I am a resident of road number 41, west punjabi bagh, new delhi, 110026; near gurudwara tikana sahib. I would like to draw your attention towards the illegal encroachment on my road, number 41, west punjabi bagh in front of house number 21, 23 and 25. There is a dussehra ground as well, where a number of people are living illegally in the back rooms of mcd stadium. They have broken the locks of shutters and are living there illegally. They are creating a nuisance and havoc on the street.
They excrete their waste in the open, throw garbage everywhere and are stealing electricity and water.
They are using the road area for their personal use and because of them we are facing issues regarding safety and health. Because of them there is a high chance of an outbreak of dengue and malaria.
You are requested to take immediate action on this and help make the street safer and cleaner and let the residents live peacefully, hygienically and safely. Hoping for an early and favourable action immediately.

Hi,
I noticed from last few days that a building in our neighborhood is exhaling a lot of carbon smoke, coming out of its chimney. I am concerned for our health as already we are living at the risk of smoking smog. I live in the area of chandni chowk, fatehpuri, gandhi gali, delhi 110006
The smoke is producing day and night
I am concerned for our health as well as the environment.

I'm living near well no 2, centre wali gali, katwaria sarai, Hauz khas New Delhi . The problem is of drainage. Here a sewer line max of the time remains full and start to over flow. Local people have complained several time, every time workers come and get it correct but it again starts over flow after 5-10 days. After over flow it becomes very difficult to cross that area due spreading of sewage discharge and unpleasant smell. Please fix this issue.

This is to bring to your kind notice towards the problem of sewer blockage comes under mcd. This is the frequent issue which crops repeatedly in short intervals of time, when residents complain against this inconvinience, they fix it temporarily, however it requires permanent action.

This is our humble request to look into the matter & and assign manpower to repair & clean the sewer with machine asap. We will be really very thankful to you for your great & kind support.

A stray dog, coloured white with brown patches on it is bleeding. And has a eye full of fungus. Please help him as soon as possible. He had been bleeding since the morning of 27th september 2019.
I have a allergy that is why i couldn't help him. And no one else is helping him either.

Hi, the park near d-10 sector 15 rohini is in a very dirty condition. There is no one appointed to that park and there are heaps of garbage in it.
There are plastic bags lying in it, it seems that the cleaner has thrown everything he cleans in the park.
We spoke to the mcd cleaner who denied doing it and there is no garderner assigned.
Kindly look into this as in today’s era we all need to keep our environment clean.

In my locality open drainage system has been blocked by some residents of the area for their own benefits and due to this larva of mosquitoes have been developed and could infect any person. Neither the sweeper nor any official has took any action.
These guys are very stubborn and don't listen to anyone.
Please help us and transfer this complaint some new official.

Dear sir, this is to bring to your notice that i am a resident of 24&25, bhagwati garden, dwarka mor 110059 and wish to inform you that there is unauthorized construction in the top floor of the residential building.. The owner is adding additional floor with out the permission of the other flat owner. I requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice and the structure of the building is already in a bad stage and it may lead a serious problem in future for other flat owner. For safety reasons i am not disclosing my identity to you. It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him for the illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

Hii iam residing in b24&25 bhagwati garden dwarka mor 110059, recently a gym is opened in our residential building basement which is creating lot of problems for the residents residing in the building.. The gym people play loud music and park the vehicles in all areas which creates lot of disturbance for us.. On sundays gym people and trainer do drinks at night in the gym
Pls request you to look in to this matter and close it as soon as possible

Complaint against street dogs
Hi Sir/Madam,

My name is Nivesh Jain would like to bring your kind attention on the problem which kaithwara
new usmanpur street no. 7 near jain dharmshala delhi-110053 areas people facing in these days. There are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses especially at night. I come late night from my work many times and I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and they come closer to the motor bike rider to bite them. Sometime biker loses their consideration from the road which becomes a cause of serious causalities.

Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim the entire person who passes from them. I have fallen run on the road with mu uniform on many people got injured due to same. Few people in the locality do not letting us complaint and people are littering on the road all the time.So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately Dog catcher team in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon.

Dear officials,

My name is Bharat and i live in street no. 177, Tri nagar Ganesh pura, Delhi 110035.
I tried to complaint mANY TIMEs directly to Smt. Manju sanjay sharma's office and over whats app group of our society but no action taken yet.

There are total 8 mature dogs and ### and more than 9 alive puppies at present in our street.
From last few days they are barking and biting many kids and lady servants who works in this area.

More than 8 kids and 5 womens were targetted in last 4 days.

These dogs tear off seat covers of bikes and scooters and car cover also.
They always keep seated on car and smash roof of car daily.

We residents of this area are not safe here due to continuous growth of dogs.
Our kids are not able to play even due to these dogs.

Its my humble request from officials that kindly catch these dogs from street no. 177 of ganesh pura, Tri nagar( near cow street).

Urgent action requested and that would be appreciatable.

Jia sarai bus stop and the nearby area is full of trash and the dustbins at the stop are not cleaned on regular basis.. Today the dustbins were emptied after atleast 2-3 months.. And they threw the remaining trash on the stop itself.. Now its stinking so bad.. That we cant even sit and wait for the bus peacefully.. And the nearby area is also full of trash.. Trees and ground beneath them is full of all kinds of plastic and other trash.. Request u to pls get the stop and nearby area cleaned regularly

Complaint against sewer blockage at magangir gaon

I am resident of madangir gaon, this street is just behind the puran police station near madangir bus stop. Please pay attention towards the inconvenience faced by us bcoz of sewer blockage. After every 2-3 months
We face the same problem of backflow of sewer in this narrow lane, leaving no option but to cross it while sinking your feet in it. Not surprising residents often complain of clogged drains and sewer backflow. But the authorities have not paid any heed to the new requirements of the street and to solve the problem permanently. We are facing this problem toilets is now full of because of backflow and the atmosphere is also polluted. The main reason is old pipe line. Please solve this issue asap as its already been months.

Dear sir, there is a infected dog which has come in our hospital and a very foul smell is coming out of that. We have tried our best to remove it from our area but it comes again and again. Please send your team urgently to remove it from our hospital premises as it can produce infection to us and to the patients. Sir please do the needful asap.

I, abhishek goel resident of 6a/62, first floor, w. E. A (Channa market) new delhi-110005 with my family. Sir from last 6 months there is a gym opened in the basement of our building, due to which it is become very difficult to live in the building. Every morning and evening the play loud music which disturb kids while studying, secondly now there is very huge parking problem below the building, every member of the gym comes on their own vehicle and park in front of the building, hence building owners didn’t get the space to park their vehicles.

Further now many time 4-5 members of the gym sit below the building they shouts, use abusive language and some time fight with in them self and with others.

Park of our area is in pathetic condition and plants are not pruned regularly.
Unknown people from different places easily get entry which cause chaos and violence which majorly effects our building youth.

Near by area is also dumped with malba stocks which also cause problem in parking and in rains it's like hell to live.

Wherever any renovation takes place people use to dump malba in gully it self which also cause pain in parking for 2 wheelers.

This is with humble request to take strict steps against it.

I am resident of gali no-8, sukhbir nagar, near karala, delhi-110081. This is totally residential area, here my neighbourhood had installed tower on their top of building. We are already suffering the pain of high pollution in delhi, we have infants, and old aged persons at home, kindly help us with respect to this issue.
