Please note that sewerage has been blocked for the last 7 days near civil line police station, opp. Galaxy hotel, sector-15, part-ii, guru gram (Haryana). Please send your team for clearance of sewer line at the earliest, due to which water has been segregated on the road and people are very disturbing for crossing the road. Your early action will be highly appreciated.

The road condition in front of my house (House number 1855 sector 10-a) is miserable. There are several potholes in road here leading to the accumulation of sewage dirt and rain water. There is weeker section society behind our lane and they have poor drainage system. Their sewers overflows frequently and due to the slope of road in front of my house all the dirty sewage water stands still in the potholes here causing foul smell and a fear of various disease from mosquitoes and insects in the dirt accumulated here.

Please have attention to this complaint. Rain water is coming inside house from road. There is no exit of rain water.. No way to go out . it is very inconvenient & unsafe. Many people fell down in this dirty water many times. Any accident can happen anytime. Please take action as soon as possible. Please find pictures for your reference.

SUBJECT: LEGAL NOTICE AGAINST MARKED RECKLESSNESS OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION AND DELIBERATELY NEGLECTING TO MEND THE DEFECTIVE SEWER LINE CAUSING IRREPARABLE LOSS AND INJURY TO THE PROPERTY BESIDES LIKELY TO CAUSE GRAVE RISK TO LIFE AND PROPERTY: GANGA APARTMENTS, OPPOSITE HARYANA ROADWAYS WORKSHOP, SHEETLA MATA ROAD, GURGAON
Dear Sir,
Under the instructions and on behalf of my clients Mr. Randhir Singh Kamboj, President and also R/O Ganga Apartments, Opposite Haryana Roadways Workshop, Sheetla Mata Road, Gurgaon and Mr. Tilak Raj Arora Owner in possession of the basement of the above referred Ganga Apartments and R/O 1603, Sector 4, Gurgaon (hereinafter referred to as my client(s)), I do hereby serve upon you the following legal notice:

1.That the present legal notice is being issued in continuation to the earlier legal notice dated 02.01.2017 preceded by and also followed by various written representations and also repeated telephonic complaints and requests made to the various officials of your Corporation but all in vain. The said requests and pleadings have been made by my clients referred supra and also the other residents of Ganga Apartments including the on line complaints of 02.01.2017 bearing Nos.[protected] &[protected] about the continued seepage of effluent filth and waste water from the defective Manhole/sewer line meant for draining out the waste and excretion of the inhabitants of the Prem Nagar colony, Opposite Ajit Cinema, Gurugram located adjoining the rear side of the above referred building i.e. Ganga Apartments. (Copies of the earlier legal notice dated -02.01.2017 and also the print out of on line registration of earlier complaints on different dates are annexed hereto for ready reference please). But the concerned officials have little concern to set right the evil hazard and are rather more interested in making easy money every time they are called to attend the problem of seepage resulting in collection of the filth and regular stinking seepage from the sewer line throughout the year. That as there has been no respite from the hell being faced by the residents and the owners of the building, yet another complaint on 16.07.2018 has been lodged and which has been acknowledged as “Request Number:[protected] stating…your request has been forwarded to the following officers: Assistant Engineer: [protected]”. There has been virtually no action to cure the inherent defect and to prevent the continued seepage and nuisance and the same kind of ploy to side track the complaint has been adopted, as has been continued to be done even earlier.

2. You will kindly appreciate that the same is not only causing public nuisance as the stink emanating from the said seepage of waste and effluents is beyond tolerance and has made the life of the inhabitants miserable but is also hazardous to life and property including rampant mosquito breeding, weakening the base of the building and due to which the entire building may cave in to cause irreparable loss of life and property.

3. That having been left with no other option, my clients (who have already incurred huge amounts for cleaning and draining/pumping out the filth, waste and hazardous effluents from time to time) have already suffered loss to the tune of over several lacs due to weakening of the base and structure of the entire building, have approached the undersigned to take legal recourse in the matter to recover the damages and also to recover amounts required to e infused for carrying out the necessary repairs and hence this notice.

4. You are accordingly, hereby finally called upon through this legal notice to take immediate steps to get the sewer/septic tank repaired/replaced/replace of the sewer line and to take further steps including every day regular pumping out of the waste/effluents to be drained into another sewer till such time a permanent solution is not reached. Please note that in the event of failure to provide the desired remedy immediately, I have tacit instructions from my clients to initiate appropriate legal action (both criminal as well as civil) before the concerned authority/court of competent jurisdiction. In such eventuality, you shall be not only be personally liable for the criminal consequences but also to all such damages which my client(s) have been constrained to spend/incur due to the lac lustre approach of your agents/employees and also to such hidden losses to the building/structure, which my clients are in the process of obtaining specific estimates by hiring the services of expert/engineer/architect.

A copy of this legal notice has been retained in my office record and likewise, you are also advised to keep the original of the same intact for being produced before the court of competent jurisdiction in case there arises a need for the same.

I buyed new house in sector10A in october 2016. I filled the petition to change the owner name and given all documents like allotment letter, electricity bill, registry copy, and ID . and MCG provided me the letter that the name have been changed but now when the property tax came the name on that was of the previous owner. when i gone back to mcg they said that we have done our work and the private company is having the authority to change the name online .so its a request please change the name on the id as soon as possible.AND i am attaching the pic of the letter provided by the mcg.

