This is to inform you that footpath from 1. Kapashera red light towards kapashera border and 2. From kapashera red light towards bijwasan road is fully blocked daily by the shops and hawkers. Below are the points.

1. Cars and buses parked by hotels on footpath
2. Hoardings placed by shops on footpath.
3. Cars parked by individuals of shops owners.
4. Hawkers placing rickshaws on footpath.
5. Shops selling manures and seeds at red light blocking footpath.

Request the department to resolve the issue permanently on daily basis and the issue not arises again and again.

And daily pedestrians are provided with some space to walk.

Dear sir,
For the part two years unauthorized and illegal vegetable market has been established on padam singh road, regar pura, karol bagh, due to which lots of traffic chaos and illegal activities have been aggravated in the area.

Not a single action is taken against them and if local residents try to take some action they are been threaten by the same vegetable vendors who are all bad elements.

It's start from 4pm to 11pm. They have encroached all pedestrian as well as half of the roads. They also threaten local residents and the crime rate has also aggravated under them including robbery, theft, snatching, etc.

The situation of the area is deteriorating day by day and it has become a slum colony.

Padam singh road has also been categorised as single road under the delhi master plan, bit still this illegal vegetable market is operating on it.

We request you to kindly take immediate and strict action and remove this illegal market from the running road.

We all residents shall be grateful.

Dear sir,

It is a matter of deep concern / importance that there are a lot of illegal factories thar are working in residential area are polluting this place and are becoming main cause for making it unfavourable for human being to live in an environment of piece. What these factories are doing here in residential areas while according to the laws no body has the right to violet the laws by opening illegal factories in the residential areas and why no action is being taken on people who are taking initiative of this violence.

Coming to the point, i am a resident of village kamerdin nagar (Near talab), nangloi, new delhi - 41. I am not mentioning my name and house no. Here as i want to keep my details confidential. The problem in this residential area there are lot of illegal factories (Like: plastic grinding, cutting, storing kabadas in warehouses) are working freely. These factories are hampering the piece and environment of the place. People are sick of these factories as there lot of noise coming through factories machines and roads are always blocked with trucks, crains and tempos carrying substantial amount of kabadas, these factories work till 12:00 midnight to 2:00 am and also causes a lot of load on elctricity which tends to burn the electeic wires causing fire in the area. The factories are situated in between the houses of common people, people near by are not able to sleep at night. Working machines make a huge noise that can be heard in the street from several meters away specially at night when working people reach home for some rest and relax and to have a sound sleep it is unbearable. Not only this but the people working in these factories are very rude and mis conducting. The owners of the factory live apart in silence and other people suffer because of them. While working during the day and night these workers listen to fm radio and tape recorders at a very high volume which makes it even more difficult for people living around to sleep in piece. People living around can not expect moments of piece. Also the harmful smoke of that emerges out from the welding machines makes the environment contaiminated. So we the people can not tollerate and bear the working of these illegal factories in this residential area any more.

All we common people can do is to request you to understand our problem by putting yourself on our place and take an immediate / fast action against such unauthorised factories in our area that are making this place like hell

This is a collective complaint by us the victims (Residents) of these factories.
Hoping to have a quick and strict action in this regard soon.

Sir aur dealer ne bhi meterial bohot bekar use kiya hai usi ke naam electricity bill bhi aata hai koi nhi sunta aur hamra ghar bhi gur sakta hai to jaan per bhi khatra haimera pura pariwar rahta hai sath mein puri building damage hai kabhi bhi gir sakti hai please sir this is my humble request to you to solve this problem pls... महोदय मैं आपको सूचित करना चाहता हूँ कि मकान नंबर ३२ अलीगंज कोटला मुबारकपूर ११०००३ में अवैध रूप से 23 साल पुराने मकान के ऊपर मंजिल बना रहे हैं इसमें पहले तीन मंजिल थीं इसके तीन मालिक हैं रमेश चंद्र बलराज और धनवीर जिसमें से बलराज और धनवीर ने इसके ऊपर 2014 में उन्होंने जबरन दो मंजिल बना ली जिसकी शिकायत MCD में 18th November 2014 को कि पर उसके बावजूद कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई और अब फिर से इस मकान के ऊपर और मंजिल बनाई जा रही हैं जिससे इस मकान को और इसमें रहने वाले लोगों को खतरा हैं अतः आपसे निवेदन है की आप इस अवैध निर्माण को रोके

Some unauthorized gates are installed in gali no.7 main cannel road harit vihar burari delhi 110084. These unauthorized gates are installed on govt streets which are closed for local public & vehicles, these gates are closed for 24x7 other than gali no.7 residents no one can use these gates. Requested you kindly remove these gates for all public vehicles & local peoples..

