Second floor Residence has illegally constructed iron gate in between second and first floor blocking the way to go to terrace for checking of water tank.
Its been more than 2-3 years since water tank has been cleaned.

Water collected in the tank is of severe types.
Situation is getting worse to worse. Second floor residence has put on trash on the gate of first floor.
Glitering waste.

Park Repair To Whom so ever it may be concerned. I'm a resident of South New Delhi. We have a Park in the back side of our home which belongs to MCD and now from so many years it is being occupied unethically and Illegal for marketing purpose by some people and all backside gates are opened. Every other day people fight here for the land. The condition of the park is too very bad (no cleaning happened from some months). I would be highly obliged if the same can be repaired & can be used a park for kids to play or just close it, keep it for Green Environment, Planting & not for Marketing Purpose for common people. And this will reduse Fight and their illegal right over the Land. Its my humble request to the concern team to please help with the same on urgent basis. KINDLY HIDE MY IDENTITY FOR MY SAFETY.

Stray dogs have become a serious menace outside Pundrik Vihar Delhi 110034. All the residents living in 5 societies are fed up with them. It doesn’t feel safe to stroll outside. Please remove them as soon as possible. Expecting immediate action at your end.

Dear Sir,
There is a tree in front of our house from which its red fruits fall down on cars and street and stick on them. Fruit has a adhesive juices which ruin the car and streets.

The has grown so much that its branches are almost about to fall on the cars parked below it.

You are requested to kindly trim the trees branches so that above problem can be resolved.

i would like to draw ur kind attention towards the street dogs in PD-BLOCK, pitampura. There are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them its very difficult to take step out from our houses specially at night.One dog is always sits outside our residence (house no.70)

I hereby very humbly request the concerned persons /officers in the department to capture the street dogs and save the general public before making it harm to public more.

I hope my complaint will be entertained by the concerned staffs purely on the basis of public interest.

I am resident of gali number 11 vishwas nagar pandav road shahdara. Stray dogs has become a big menance .There are around 8-10 stray dogs that roams around whole day and night in the street. They create a hell of noise whole night. People are not able to sleep properly due to them. Children are not able to play outside the house since they are extremely dangerous. Elderly people are also facing a lot of problems due to them.
There is high risk of accident as dogs keep chasing the motorbikes.
You are kindly requested to look into this matter as soon as possible and take immediate action. We shall be very thankful to you.

I am resident of om vihar colony, medipally.i am writing this letter to bring your kind notice on the issue of warehouses (in residentail places used as commercial purpose). i am little aware that big warehouses/godowns are not issued to be used in residential places but in our locality there are two big warehouses which causing a lot of disturbance in our neighbourhood.
As huge trucks are blocking the roads and creating problems for other vehicles and a lot of sound and air pollution is been created. i have also seen police patrolling here but they rarely respond to it!!the company godown even transport goods in late night which is really problamatic and sometimes the huge vehicles destroys the line wires as the streets are too small for a big truck to enter in but they never cares. i don't know how the permission is given for using the building as commercial purposes.

I request you to please take action on this issue as soon as possible

An abandoned dog has gone rogue in our colony and has bitten many people. He recently injured a person, biting him in 18 places. He is very dangerous as he is can seriously harm or injure anyone.

There is an illegal kabadi shop below my home E-7/1, Malviya nagar, new delhi. They are always beating and cutting some metals and create noise pollution and mostly store plastic waste. therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and try to resolve the problem.
Moreover this shop is in the residential area and they have been running the same from the last 5-6 years.

I am resident of B-39, Gali no.4 Main Rajapuri Road, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi 110059. There is an overflowing drain leaking sewage water which is collecting on the road and breeding insects and mosquitoes and filling the area with obnoxious smell. This is particularly bad in this time of Covid 19 and the drains should be covered to avoid diseases.

It is to bring into your consideration that how stray dogs are creating a situation of emergency.
It is to state that in gali no. 4, Parkash mohalla, east of Kailash, stray dogs have bitten couple of people in two days. It is necessary to take them away from this locality as number of affected people will increase and it may cause casualties too. This problem was reported earlier too.
Early response will be appreciated.

