I am a resident of house no. 214gf, pocket b-6, sector-5, rohini, new delhi - 110085. The house (H. No. 115, pocket b-6, sector-5, rohini, new delhi - 110085) opposite of our residence has been constructed in such a manner that it has tilted on one side and posses threat to near by residents.in the recent past some part has broken and come down on nearby resident despite several request nothing concrete has been done till date.

I kindly request you to take appropriate action in this regard so as to avert any future mishap.

Sir,
I am Rupak kumar, plot no.81-88, l.G.Floor, flat no.02, gali no.11, south ganesh nagar delhi-110092. Sewer is owerflowing in front of my house . From last one week. The regular cleaner are not capable to clean it. A lot of water standing in front of my house. It is difficult to walk on road. Kindly arragne to open and clean it immediately.

Dear sir, madam,

This is to inform you that we have been facing difficulty in walking from inside jahangir puri to jahangir puri metro station because of illegitimate parking on roadside which forces us to walk on road as they literally park their trucks, tempo on road, even beyond white side line. Also, since these vehicles are parked on road therefore sweepers avoid cleaning roads and leaves garbage as is.

Dear sir, this is to bring to your notice that i am a resident of naraina vihar and wish to inform you that there has been an unauthorized construction at the terrace of e-199, naraina vihar nd - 110028. It is a semi commercial property with only two floors allowed. The owner at 2nd floor has made a rrom on the terrace and running his dry cleaning business on it.

Petrol work is done all the time which is very dangerous for all the neighbors.
We are having small kids at our homes and worried about them. The owner starts hjis work early morning at 4 am and causes lot of noise with his machines. Moreover, very bad and poisonous smell surrounds the area, our health is also being affected because of it.

I requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop this illegal job. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized business is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice and the structure of the building is already in a bad stage and it may lead a serious problem in future for other flat owners.

For safety reasons i am not disclosing my identity to you. It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal business and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

This is to inform you that in rohini sec-18, DDA flats, people with contacts, have illegally occupied the parking spaces, those who have flats at ground floor, have also occupied the outside area by putting iron grills there, which is creating the ruckus for others, as no space is left for parking..

Person who has occupied the space illegally his plot no is DDA flats, A -7/92, sec 18, rohini 110089.

The flat number b-35 vasant enclave vasant vihar 110057 and his neighbor (Who is residing just down to his flat on ground floor) are executing an illegal construction in large scale, basically this flat is belongs to a janta category dda flat (One room set) but they started construction as an independent house of approx area of more than 500 sq yard. Today they installed the scaffolding and by tomorrow they will place a concrete lanter on it, by this they are encroaching a public/govt land of area aprox 500 sq yard in such a posh area of south delhi.

Kindly take the necessary action to demolish the structure. I am attaching a photo for your kind reference.
I specially want to bring your kind notice that, i am not writing my name my phone number here, as i do not want to public my information.
Kindly urgently stop this illegal construction and demolish the structure.

At the address B-2/ 104C Safdarjung Enclave there is a stop order on the 2nd floor, which has been ordered by resident of 1st floor which is of the same address. -B2/104c, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi -110029
Resident of 2nd floor is away and this work is without his knowledge or permission.

but now the resident of 1st floor is doing construction without any permission.
Kindly stop this resident of 1st floor mr. Vijay Paul Thapar who is not respecting the stop order on 2nd floor.

Dear concerned,

Our building is situated at j-block house no. 137 and its about 40-45 years old. We are the dwellers of the first & second floor of the same building. There is some illegal construction going on our building by the owner of ground floor on the terrace.

We would like to raise a complaint request to your construction department to keep a check on the building since such illegal construction may impose a huge load on the whole building leading to destruction of some parts. Already there are some cracks in our building and heavy amount of dampness in the staircase area & 2nd floor walls.

We are raising this issue since we would like to take a stay on the building as soon as such illegal construction takes, thus its a humble request to you consider the issue at utmost priority.

