I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am a resident of Flat no. 213, Pocket A4, Sector 17, Rohini, Delhi. I am residing in the said flat since September 2019 with my family.
I am a Government teacher at Kendriya Vidyalaya Shalimar Bagh, Delhi and suffering with low vision from birth. My elder daughter who is pursuing MBBS from Lady Hardinge Medical College, Delhi, is suffering with physical impairment Tethered Cord Syndrome and Scoliosis and she has undergone 3 major surgeries in Apollo Hospital Delhi till date. My younger daughter is pursuing BA Honors from Daulat Ram College, Delhi and my youngest son is a student of class 7th at KV Shalimar Bagh. My wife is a diabetes patient from last 10 years and is under medication.
My family has often been intimidated, confronted and threatened with physical force by our next door neighbors. They start quarrelling with us on petty issues and threaten us of dire consequences. They often congregate with an intention to harass and humiliate us. I have already lodged a complaint to this at the Rohini Police Station against the culprits.
My family is suffering with constant anxiety and mental stress due to the nuisance created by our neighbors. My children are not able to concentrate on their studies. Our next door neighbor who is living on rent in flat number 214 is having a large family of 8 members and always create disturbance. Her house owner also supports her in this matter. The neighbor next to her, living in flat number 215 also does the same. Together they have made an alliance against us. They have also violated our privacy many a times in the past by standing in our balcony and gossiping till late night. I often have to visit my native place in Uttarakhand along with my wife to look after my old and ailing mother leaving my grown up daughters behind as they are unable to accompany us due to their regular classes. In order to safeguard our privacy and safety of my children, we have built a gate in our balcony but they always object to it and threaten us that they will get it demolished through MCD.
The MCD demolished our stairs which was constructed by the previous owners leading to the balcony on their false complaint.
Hence you are kindly requested to protect our right to privacy and security and make an inspection of our house before taking notice of their complaint. We have been using the stairs which has been demolished to enter our house and now my daughter who is physically impaired faces problem to move in and around the area. It also violates the “Right of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016”.
I hope you will certainly pay heed to my complaint before taking any action in the near future.

Wish to inform you that from last one month sewer reconstruction work is going on in my village paprawat, najafgarh New Delhi.There is no slope in front of my house. So I am facing very difficulties in entering my house. I have made several request to contractor but he is not doing his job properly.
Kindly do the needful.

This is to inform you that. we are the resident of j-1698 JAHANGIR PURI New Delhi- 110033. I just want to draw your attention towards our locality. Here are the very bad conditions of nali in our street. They are totally full and over flowing and in the evening we cant even sit inside our house because of its smell. This will cause some severe diseases. There is a big problem of water logging in nali here and it is causing fast breeding of Mosquitoes. Base level of nali is not according to water flowing also.

you are requested to solve this problem and send your workers for cleaning up of nalis as soon as possible.

Hi Sir/Madam,

I, Parveen, s/o Shri Shankar Lal, residing at House No 56, Block G, Karam Pura, New Delhi-110015, would like to bring your kind attention on the problem which people facing in these days. There are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses especially at night or at early morning while going for morning walk. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and they come closer to the motor bike rider to bite them. Sometime biker loses their consideration from the road which becomes a cause of serious accident. Almost every road or street/gali has 10-15 dogs. They follow us and try to bite.

So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately Dog catcher team in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon.

I want to complain about an atta chakki which is in E -4/98 Sector 16 rohini delhi. Due to his atta chakki there is a lot of vibrations in the wall of my home and so much noise in my home. And he operates atta chakki whole night so that we cant even sleep. Please help in stopping this illegal activity so that we can stay in peace.

Stray dogs create havoc in our society. They litter complete roads, create mess and environmental damage. These stray dogs are mad and bite each person passing by.

Hello sir/ma'am, i am Shikha and i work at SAMMOHINI. It is a women's clothing showroom at Naraina Vihar Phase 1. Its full address is- a 17, front space a, ground floor naraina vihar, new delhi 110028. There are no dustbins in our area or in front of our showroom so we have to throw garbage in a polybag outside. there are people assigned by mcd to pick garbage at every place but nobody comes here to pick the garbage and the garbage keeps on lying for 2 to 3 days which does not look nice in front of a showroom. also it is not well and nice for people because we might fall sick. so please look into my matter and help for cleanliness.

I am one of the resident of Rohini Sector 7 Block B Pocket 6, We have lot of street dogs in our block and due to such situation we are not able to sleep at night as they bark a lot and quantity is also huge.

Its not safe at night when you get caught by them while coming back from office and while in the sleep time especially after the midnight time its very noisy..

There is very much irregularity in road sweeping of roads of Rohini sector 11 pocket B-8. Garbage keeps on lying on roads for 3-4 days consecutively. No substitute sweeper is being arranged in case of regular sweeper on leave or shifted to some other place temporarily.

I am complaining about a dog, white colour, ferocious who resides outside on the street at the junction of J173 and J 137 Saket. This dog has become extremely territorial and does not let pedestrians, cyclists pass the junction during the day or night. A couple of residents who feed him in that area have been repeatedly told by the residents of J block saket not to feed him there as his territoriality is increasing...but the situation is only worsening. Visitors to houses have to be escorted past him. Service personnel and delivery people on motorcycles have often lost balance and on the verge of an accident because he chases them. This dog is already sterilised and vaccinated...but I am urging for a relocation of the dog to a shelter. Please assist.

Our nearby garbage/scrap dealer consistently burns plastic and other kinds of waste material in a large vacant area. This area is directly in front of our balcony and thus, causing us a great discomfort. No one in our area is ready to file a complaint. Some say it's dangerous to get involved with the people of Vijay Vihar. I am sensitive to air pollution and this smoke makes me dizzy. I therefore request you to please look into this matter

My name is Rahul Thakral. I am a residence of PD-17C, Near ND Market, Pitam Pura, Delhi-34. I would like to complain about an illegal construction going on in our building. There is a family living in PD-18A and PD-18B. They are covering all the common areas in our vicinity and doing illegal construction which is dangerous and inconvenient.

Many times we tried to resolve it by discussing it with them but they are not ready to listen to anything. So I would request you to take the necessary action at the earliest in this reference.

In Sector 14 and 15 divide road and service road. Garbage and unwanted plants are in front of and nearby my house which increases mosquitos, housefly and insects.
Please take an action about it so that we will get relief from it.

Stray dogs have become a serious menace outside mandoli extention, shahdara Delhi 110093. All the residents living in 5 societies are fed up with them. It doesn’t feel safe to stroll outside. Please remove them as soon as possible. Expecting immediate action at your end.

I Narang Residents of Sewak aprk D Block, wants to draw you attention towards the nuisance created by cattle owned by residents of... The cattle are tethered on the street which hampers the movement of residents and vehicles. The cow dung has become a breeding place of mosquitoes and flies, for Eye Evidence you come in morning before 11 am or after 5 pm that time you can see animal on the road i have also attached some footage which i took last night .
Kindly look into the matter and take strict action against this
