Illegal construction is going on constantly in b-10, vasant kunj since last 1-2 years. Everyday, there is so much noise and dust. People are unable to sleep. Many senior citizens and children are facing health issues. Continuous hammering and drilling leads to severe headache and loss of peace of mind.
Rwa is not doing anything.
Please do something.

This is regarding the new vasant kunj mehrauli link road just in front of smriti van. Few years back when the road was built, it was nice and well maintained. As the years passed, the road's condition has become pathetic. It has a lot of potholes which are very dangerous for vehicles and during rains, it gets flooded with water. People can't even walk on this road during monsoons. Also out of nowhere some random people have started throwing garbage on this road and that is huge in number and quantity. Almost eighty percent of the road is filled with garbage. The road stinks a lot and due to the dirtiness there is a possibility of so many diseases being spread near the neighbourhood. The street lights used to work but now they are of no use as they don't work at all. I thought that during elections or after elections the road will be repaired but i think the government and the authorities just don't care about this situation. I have complained so many times about this road in the past but nobody has taken a permanent step to fix this problem. Please help us out as this road is a daily commuting route for a lot of people living nearby.

Om apartments in dwarka sector 14 has multiple flats illegally built by encroaching the public space.
Types of encroachment
- sheds to encroach the public parking space for personal use
- 3 storeyed buildings on encroached lands
- tapering with original construction and architecture
- 1st floor apartments exceeding their carpet area

Despite repeated complaints to mcd officials no action has been taken yet. Even when they come for demolition they take money from the residents and leave without execution.
Kindly look into the matter urgently

I am chanchal sharma from gali no 12 b rajinder park extn, nangloi, many unauthrized construction in street. So watar stand in street & masquite are borning in water, also cars are stand in streets so streets are blockes. I request plz broken unauthrized construction in streets. Many time nebours are fighting with anothers. Some are rowdy type peson in streets.

Sumit bhatnagar, owner of flat no. Cb-62b, janta flats, hari nagar, new delhi inform you illegal construction going in the flat no. Cb 62d, janta flats, hari nagar, new delhi-110064. The owner is adding additional floor without any permission. I requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop & demolish the unauthorized construction. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and the structure of the building is already in a bad stage and it may lead a serious problem in future. It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.,

Respected sir, it is submitted that there are too many astrayed cats roaming around in my colony. I was once shocked to see cats slleping under my bed, sometimed near shoe rack, near flowerpots. The only worrisome thing about it is that when u spot then, cat suddeny jumps up and may harm children, women or small kids in the colony. I request you to kindly safely pick them up and re locate them at an appropriate place decuded by you.

I am a resident of anusandhan cghs plot 22 sector 6 dwarka. Instead of a gated society, stray dogs enter in to our society and crate nuisance. I last two weeks, these stray dogs have attacked and bitten two kids in our society. Our society management is not doing anything to solve this problem and they are taking it very casually. The situation is so worst that our kids are afraid of going to the society park and play there. Security guards are useless and are always busy in gossiping. I sincerely request mcd to send a legal notice to the society management to take some immediate corrective actions. I also request mcd to send a team to take hold of the situation and remove these stray dogs from the society campus. Regards, abhishek

I would like to bring this to your kind notice that approximately 20 stray dogs are there in the area, I live in. Due to these dogs, the residents are facing regular problems. We can't do even morning walk safely. One brown colour dog of them bark on anybody and he is totally aggressive on other dogs And this dog also bite 1 small girl and also our pet dogs 10-15 times, last night he chase me and try to bite, and when he see I found rod on park corner, he run and bite other dog in aggression 🙁.
Before any disease pls take action against this.

I Manoj Nirmal, care taker onbehalf of my parental house, h.no 293, sunlight colony -1, new Delhi -110014. In this house there is two owner . I.e orilal and Amarprakash,

Owner of first floor, Amarprakash and his son Rahul Kumar and Abhishek Kumar is making an illegal structure at the top of building. ( 05th floor )

Which is very dangerous for this building as well as well for neghbour also, have requested him many time to stop illegal construction, but they denied to do so. And currently all works is still going on .

i request you to looked into this matter & take some positive & strictly step on urgently basis .

so that we and my neighbour may live happily & cheerfully without any fear...

