The beautiful and most pious temple shiv temple of the sanatan dharma sabha (https://goo.gl/maps/S2hHgUnFk3o4xGf5A) in green park has unfortunately encroached onto the road creating an obstruction for other residents in reaching their house.

The extension of the frontage of the temple is on the road by more than 7 - 9 feet, making the entrance narrow. It has created a hazzard for ambulances, and fire trucks to reach other residents house. Also, its deems a road into a narrow alleyway, creating further drainage issues as their encroachment may have covered some drains.

Since the temple is famous, its requires a lot of parking space which creates a problem for the residents. The residents would be better equipped to accomodate if the road was made as wide as initially planned and some parking order had been instituted at the place of the temple.

On 8 september 2019 morning a mcd van caught two street dogs from 630 saini mohalla nangloi. Unlike other applications, this is a request to kindly send them back. The strays have been resident of the street for 6 long years and there never have been cases of any attacks. I request you to kindly allow us to retrieve them back.

I want to bring in your notice that we are having problems with
the stray dogs in our colony, they need medical treatment as they are suffering from some infectious issues and other dogs are also affected by this. I tried to take help form other hospital but they refused to send their van for these dogs.
I would request you to please send in the required team and take them to shelters where they can be safe.
Please help to save them!

My name is parminder would like to bring your kind attention on the problem which majnu ka tilla, punjabi basti, people facing in these days. There are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses especially at night.
But the main issue is
One of them is badly injured
Dog is bleeding and his sml is the worst
We cant even breath
Please help us to get out of this problem

Please note from last few weeks an excessive increase in number of dirty pigs are seen in our block.
Due to which the atmosphere in our area is getting too dirty and bad smells is present every time in our area
Around 20 to 30 pigs big, small, medium are roaming here and there in our block creating dirt. And unhygienic atmosphere.

They have grown to 10-12 in number, chase and bite people create noise pollution by barking day and night. There are 2-3 trees opposite my house, h. I am feeling very suffered by seeing this murder of these trees, i tried to stop him by different ways but fails, now i need administration help, so culprit may pleased be penalised and force to plant new samplings. I parked my vehicle at my residence parking area and theft has stolen my car mcd toll pass from my vehicle and when i went to the mcd toll booth for the copy of my duplicate mcd pass, the concern person said that we will not give me the copy for my toll pass and i need to pay rs. 3000 again for you pass.

I am requesting to the consumer complaint department that i am a middle class family person who is using commercial vehicle for survive and for my family i am earning rs 15, 000 per month and it is not possible for me to pay rs 3000 to mcd toll department again for my commercial vehicle. So i am requesting you to help me needfully as soon as possible for this concern.

They shop is being run in residential area in an unauthorised manner and the area of the shop has been extended by permanent encroachment (Pucca construction) on mcd land for commercial use as in mentioned against the law and code of conduct of commercial use of a property. Strict actions as per rules and regulations of mcd ought to be taken by the authorities to recapture the encroached area which is meant for public use and seal the shop being illegaly run in an residential area for business purposes. Dear sir,

I, [anonymous], resident of [ram park, a block, delhi-110059] which is residential area and my society name is ram park residents welfare association (Regd.) i hereby make the following complaint under section 154 of the cr. P. C. With a request to lodge a complaint, without delay.

Under the noise pollution (Regulation and control) rules, there is a ban on [type of violation-iron cutting and iron welding construction by hammer] in the residential area. Despite the clear-cut provisions of this rule, [rajman welding works] is generating obnoxious noise by [mention purpose-iron cutting and welding to construct the doors, railing etc] which is a blatant violation of law in the residential area.

Despite the clear cut violation of provisions of this rule, mr. Rajman and family (Owner of factory), 48, resident of the same locality is generating obnoxious noise throughout day and till late evening (10 pm) night adjacent to the houses by running their illegal workshop of welding, cutting etc. And many more and causing disturbance in my neighbourhood which is blatant violation of government law. He is not only creating noise pollution but also creating air pollution in the surroundings by using hazardous welding items which produces smoke during the welding work (Which causes cancer) creates problems as well.

During the past [8 year] i have witnessed this violation of law because of lack of knowledge how to deal and complaint against them. There are many others who are witness to these infringements.

However i have also verbally requested mr. Rajman and family (Owner of the factory) to stop all this many a times. But he seems to be reluctant in this metter and nothing has been done in this regard even, he already owns another shop and warehouse near market area (4-5th shop towards main road). Also his labour boys have done obnoxious noise by group hammering. It has become a routine practice of the factory owner.

