water dept. located near "NEW Colony, Gurugram".
Due to COVID situation in this year we could not able to collect these bill at our Gurugram resident for the month of Jan & Feb only, but the person appointed to take readings may still under impression that no one is...

My current Water meter reading is 1380. But bill operator not taken the readings from meter and ahow the false report on water bill and drop tye bill inside the door.

Garbage Collector van has not been coming in Lane 3 of Senior Citizen bhaichara association, south west zone, sector 23A, Gurgaon Area since more than 1 week....

The raod in gali no 11 Surat Nagar phase l l is required to repairs in front of house no 1836 near severage holl before rainy season to avoid any mishap.

Staying at A 390 Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. My water supply lane is at last after routing though whole A block it causes very poor supply, Many big tanks has been build by people at their residents which add to worst to supply at us, would request to increase the supply and have to seal the tanks established by residents. I hv bn living in Ansals Palam Vihar in G-Block for the last 23 years. We never had any problem of water supply till last year. But, starting this year there is acute shortage of regular water supply.
So far, if I talk about my own house, I hv got 20 water tankers from outside. U should understand that we come under HIG/HNI category, but we dont expect much from the govt., but its govt duty to atleast provide sufficient n clean drinking...

Hello,
I am residing in Street no 8 Rajiv Nagar Gurugram and in our locality we are facing constant water problem with the water supply system. We didn't receive any supply for a week now. Previously it happens once in 6 month due any repair or maintenance work but now it's like a pattern.
Please take your time and have a investigation why this problem is arising frequently. Let me know if need any help from our side.

I am writing a complaint regarding water wastage . My neighbor is wasting wasting water daily they don’t value water at all . They waste water daily 4:30 am to 8:00 am around water is flowing through water tank they don’t notice, daily they wash there buffaloes 2 time a day which is unnecessary at all and after they wash there flor and outside the house daily 2 time a day which is unnecessary and they don’t even stop even a minute....

Our shop number is 79 L, bhim nagar, new railway road. There is leakage of sewage from neighbouring sewage pit. Request treat matter as urgent as sewage seeps inside our shop daily....

Please arrange to carry out the repairs of strret light in gali no 11 Surat Nagar phase l near Radheshyam gas service. It is requested to place the service line in gali not any roof.
