Street light not working.

Dear Sur/Madam,

It is with reference to our complaint no. 338066 on dated 31/06/21 for 5 lights, would like to bring in your kind notice that out of five lights, four were being repaired but 1 was left unchecked. The person who came to attend the complaint left one light unchecked. When we asked him to pleased check it, he didn't even listen our comment.
When we checked the ticket status on line on the link shared at the time of making complaint, found that the complaint status was closed. Though, We make a remark on the same page for not all lights are being repaired on dated 08/06/21 but no one respond at all. We are not getting any executive on the toll free number as well.

If someone, thinks the light should be get checked and repaired than please do.

Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you, we are Resident of sector 46, house no-1212. There were construction of rain dranaige pipeline in our lane 6month back. But the issue is there is no road construction after that. This is very serious concern as there were big digs was created on the road due to which many people fall down and suffered from injury. If proper steps not to be taken then it will become some critical issue for your department in case someone will get serious injury. We have the duty to intimate you on time so that no issue will be created for you in future. If your department has taken the responsibility for repair rain drainage pipeline then definitely road construction should be first priority after that. I have shared few pics on this complain which gives you clear vision how this is worst problem for us. I hope some proper action to be taken asap by your team. Street light not working

DLF-1, H block sewer line is connected with Sikanderpur main line.. this line gets clogged very often resulting in overflow of sewer. My house in the H block is low since it’s an old one. The reflux enters my house sooner the line is clogged. Repeated requests are made to MCG and DLF maintenance but relief is hard to come. This is an extreme health hazard and happens only due to lack of proactive approach. For the past two days I m frantically calling and requesting for help but to no avail.. pls resolve before it gets too bad..

this is to bring to your notice that my property at C-1563, ground floor, Sushant Lok- 1 is wrongly marked as a commercial property. It is a purely residential property with no commercial activity is going on in it.
You are requested to visit and inspect the place yourself and mark it as residential as it is affecting all my taxes and bills.

This is to bring to your kind notice that the helpline numbers published by the MCG are of no use as no one attends the calls on these numbers. I was continuously trying today to lodge my compliant of proper cleaning of silted drainage line and manholes in our area but I could not lodge my complaint on these numbers as the calls were not getting connected or when it got connected, no one was available to pick up the phones.
However, we the resident PATAUDI CHOWK, MADAN PURI ROAD, NEAR- LIFE CARE MEDICAL HOSPITAL, Gurgaon (House No.763 to 752 n othrs) are facing a lot of problems as the drainage lines are clogged due to silt and the drainage water overflows on the roads and also backed from pipes enters in our houses.
We would, therefore, request you to please give necessary instructions to your concerned staff to carry out the de-silting of the clogged manholes and lines in front of our houses by pressure machines before the start of monsoon.
We would be highly thankful of MCG if necessary action is taken immediately in this regard.

The monsoon is.coming. All drains all are blocked and sewers overflowing near electricity office back lane and in main market near OmSweets

It's been 15 to 20 days the sewage lines are blocked here and waste and dirty water is getting stored in front of homes making it difficult to even step out. Please respond asap.