I would like to bring to your knowledge that a factory is running in my residential area illegally. Being a student the sound and vibration from the factory disturbed me and i couldn’t concentrate on my study. The approaching of winter season which is usually associated with air quality deterioration is scary for us. The toxic gases that pollute the air sometimes resulted into fouls smell. We are not only concerned about our study we are also about our peaceful life and mental and physical health as well. The disturbance that came from the factory is really eating away our peaceful live.
The factory the I mentioned above is located in Haiderpur, Ambedkar nagar, shalimar bagh Gali no. 7 (near Sushil store) to be more specific ( it is located between house no. 13 Gali no. 7 and house no. 57/546 khasra no. 15) Entering the second house from the front i.e.( house no. 57/546 khasra no. 15) the factory is at immediate right hand side
Sir, ma’am, please i would to draw your attention because witer is coming and the students residing in near area, we are fearful for adverse effects on our health and study.
I am residing very close to the factory and have seen the factory. The factory have very lagre machines producing very large vibrations and toxic air, even the nearby area are turning into black due to the factory' emitting toxic gas.

I am a resident of Sheikh Sarai-II, New Delhi-110017. I would like to raise a concern that since many months, residents are facing problems due to stray dogs. They are huge in numbers and could be dangerous as they bark a lot and may attack/bite the passerby. It has become extremely difficult to go for a walk during evening/night in the locality or play in the park due to group of dogs barking around always.

I am requesting you to look into this matter on priority. I hope, you will take absolute measure to address the issue.

I am a resident of A-125, Gali No-6, Press Enclave, Vikas Nagar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059 . I wish to draw your attention towards the pathetic condition of the drainage system in our locality. The drains are always overflowing and there is a foul smell in the locality.
Mosquitoes, and insects breed in this area, which is unhygienic and making life difficult for us.
During the monsoon season the situation gets bad to worse. Even a small downpour leads to clogging of drains and as a result all the streets are waterlogged. During Rainy seasons the garbage which piles in the corners of the road gets carried away with the water and is spread all across the roads.
This condition has also made life miserable for all those who stay on the ground floor as the rain water seeps into the houses.

This water logging attracts mosquitoes and various other insects, due to which people are suffering from dengue, malaria and other diseases.
We have approached the local representatives.

I have come know that in our neighboring streets are not facing any kind of this problem as the entire sewage and drainage system has been changed. So, I would like to inform that the drainage system in our street is old and cracked which we people are fed up of. Kindly make it replaced or atleast clean them .
I humbly request you to look into this matter and to bring a solution to our problems.

I would like to bring to your attention about MCD Doctor working at Rani Bagh Dispensary - DR. NIDHI NAGPAL for behaving unethically with everybody (patients and staff) and not taking accurate measures/precautions for the staff and patients w.r.t. COVID19 infection.

Below mentioned are the noticeable things done by her -
1) She randomly shouts on everybody (staff and patients).
2) She forces staff to work for longer hours.
3) She never wears any protection (no mask, gloves or PPE kit).
4) The special staff(4 ANMs) came for COVID related tasks sits idly the whole day in a room and the regular staff is working thrice as hard on the doctor's instructions.
5) Rapid tests for COVID are done twice a month in the center's premises in the regular staff area/regular patient(pregnant ladies and infants) waiting area BUT not in the empty space of the hall for no valid reason but poor stubborn management. In comparison to this, other nearby centers ( Saraswati Vihar Center, nearby Mohalla clinics) are taking all necessary precautions for their staffs & visitor's health.
6) One of her senior staff suffered from Cardiac event this year and the other took early retirement because of her mental torture.
7) 5 staff members are already infected with COVID.

The staff is not willing to complain against her because of the fear of after effects.

It is a kind request to take serious action against her asap.

i am a resident of pocket a-2 sector-16 rohini delhii park near our home in a-2 sector -16 rohini is very dirty and in a very filthy position children cant play in the park, old aged people avoid the park as it is fill of polythene and unwanted material.
I request you to please make the park clean and neat so that it will be used by us.
