1. Past few days there is hardly any water supply in Palam Vihar Gurgaon. Last two days it's as good as no supply. Please look into this asap as we have run out of drinking water too!! 2. Many residents have installed water motor pump on the main water pipeline which is totally illegal. Please get this checked and arrange for removal asap. No one comes to clean our street, they come only once in 40 to 45 days. lots of garbage lying on the street. i told many times to other sweepers why you not clean this street, they cleary says that this is not our area. kindly send the right person who belongs to this area.

I paid property tax on MCG website in respect of two properties in Gurugram on 24.06.2021 and one property on 26.06.2021. No receipts were issued on payment. On writing e-mails to [protected]@mcg.gov.in, as suggested on the web portal, I got receipts with incorrect owners names and addresses. I sent mails today on [protected]@mcg.gov.in requesting for their correction as under:

However, in case of one property, following response has been received: "This is not an issue during payment. In the payment process, the receipt always picked the detail which filled during online payment. However, receipt always holds the current property detail." This is unsatisfactory reply as the property tax was paid as per the ID of property, and the details of ownership and address should have been picked up as per their ID.

It is requested that PL. CORRECT THE DETAILS OF OWNERSHIP AND ADDRESS OF PROPERTY IN THE RECEIPT AS PER THE PROPERTY ID and mail me correct receipts.

I am a resident of sector 46 Gurugram, my water bill is incorrect it is shoeing arrear of Rs 130 which I have paid before I am paying the bills regularly. So, I would like to request you to kindly adjust this bill. The details are as follows

Please arrange for necessary correction as registration of property is being held due to non-availability o[censored]pdated no dues certificate.

Sir, in sri ram colony we have lots of harmful street dog roaming on street road by 24 hours...

All residential members face lot of suffer due to these dogs..

Not only the residential members, even mcg garbage team also facing this issue.

As we know still nearly 30 to 35 member affected on dog byte.

So i request to Gurgaon municipal corporation.. please check and take immediate action on it.

Our residents are facing lots of problem by stray dogs in the society park Serene sector-37D Gurgraum. There are 5 to 6 strays dogs in the society. They attack the children as well as residents. These are very dangerous specially for children and senior citizens. These have bitten two three residents in the society. Kindly resolve the matter by removing the dogs at any safe place.

We need an STP connection outside our society for releasing STP water. Without that we are daily facing to release that waste water. Either you provide us connection or arrange daily basis to dump thatw ater till the time u don't make connection working.

Dear Sir,
I have received a bill for water and sewarage charges for M 134, SF, south city 1, Gurgaon. The bill is for Rs.16674 for 28 months. The rate is arbitrary and defies all logic. The rate should be based either on meter charges as per consumption or family size and not the plot size. We are 2 members in the family while 275 sq.yds plot sizes has three storied buildings with a single owner and 16 members paying the same amount. We have three independent floors with 3 owners and you are charging Rs16674x3 for the same plot size. Moreover during the same period of 28 months we were held up in Kolkata for 13 months due to the lockdown. You are charging with a flat rate which is not right. Although we have three bathrooms one bathroom is used as a store for books.
I would like to request you to charge for 15 months of actual water use or per head consumption for 2 persons. Plot size wise rate is absolutely wrong method for water charges.
Also during the said 28 mnths period we were purchasing water regularly from tankers during the summer months of 2019. And you are charging with a flat rate irrespective of the consumption or charging for services which were never provided.
In view of the above you may drastically reduce the charges according to actual consumption which is almost 1/4 of the billed amount for us.
Thanking you in advance for your recalculating the actual cost of water and sewarage charges.

Accordingly I paid amount online on MCG website through net banking but receipt not generated. Transaction reference is IGALIUTRJ8 Dated[protected]. Amount deducted from my account but water...

There is no water available from tubewell no 20, ward no 28 Jharsa Village, for the last 5 days, several complaint have been made to the concrned J. E on his whatsapp but of no avail. Further the said tubewell generally remains out of order after every 2 days.

Street light is not working in front of the house number 978, Sector 57, Gurugram. This area is prone to snakes and other harmful insects.
Kindly get it done on urgent basis.

Our house is in 173 Square Yard ( 5.7 Marla) but our bill shows its 7 marla which is incorrect and we have only 2 washroom in our house but in bill its shows 3 washroom.