The garbage collecting agency is not collecting garbage for the last two days which is creating filthy conditions. One person has come to collect money but could neither prove his identity nor the authenticity of orders hence residents did not pay and the result non collection of garbage. Pl. Issue necessary directions to the agency i. E. Eco green.

My property i’d is 287c1288uo1p14.in 2017 i had paid property tax twice on 17.03.17 for inr 490 (Receipt no. 736592) & again on 31.12.17 for inr 582 (Receipt no. 949952). Now again i have received payment advice of property tax of inr 583 to be paid by 31.07.18. Normally property tax is paid annually once a year. My query is for a request for a confirmation what is the annual property tax for this property & what is the payment schedule. I shall be obliged for an early response from your office. Thanks

In our colony one builder is demolishing 3 floor building without proper security arrangement in crowded society of ashok vihar iii, gali no 1, block b, gurgaon near nandidham gausala.

This 3 floor building is on the roadside, and daily from last 10 day 5 to 8 worker trying to demolishing this building, with improper way which is highly hazardous for those worker also and road side people crossing there also.

Every day we are facing problem due to this as worker are not skilled they just through bricks from 2nd floor to road side and as a result vehicle getting damage and electric wire near to it get disconnect.
Every day we have to call mcg line man o resolve this issue. He also knows that this issue is due to this building demolition.

Please do the needful, to avoid some big accident for worker (Through building material or heavy current line)

Dear sir,

I stay in v/651, sarawati vihar, chakkarpur, sector 28, gurgaon. I want to bring to ur notice that the garbage is being dumped on the street roads and streets are not cleaned on a regular basis. Every day or two this is accompanied by sewerage leaks which serves as the breeding grounds for mosquitos. Rainy season is round the corner, so i request you to take measures to ensure cleanliness in the area to prevent any serious health hazards. All inmates are equally aggrieved and have already made many complaints. Kindly heed to my request and oblige.

Sir in my locality om nagar gali no. 2 there is sewerage leakage due to which sewerage line is over flowing out and society is getting disturbed. This problem is from last 4 days but no action has been taken i posted complaint to bring it in
Your mind. Kindlyrepair it as soon as possible as it is affecting our society badly. Please take necessary action towards this. I m one of the member of rwa om nagar phase-2.

There is huge power cut and very low voltage problem at sector 55 (A1 block, sushant lok-2), approx 8 hrs.in day. Customer care number is shut down and je is not taking the responsibility to resolve the problem. Also, there behavior and way of talking is very rude. Would request you to please see the problem and do the needful at earliest.

I am a resident of sector 17c in guru gram. One brown coloured dog in our sector is creating huge panic among the passerbys. Everytime any person passes by, it jumps as if it will bite the person. Even we are not aware of any sterilisation has been done for these stray dogs or not. We are really afraid to go by that street.
It is requested to kindly relocate the dog on an urgent basis.

I am resident of rajeev nagar gali number 3 gurgaon near sanjay gram. Some people constantly leave pigs here from past 5-6 years some people made complain after municipal people came to collect pigs but soon after that some unknown people leave more pigss in my society making people sick and causing harmful disease. No one takes action even after complains. Can you please take action on this.

I wish to report that there is a garbage dumping going on outside of the gd goenka school at sector 48 gurgaon 122018. And the same is constantly being burned.

Health hazard should be stopped and gd goenka school should be issued a notice to clean up the mess outside the main gate.

Dear sir, it is informed that the sewer water is overflowing near h. No.438 onwards from the last 15days creating bad smell in the atmosphere all around. Complaint has been registered n also conyed to the je n ae civil mcg gurgaon again n again
But in vain. Nothing has been done to resolve the issue. It is requested to arrange to resolve the above issue at your earliest.

Dear sir/ma'am,

I am resident of sector 12a. There is a road which is connecting miyawali colony and sector 12a. And after very long time the road was constructed 3 months back which was a sing of relief. But as usual after 3 months the road was again digged for the water pipeline.

Now the condition is such that there a always a cloud of dust. Even taking bath and going out seems useless. Many o[censored]s banned out kids (Including mine) from going out of home. We even don't allow them to play outside.in every breath of ours we can feel dust and we know we are comporomising with our health but it is our compulsion to breath in dust.

The work of water pipeline is still going on. But i request you to fix the road with immediate effect or atleast you can make sure that the work is done in such a way that we don't have to compromise with our health.

Once again it is my humble request to fix the dust issue with immediate effect. At least for the sake of kids health and future.

I an observing this from many days, on the sohna road there is continous flow of water from pipe and people who were working on it had made large pithole beside main road. Because of this, water is unnecessorily flowing on the road.
The exact location of this is near "omaxe city centre, sohna road, sector 49".

Please kindly resolve it as soon as possible since water is flowing and wasting with no use.

This is a street behind of krishna mandir, jacobpura, gurgaon. We live here in very difficulties because of a neighbor name mr satija. He has parked his car from last 2 years and refused to remove car. According to him road is his property. If some body help us i will be gratefully to him. Nobody can bring car after that car as clearly can be seen in photo. Road is for not parking. You can park your car for few minutes not for whole years 24x7. Road is being blocked due to this car. My daughter's school car can not come in front of home due to this car. My relatives can not bring their car due to this car. He have sufficient space in his home, but still he park car outside.

We are staying in c 625, sushant lok 1 gurgaon.in our street there are a couple of families who are feeding stray dogs and these are now becoming aggressive day by day.

Today one of the dogs bit my husband very badly. Kindly arrange to take away these dogs to prevent such incidents, as small children also use the road and they are vulnerable to such stray dogs attacks.