I am really so sorry to bother you here regarding my grievances mentioned under above-mentioned subject. I have sent numberless e mails at [protected]@gmail.com but nobody bothered to reply me. Even at grievances mentioned in property tax column, it has been reported but since 21st june 2019, it is showing as pending. I do not know who will take action in smcd to solve my matter, i have sent numberless e mails to axis bank and smcd since my receipt was not generated even after successful payments made by my citibank credit card on[protected].

I am really surprised that payment receipt has not been generated after successfully payment made by my citibank credit card through your axis bank gate way — bank gateway : on[protected] evening time, as per details mentioned below.

Everything including opt was filled up correctly and even got a message of successfully made to smcd from citibank credit card cell in my mobile as well as in my e mail but the receipt was not generated.

As we are living at c6b-95 janak puri since 2005 the year this building was constructed, we have never felt any crack or anything till construction / demolishing works initiated on plot no. 94, after may 2019, we are constantly feeling vibrations in our building after demolishing work started in the aforesaid plot which is still under construction.

In month of june 2019 he started digging deep for all columns foundation, which he marked for construction simultaneously, whereby we saw liquid mud flowing into the pits. After the foundation been dig and mud removed we noticed crack on the other side of the building sensing that the building is tilting due to excessive digging and improper execution of the work.

This is to bring to your knowledge that now as we are observing vibrations in our 3 story building and tilt is clearly visible, we request mcd, west zone to take the matter to proper platform so that our life safety should be ensured and also considering the careless attitude of the builder executing construction, he should be directed to execute strengthening of our building prior to initiating his construction activity.

My name is narender vishwakarma would like to bring your kind attention on the problem which p88, block p mohan garden near tulsi general store uttam nagar delhi 110059 areas people facing in these days. There are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses especially at night. I come late night from my office and i have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and they come closer to the motor bike rider to bite them. Sometime biker loses their consideration from the road which becomes a cause of serious causalities.

Multiple time me and my 4 years son got stuck in this situation, we are very afraid that incase of any remembrance in night we cant go normally.

Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim the entire person who passes from them. I have fallen on the bike two times as well. So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately dog catcher team in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon.

Sharma ji has encroached mcd/ dda owned park and combined it in his residential premises and has also encroached in the parking area.. They also own house no. 39a and are also encroaching in parking area by putting their personal fencing.. Pls stop them are we already have parking shortage in the colony.. Thanks

They bribe all officials and have encroached mcd owned park and surrounding premises.. Have also started encroaching parking area near house no. 39a, as they own 39a as well.. Pls stop them as we are facing acute parking shortage already.. Please look into it.. Thanks

House no. 44A, Pocket A9, Kalkaji extension, New Delhi-19 has encroached parking space by putting their personal fencing in parking area..they bribe all officials and have encroached atleast 6 feet by 20feet area in the parking and we are facing a lot of trouble because of parking issues in the colony..pls look into it asap..thanks a lot in advance

My family have totally upset due to- 1.Smell is coming from all Streams. 2. InFront of my house There're storage of Garbages 3.Sewage totally Cover with Garbage. 4. There're no MCD wain is coming for House garbage due to all Colony Put there Garbages in front of my home. 5. They're no Scavenging, No one is coming for Scavenging, every week my mother have clean streams and street toO. 6.Due to Dirt my mom and my younger brother Suffering from plenty type of disease . There're are no Cleaning everywhere is Sand, Dirt, Garbage, and disease. My family and all Colony public Is suffering this type of life, Pls help us

B-208/1 derawal nagar is an unauthorised construction without an approved construction plan. Additionally, the construction has also caused multiple damages (Cracks) to our adjacent house. No action has been taken by builder inspite repeated reminders. Instead the builder threatens us by saying, "do what you can, i will not get the repairs done for the damages caused". I had lodged a complaint with ndmc online (I'd northdmc/2018/06/12008286.) no action was taken by ndmc either. On inquiry, i was informed that my complaint needs to be lodged under mcd. Kindly help us in resolving the issue. I have attached photos of the unauthorised construction and the damages to own house resulting from the construction for your kind perusal.

I paid property tax through mcd website on 27th june 2019 (By using netbanking) however receipt not generated. I have already raised grievance in http://www.mcdpropertytax.in/ptedmc/griestatus.php but still not resolved.

People in our area i. E. Be block of hari nagar (Street no.1 backside) are facing issue of dog bites. There are many stray dogs and few of them are not stable. They attack on people daily. Today one aged lady was attacked and was very badly hurt in the incidence. Please help in taking these dogs away.