We all are living with our old parents and little kids who are not able to sleep, study most of the times and have started to suffering with stress and anxiety due to the same whole day. We are unable to do any work at home and it is a big headache for us. I and my mother have been got down in disease of blood pressure owing to this obnoxious noise of hammer which is produced by this factory. We lost our freedom due to this excruciating sound. This factory is ruining our peace of mind and people’s right to rest. I would not be complaining if it was a one off day, but this factory is relentless in its operations with total disregard to public and legal obligations.

It is also submitted that decibel readings by the instrument bearing the brand name [details of the brand of the instrument-normal hammer but it is so effective to generate obnoxious noise] for the ambient sound was taken around the places where the noise level was prominent and the following results were obtained.

1. Date, time and precise spot of taking reading: 29/aug/2019, 11:30 am at house no.-a-56 (In front of my house), thursday market and dr. Madaan street, ram park, mohan garden extn, delhi-110059. (This is a factory spot which is also a residential house and factory owner name is mr. Rajman who is operating factory in his residential house).

2. Decibel value of sound measured: 85 db (A) leq.

In view of the facts stated above the offences against the noise pollution (Regulation and control) rules, of the environment protection act, 1986 have been committed.

For the reasons cited above, the offences committed by the accused persons are cognizable and non bailable in terms of schedule i (Ii) cr. P. C. As such, offences under section 15 of the environment protection act, 1986 r/w rule 5 and 6 of the noise pollution (Regulation and control) rules, may be registered at once and the complaint filed accordingly.

Please seal this factory (As per noise pollution (Regulation and control) rules, 2000 and air pollution act) as soon as possible because this factory is relentless in its operations with total disregard to public and legal obligations.

Near shahdra metro station towards shahdra red light total footh has been encroached by shop keepers and no action has been taken despite so many complaints to local authority and police. All shopkeepers have extended their shops and there is no space for public to move on footpath. I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful. People have opened their shops on the foot path and enjoying rent free service

There is critical sewer blockage at thiagraj nagar market, (Near thiagraj stadium), new delhi 110003.
Request you to send your team to clear the fault at the earliest.

We have noticed that one link connecting two gutters is broken also.
There is no smooth current and all dirty water is coming out, which is harmful for health.

Sub: application for cleaning the waste garbage in front of my house

Sir,

Respectfully it is stated that i am living in plot no 78, ground floor, gali no -5, new t block, near - sukar bazar check, sunday market, uttam nagar west - delhi-110059. I want to inform you via this application that the sanitary conditions in my street are miserable. The hacks of garbage are lying in front of my house. There is a lot of pollution and mosquito appeared just because of this unusual garbage dumping. The landlord of this property didn't remove garbage from here. The landlord is careless. He never come to check how's his property clean or not.

Sir the garbage is causing cholera, dengu and other diseases. More ever this has been the hub of mosquitoes which cause dengue fever. You are requested to send some sweeper who cleans out this mess. I shall be grateful to you.

I am writing to you about my neighbor who has just move to our locality 3 years ago. He is a kabadiwala and in our residential area he has started his whole business, in response to this all the time heaps of loaded trust with lots of garbage use to stand in our street most of time. Which lead to blockage and people involved in this business are gradually increasing. Now they have a whole community here so we face many health problem and creates so much noise to our area. Please kindly look in to this matter

There are factories running of grinding masala (Adrs-t-60, 9339) in azad market tokri walan they produce the fake spices they mix chalk powder many chemical colours in spices and that adulteration also cause death of some people they polute the whole area and when i say something to them in return they abuse me and also some of your mcd officer take bribe from them thats the main reason why they work so openly please take action.

No one comes here in pocket 25, sector 24 rohini for street cleaning. There is trash spread everywhere on road and on sides. Employees come only near festivals and ask for money but not every day. Please look into this matter. Please send street cleaning persons here or keep a check on already appointed people as they are not doing there work properly

I want from you, to take some strict and immediate action on the staff of garbage van. They both staff are refuse to take garbage and their behave is very badly...
I again request you please take immediate action on it aur replace garbage van staff...
The major problem is that those mcd staff does not come down from the van to collect garbage and not to stop for garbage for some seconds, they want us to come down to give garbage..
Kindly take action against them so they come regular and behave ethical
