I reside at lalagune apartments sector 54 gurgaon haryana. My wife gita died in narayana hospital gurgaon on 06.04.2020 and since then i have been trying to apply for getting a death certificate for her.
Unfortunayely due to covid 19, there is a complete lock down since 24.03.20 and thereafter partial lockdown continues even now. I registered on saral haryana portal and my request for applying on line is not accepted. I am not able to apply on line for issue of death certificate of my wife.
I am willing to submit my application in hardcopy but municipal corporation gurgaon office says public contact is not allowed.
The issue of death certificate is now pending for 45 days and i am getting worried as a death certificate is needed as a statutory requirement.
Please resolve this problem

The sewer in our area (East rajiv nagar, street no. 6, house no. 1455/3) is been blocked since long. Due to the blockage the water is running over the roads which has led to it's contamination and foul smell on roads. Various complaints have been made, but till date no strict measure has been taken. 2 months have passed, but nothing is done till date. Various complaints to supervisor of mere office amit sharma has been made, but he is not taking any action. Please take same strict measure but it becomes too late and help us come out of this grief. I hope our complaints will not go in vein. Thanking you

This is regarding stray dog menace in Huda Colony Sector 4 Gurgaon. I recently narrowly escaped an attack by a pack of stray dogs in Colony. The dogs are getting aggressive by the day and attacking the passers by including little children. Apparently, there have been no cases of dog bite yet, but the situation is extremely threatening when alone. Kindly look into the matter and relocate the dogs. Also they are damaging the cars by jumping and sleeping on them.

Please do the needful

We are facing a lots of issues due to the overflow of the sewer line. Called several times the authorities but they were unable to rectify our problems.

Can't enter the washroom due to blockage.
Have 2 small childrens at home.

Please send suction machine asap.
Living life like hell.

It may lead to diseases.
Water logged on outside the house.
Please help.

The dogs are getting aggressive by the day and attacking the passers-by. The situation is extremely threatening when alone as dogs start barking and following you. Kindly look into the matter and relocate the dogs.

This is to bring to notice that we have been facing a lot of trouble from stray dogs biting and chasing who passes by in the area. I was bitten few months ago and today again they attacked me. Thank God, a person was passing by who saved me and dropped me to my house in his car. Last time also i raised the complaint but nothing happened. In last 4 months, there are atleast 4 cases of same incident which happened in front of me. Not a single person was teasing dog but still dogs bit them. Dont know how many more are there which i dont even know. But what i know is everyday I have to go through this trauma again whether i will be able to escape them today or not. We have to go to office, market, park on regular basis, one can not live under such situation. There are 2 dogs who barks at everyone who passes by and even attack them if they wants too. Other day one of the helper lady in neighbour's house was bitten by them.
I request you to please send the dog rehabiliation van at the earliest. If possible, the very moment.

Mcg is not working on serious note if there will be any miss happening then they will do work n take actions.
Near my place there is a main hole which cap is broken none of the mcg officer os taking action where as the day miss happening occur.
Then why they are taking salary not doing work.

I am residing in sector 23. There is a stray dog who has bitten many passerby and residents of this area. I also had very narrow escapes three times. It attacks people without any reason i.e. no one is teasing the dog. It is very difficult to move out because of the fear of the dog. It has attacked many people in the society as well.Also the stray dog bark all night and create a menace. Please take an action as soon as possible.

In basai enclave part 2 gali no 7/3 here is very bad situation of street no 3 water of sewer is flows on road we face lots of problem in daily basis, this the only path to connect with main highway and we are facing problems while going outside from the colony many times children are getting stuck in it. Please get it cleaned as soon as possible..

About 20 stray dogs in east pocket, sec 23 gurgaon 122017. Unprovoked biting to morning and evening walkers. Dogs rabies status unknown. Please do needful. Mcd people sometimes collect a few dogs and release them back into the society saying they r now vaccinated. So they r released back to bite children, old people, maids and car cleaners are at high risk.

This is regarding stray dog menace in
Krishna colony, sector 7 (Near house no: 170/12). I recently narrowly escaped an attack by 5-6 street dogs near my house (House no: 170/12). The dogs are getting aggressive by the day and attacking the passers in day as well as night. There have been few cases of dog bite in the past few months the and the situation is extremely threatening when alone. The populations of dogs and puppies has increased from 3-4 to 10-12. The situation has worsened. It is very difficult to pass through the streets.

Kindly look into the matter and relocate the dogs.

Stray dogs in my lane are very aggressive and once one of them tried to bite me and i used my bag as a shield in between my legs and his mouth. They never let pass anyone without barking at. And mostly they follow the vehicle passing by. 4 dogs are in my lane, come making a hoard which is scary and tried to bite. I m a resident of sector 23, gurugram and want to complain about the growing menace of monkeys in the locality, with over 8-10 of them, it is almost impossible to step out of the house. There have been many instances that they destroy our clothes, plants, pipes, cable wires and constantly disturb us any day time.. Some days back we even faced 2-3 accidents because of monkeys. As days are passing, they are rising...

The footpath of major sushil aima marg is not under good condition. The footpath has been dug for months now and tiles have been removed for some purpose. Now the site is completely in damaged state which needs to be restored immediately.
Please look into this and solve this problem as soon as possible. I hope the situation is clear and solution will be provided soon.

This is regarding stray dog menace in ild greens sector 37c, gurgaon-122001. There are many stray dogs in society. Multiple residents (Including children) have been attacked by dogs and they roaming in the society.
The dogs need to be removal from the residential society on asap to avoid any major incident due to these stray dog.
