I am a resident of h. N. E 16, gali no. 1, prahladpur, new delhi - 110044..
Residents here leave their big wastes like wood boards, sofa, cycle or table in the street due to which we face problems to commute with car. We daily have to remove these things from the street so that we can take our car into our house.
We have told residents not to keep their goods in the street but no one listens. I requested you to please look into this and take necessary action like fine on those residents.

There is a family of monkeys. There are around 8 in number. And they daily roam around our houses and sit in the balcony we are not able to use things in our own house. Please overcome this problem. Our neighbours are also disturbed. They can bite any one of them. I have a pet dog in my house which also get disturbed from their voices. They usually scream and knock doors. Which is very disturbing. I hope you will pay attention to this thing.

Sir i am from new delhi i live in 9674/11 motiakhan paharganj new delhi. My complain is for unauthorised construction near my area a lot of people make his house tske the gov. Area and merge in her house like his father give him right to take it in the gali no. 7 to 12 of this area people make inside multani dhanda so i really requests to u that plz remove unauthorised construction untill i take a big mistake that make accidents. My name is Charanjeet Singh, resident of Navyug Block, Vishnu Garden, and New Delhi 110018

Since couple of months, straying dogs in our area are creating lot of trouble for people to move out of their house. Be it a lady going to drop her kids to school or an old person going on the road. If they bite, then we have to go for rabies injections. Children cannot play outside due to this. It is a group of 12-15 dogs who attacks the passerby as soon as they come near to them to cross the road.

1) Last month my father was also bitten while going to gurudwara. He also had to went through Rabies Vaccinations. I have the proof of same . Upon asking i can present the hospital reciepts and treatment description since last month till today.

2) Today as well i had went to RML hospital, where i could see more than 500 people who are bitten by dogs. Our number in OPD queue was 122 . Daily around 1500 people are coming to RML to get the treatment. You can understand how critical the situation is. He is a 69 Year old Paralysis Patient . They do have government certificate for permanent disability .

There are many complaints put online, but no action has been taken on these complaints if it was taken MCD would have commented on the same. Below are the complaints that are still pending with your as usual lazy mcd officials.

How many days it takes to take action on complaints of the aforesaid links to respond them online that yes we have caught the dogs???

Recently I have also seen cases wherein early in the morning an old lady was going to temple and these straying dogs stops her way and attacks her, crying for help but no one dare to face this gang of dogs .

In the night time, they do not let anyone to sleep, keep barking whole night. Forget about crossing these dogs in night time.

Why the MCD is not working in New Delhi in all its departmental works be it catching dogs or collecting garbage from door to door ??? Why the lazy officers are not suspended on the spot if their daily activities are not up to date. What are you waiting for ???

3) Who will be responsible for any mishappenings due to your corrupted department not willing to work in Navyug block near Vandna Model School, Vishnu Garden, New Delhi ???

4) Why the governement structure is so shameless now a days that they do not want to work ???

5) I do have the receipt and proof of my father's undergoing treatment.
Attached the proof with this complaint letter as well.

6) If no action is taken over this complaint, i will share this matter on all online and offline forums, Print and online media, I will make this matter viral on my youtube channels as well.

7) Last but not the least I will not hesitate to take legal action against the corrupted staff who are enjoying their monthly salary sitting on their comfortable chairs, perks and pensions without doing any duty.

To the commissioner mcd, delhi subject : illegal construction on street dda flats dakshin puri. Dear sir, this is to bring to your notice that i am a resident of dakshin puri dda flat and wish to inform you that there is unauthorized construction going in the side wall of 18/243 dda flat dakshinpuri on the street, the owner is adding additional area in his custody with out the permission of the other flat owners. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice, and it may lead a serious problem in future for other flat owner. For safety reasons i am not disclosing my identity to you. It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

Very bad condition of a plot in our vicinity, it has become a dumping ground for all the garbage and waste of all the people living around here. We the neighbors need help, it smells really bad here all the time, it is a breeding grounf for all kinds of diseases, it has blocked the drainage system completely - hence the garbage is flowing out on the streets. Please help as soon as possible.

The dogs are biting mostly every person in the society Even if no one is teasing them or hitting them. They reun behind every one. Today one child was coming to his friends house in our society and the dog bit him, He did nothing and was so inocent... I have attached the picture of the bite below .Please take the necessary action ASAP

I would like to bring in your kind notice that I am the resident of 5/455 mohalla maharam shahdara Delhi 110032. There is a dog named lucky is in my street . It is a pet dog of our neighbours. But after getting dangerous for them they threw out it out of their house .even today they feed it and it stays outside of their house . The dog is used to bite the passers and even the residents of the street .my husband is the recent victim of it. Many people complained the neighbour to leave it anywhere else but he doesn't take it seriously. After getting bitten my husband made call on police on 100 and got MLC (mlc registration no. DHAS-127238 Dt. 08/09/2019 at 22.46 PM mlc no. 8749/19 ) from hospital. Dog biting has been confirmed and he had a serious injury in his right hand wrist also.you are requested to kindly get rid o[censored]s from this dog and save us as well as our children from it

With reference to the above subject regarding illegal shops on residential area and huge encroachment on public land and These Shops are also not approved as per MCD Sanctioned Drawings.

