Dear Sir, There is a tree under high-tension electric pole and the tree is about to touch the high tension wire near RZ-Q-163, vikas vihar, uttam nagar, new delhi -110059. which may cause any mishappenning any time. and this tree needs to be trimmed immediately before it gets too late.

Dear sir/Madam
This is bringing into your notice that we are facing sewage jam in our area since 1 month as both side sewers are blocked causing all polluted sewer water into normal earth water. All members are suffering from Typhoid and having bad health issues.

Please look into this & take necessary action to eradicate this problem as soon as possible.

In our area there are lot of street dogs. There number is around 20. They are creating a huge problem for us the local people. The dogs bit people around the neighbourhood. Its very dangerous. People are scared to enter in the complex because of these dogs. One of the dog bit my driver yesterday. Kindly look into it and resolve this at an earliest

Me and my family tested positive for covid 19 two days back and snce then nobody is collecting our garbage .we have fully sanitized pur garbage and properly sealed it.

I, Veena Negi, resident of Flat No - 197-B, Pocket – F, Dilshad Garden, Delhi – 110092, wants to bring to your notice that –

1. My flat is on 1st floor.
2. At ground floor there are 3-4 shops of food items, where the shop owners cook food items and provide dine –in and take away services.
3. There is no fire safety provision which is dangerous to our life.
4. These flats are DDA flats for residential purpose and not for commercial activities. These shops opens at morning at 9:00 hrs and closes around 23:00 hrs. Infrastructure is not sufficient to support such activities like drainage, fire etc.
5. Huge smoke generated during tandoor cocking which is very dangerous to health of our kids and elderly people.
6. Due to dine-in services, complete footpath and half road is blocked which cause traffic jams.
7. Various kind of people come to these shops and it’s a threat to the women safety.
8. During festivals these shops are overloaded with food orders and we can not stand in our balcony’s or open our doors.
Many requests made to these shop owners to shift to commercial place but all requests are in vien.
Request you to look into it and help to getting these shops shifted to commercial place.

I am a resident of South Extension Part 1, B Block, the monkey menace & number of stray cows & dogs have significantly increased in the last few months. The monkeys are entering into the houses and vandalizing stuff. The stray dogs are creating a nuisance by barking late into the nights & have bitten half a dozen people. And the stray cows have converted entire area into a dump yard, they are blocking ways & urinating & defecating everywhere.

I request you to look into the same and provide a solution at the earliest.

There are many stray dogs in lajpat nagar especially near the metro station. I was bit by one yesterday as I was returning home yesterday night. The incident occured without any provocation from my side. Please do something about the problem with angry stray dogs.

Dear Sir, There is a tree which needs immediate trimming and is very unsafe with branches hanging over my house and electrical lines. This tree no. 206 needs to be immediately trimmed. The tree is also getting bent and remains very unsafe for our house as one fine day it can get completely uprooted.

There is lot of lane encroachment in B Block Saket Avenue Lane (Gyan Bharati School Main Entrance Lane) Pin Code 110017, the lane has 14 house B 1 to B 14 and might has become right here from placing big generators, large pots, security cabins thus claiming on land that is not theirs, look forward for the agencies to look into the matter on immediate basis.

I am a resident of 23 Block Tilak Nagar. Off late, a dog of black and white fur has been barking and biting the residents. The maids coming to work here at the houses are scared to walk through this area as this dog walks up to them from behind and bites them and other in the foot and lower legs. This is becoming a health threat and is causing grievous injuries to the residents of this area. We are fearful of walking in our own residential area and the children are scared to go out of the houses. I have tried to contact your phone number[protected] but it keeps on ringing with nobody to take the call. Please take immediately action.

Please check and do the needful as an illegal office in Residential area of 7143, B10 Vasant Kunj is being operated which is creating a lot of problem.#

I'm resident of Mundhela Kalan Village, South West district, New Delhi-110073 and want to complain about growing menace of monkeys in village with over 15-20 of them, it is almost impossible to step out of house or going to terrace. There have been many instance that they distroy our clothes, plant, cables, Pipes, wires and constantly disturbing day and night. We are having so much tension regarding ours children's, there's Countinuos threats of biting kids.

I would like to inform you that our colony that in Siddarth Nagar, PO Jungpura New Dehi 10014 E-block have four to five street dogs. They often attack on cats, squirrels while visiting in the E-block park and they bark all night due to this its very scary to move freely in day and night, especially for kids.

It would be great help if they can be moved to any shelter. Appreciate all your help on this. Thanks!

I am residing in sec 3, Sainik Enclave, Mohan Garden, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi 110059. Few days back rain water drainage construction work are partially completed in street no 3, sec 3, Sainik Enclave, Mohan Garden, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi 110059 but few people who resident in this area block the drainage and due to that all the water flowing on the road.
Kindly take the appropriate action otherwise whole government work will be vain.

We have too many street dogs now in our street and they bark all night. Due to this our kids are not able to sleep at all and its impacting their health day by day. It would be great if they can be moved to any shelter. Appreciate all your help on this. Thanks!

There is extreme garbage and dust and trees cut down and no one is coming to pick that garbage.

sir, The toilet is under MCD of Delhi but he has his own rules. It is the matter of corruption and must be solved as soon as possible.

There is a park nearby Shiv Mandir / (Under Construction) Government Boys Senior Secondary School, E – 4 Block, Sultan Puri, H - 1 Block. This park is unauthorized capture by some local people residing nearby the park they are not allowing common people other than their family members in this park. This is a MCD Park not a personal property which not belongs to one or some nearby people only. This is a government of Delhi (MCD) Park and I am also a resident of this area. They are using this park as a personal property. Only their children are allowed to play in this park and they are not allowing to any other person to enter in this park. This is not a good practice.
Request you kindly look into this matter and resolve this issue by allowing other people also in this park.