Illegal, dangerous construction work is being carried out by vinod saini near house no. B-117/1a, rajendar farm colony, chhattarpur enclave-2, near b-block park, new delhi-110074. Action may please be taken. This person has constructed 3-4 floors on a small plot of about 40 square yards in very unsafe manner. There is risk to neighbours also. Safety precautions have been ignored.

Subject: unbearable stray dogs menace

I am a resident of rohini sector 8, pocket - d-11.

I would like to bring this to your kind notice that approximately 15/16 stray dogs are there in the area, i live in. Due to these dogs, the residents are facing regular problems. These dogs bark on anybody they see and also chase from behind, there were cases in the past that they ran to chase me. It was raining and i was helpless being chased by the bunch of dogs. Especially for childrens are facing difficulties when they are playing or going somewhere.

I request the mcd to take necessary remedial precautionary measures and send the dog squad on immediate action to avoid this problem.

Illegal construction/possession of mandir/gurudawara in public park in jahangir puri

Sir,

I'm living in jahangir pur, there are many small and big public park, but they park day by day converted into mandir / gurudwara and masjid.

This complaint related to two small public park, 1) one is situated at gali no.[protected] near gurudwara. The park is closed for children and there are no any tree and plant. The gurudura comity ready/plan built a languar hall in which they also built a 7 feet wall in near future they built a languor hall. They also insert a flag (Symbol of sikh community).

2) second small park situated near house no. B-1601 and b-1670 in which some people also plan a built a radha krishan mandi. The park also closed for children and other work. The many complaint file in jahangir puri police station but they fail there work.

Please this is my humble request save the both park and open the park for children.

Sir my neighbors dog is creating problems for all the people of building. Inspite of complaining to its owner again and again, nothing changes. The dog keeps barking all the time and attacking to strangers. Even creating mess in whole building and smell is awful.

There is illegal usage of footpath near ramlila ground main road azadpur...in front of property no a-58 kewal park ext main road azadpur... We are facing problem from the polution of food prepared by a street seller named garhwal chinese food... He is prepairing non veg item without having licence with him... We are facing problem with him... So pls kindly take step to eradicate this problem as soon as possible... It is very difficult for us to breath with this kind of harmful air...

This is to bring to your kind information about the brutal problem of stray dogs in my area ie. Wz - f, vishnu garden, nd - 110018. They are in numbers. Their groups are dangerous as they started attacking the passerby. Some people in locality feed them also. The news of the newly born baby attack by the dog is not fade yet. People lost their sleep as dogs bark whole night. This problem is a headache as a person who has night shifts facing the worst situation.

I am requesting you to look at that matter as soon as possible. The cases are increasing rapidly. I hope you will take absolute measures to handle the issue.

Sir we are resilient of pipal road mohan garden.in our road there are not any mcd worker work in our area.in our area not any mcd worker lift the garbage. Garbage on road every were. Sir we request please lift this garbage from our road. Goverment also lot of expense in swatch bharat. Kindly registar this complate and lift this garbage as soon as possible.

I feel i must write and express my opposition to the proposal for the construction of a new street.I am not alone in my concerns, and is many locals share my worries about the unproperly contraction of street road. The workers, who works there, they did not work properly, they could not follow reasonable time and hence build of street road is soo late and this cause people of street face more and more difficulty. I hope, you take some reasonable action about this.

In om vihar phase - 5, nawada uttam nagar near to nawada metro station, on 40 feet road there are people who have cows with them which they are keeping illegally. As per delhi law, they should not be kept in colonies where the residence is there and instead, they should be in the gola dairy near najafgarh but few people for there own benefits keeping them in really very bad shape.

I have seen they have cows in a very bad state and some of them are really sick using them just for milk
Not allowing the calf to drink milk from mother because which many of them died
Don't feed them well, their rib cage is showing.
Many of them have died due to ill-treatment and lack of food and when they die they sell them for leather
Due to this illness is also spreading in our area