It can be seen in the pictures attached herewith that all stairs 08 steps on both sides are encroached by the Rajinder Electrical Works and Bhagwati Service Center, which is purely illegal, they are operating offices and storages on under/below encroached stairs, also with huge Tin Shades/Chajjas on public land (pictures Attached) in order to cover more space (4 times bigger).

I observed that lots of benefits are taking under illegal activity/shops. They are operating without commercial license which is hindering/disturbing of smooth system & Life safety of other residents.

These Two illegal shopkeepers are more confident as compare to Legal operators/shops. They are just taking advantage of Old sitting.

Inspite of Not Approved by MCD, these shops have no relevant licenses.
• MCD operating Shop/Trade license
• Fire norms/License (NOC Certificate)
• No Traffic police license

These shop keepers are also not following the Minimum wages act for labour who are working in these shops. They have not taken any commercial electricity Meter from the electricity authority.

These Licenses are mandatory under govt. norms for all shop/business/commercial entities.

Due to nuisance (24hours service), I am not able to give proper education or peace to my two children, its 24hours abusive atmosphere and at night labour drinks and sleeps at passage.

These unauthorised encroachment and illegal commercial activities by the shopkeepers are creating lot of disturbance for my family and other residents of the adjoining houses/flats and threats to the normal living.

I request you to kindly take appropriate legal action against illegal shops run at encroached public land by Rajinder Electrical Works and Bhagwati Service Center, 53/18, Ground Floor, Old Rajinder Nagar.

Dear sir,
I want to draw your attention towards illegally keeping of cows in our area, i have seen how they keep bringing new cow with their calf and keep them till the time either cow is dead or calf is dead. That person never feed a cow or it's calf and just left cow to fend for itself with in the area. People have complained to him to keep the cow in his home and feed them well instead of letting them roam in the area and eating garbage. He even throws their dung in the sewer which is causing jamming of sewer lines. Please take some action against this person he has already killed almost 5 cows and their calf.

Street light not working and due to this anything can happen... We complained it many time but no one listens... Old people are facing much problem.. I want you to repair it.. Residents have encroached pubic land and running dhabas on the road creating an utmost environment of dirt, insecurity and open goonism you are requested to intervene and take strict action against the perpetrators

Seeing others have started encroaching public land for parking of their cars by cordoning and barricading areas near open areas.

Hi sir this is to bring to your notice that a shopkeeper raj electronics address g 4 and g5 ground floor pankaj plaza plot 13 pocket 2 dwarka 75 new delhi is digging an illegal basement in the shop at night time.
I had called up the cops also regarding this and they came and no action was taken.
I would like you to take a strict action and do the needful asap.

Deepak bhalla r/o wz-2096-first&third floor, rani bagh, new delhi-110034 has installing some mobile tower on their roof top. The said building is situated in a densely populated residential area. I suppose according to the mcd guidlines no tower can be erected in residential areas. Also as we all know that it causes very harmful effects on humans living nearby and on the guidelines of hon’ble delhi high court towers are not allowed at residential areas, it creates many diseases like cancer, and also affected the infant old people and specially for pregnant women. It’s radiation is very harmful for all. So please sir will take appropriate action and remove it as early as possible. Thanking you - you’re truly. Kindly arrange for the fogging and spraying of mosquito in our area.. Because of the rain, there are lots of mosquitoes and we are even unable to stand at one place. Its very difficult to sleep at nights because of the mosquitoes. Kindly do the needful. The area details are as below :-

I want to state that in my area drainage cover in my street is not covered. Due to this road garbage problem are happens.in my street one primary school is also exist. Accidental tragedies are happening on day ti day basis. Request you to get proper work at drainage cover by concrete.

I would like to draw your kind attention on the above mentioned matter. Where the unauthorized construction on common area on the roof top of flat no:- 127 is to be constructed.in lieu of that the repairing work is not done by the owner of the above flat. Previously the concrete slab outside of the building fell down which is very dangerous for the passer by and for those who have park their vehicle on the road was not repaired.

Even though the seepage is also on the all floors under the flat no:- 127 where there is no any maintenance by the owner after reminding so many times for the repair of above foresaid work.

Where ever the construction of the two rooms, bathroom and kitchen are going on full swing. The area of the water tank is also covered with the lantern on the top of the walls, where the sunlight is to be required to kill the hazardous germs.

I sincerely request to take immediate action and to removed the unauthorized construction on the roof top and to clear the common area.

The street in this area are in very bad condition. They have not been repaired for the last over 6-7 years. The street have so many pitfalls which sometimes cause accidents to unwary drivers. The streets are not swept properly and regularly. During rains water collects here and there and drains overflow. The water stagnates giving rise to mosquito menace and malaria. At times it becomes very difficult to pass by the heaps of garbage and overflowing drains giving out strong nauseating smell.

I hope this complaint would not fall on deaf ears and you would take immediate necessary steps to improve the sanitary condition in this locality.

I am a resident of tagore park, delhi 110009 and i would like to bring your kind attention on the problem which tagore park area people facing in these days. Sir, there are so many street dogs in this locality starting from house number 173-175 near jagdish anand vatika because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses all time as dogs bark on people and they come closer to the car to bite them. Some time driver loses their consideration from the road which become a cause of serious casualties.

Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim any person who passes from them. Most of persons of these area are severely bitten by these dogs

So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately dog catcher team in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon and as they usually come in groups at night. Please if you could send a dog catcher and take them away as it really gets difficult for me to arrive home at night after shift hours.