A few months back, construction of a building started beside our house. But it has now been stopped due to some reason. But that's not the problem neither is the construction. The problem is that since the construction has stopped, the building material has been lying outside the plot on the road which is a creating a problem for people when they are driving. We had told the owner but he hasn't taken any action till now. Also because of the building material, the sewer line has also stopped as the material has obstructed the flow of water. It is very unhygienic as all the water is flowing in the street. Please help us in solving this.

Esteemed sir with due respect that we are the uresidents of 1473 and 1475 wazir nagar, kotla mubarak pur, our neighbour purushotam gupta 1476, wazir nagar, kotla mubarak pur, new delhi has installed some mobile tower on their roof top. The said building not only is situated in a densely populated residential area, but also there is a mcd school just opposite the said building and also other building (1475 is hardly 8 meters away from these...

I want to draw your kind attention towards my problem. There has a big problem done. A black colour dog die in my street, 2 days ago, this dog was fit and good but at last day i saw that this dog has die nd smelling very bad. I think this dog is die from eat bad food. From this dog the smell is coming very bad by which we have to faced many problem we can not come and go towards the dog because he is smelling very bad and the fly is flying on the dog. So, i requested you to solve this problem, i hope you will solved this problem very early.

Hi! This is rajiv from vikas nagar, west delhi.
I am here to complain about stray dog problem. We are suffering problem in our street of dogs making trouble for public and childrens.
As people are trying to kill them, incessantly we request dog catchers to please take them away. As we're having much problems and we don't want to pay a rude or criminal behaviour to them.

I would like to draw your kindly attention towards the unauthorized construction of balcony done by our neighbor (Mr. Vivek jain r/o 23a / 7a, first floor, tilak nagar, near mother dairy park, new delhi – 110018), he had constructed a compact size washroom (Photographs of toilet attached) on balcony which is creating lots of problems to us and to other neighbors as well. The foul smell coming from the washroom is directly entering to the living rooms and also in the kitchen. Which makes it very miserable place to live there. We requested to (Mr. Vivek jain) several times but he never shows the courtesy even to listen us. When we encounter him again regarding this issue he abuses us because of which my father is now under depression. We had contacted r. W. A president to make him understand that this unauthorized construction is not right but he didn’t even listen to them. So we don’t left any other option but to bring this case in your request.
I humble request to you, kindly look into this matter in this regard and remove this unauthorized toilet/washroom on balcony, which is also illegally encroached by him.

There is a women in my neighbourhood
Who used to burn plastic on daily basis.
I told her to dump garbage in mcd van which comes regularly. So she started fighting with me.
Please take this matter seriously
She is making the environment worst for living..
Everyday she burns plastic
Which is harmful for the kids playing outside..
As she is not that educated
She doesn’t care about our atmosphere
And she thinks
No one can stop her from burning plastic.
And it’s hard me to fight against such a woman which has no idea about the pollution problem going on in our country.
But she don’t give it a damn..

Illegal construction is going on constantly in b-10, vasant kunj since last 1-2 years. Everyday, there is so much noise and dust. People are unable to sleep. Many senior citizens and children are facing health issues. Continuous hammering and drilling leads to severe headache and loss of peace of mind.
Rwa is not doing anything.
Please do something.

This is regarding the new vasant kunj mehrauli link road just in front of smriti van. Few years back when the road was built, it was nice and well maintained. As the years passed, the road's condition has become pathetic. It has a lot of potholes which are very dangerous for vehicles and during rains, it gets flooded with water. People can't even walk on this road during monsoons. Also out of nowhere some random people have started throwing garbage on this road and that is huge in number and quantity. Almost eighty percent of the road is filled with garbage. The road stinks a lot and due to the dirtiness there is a possibility of so many diseases being spread near the neighbourhood. The street lights used to work but now they are of no use as they don't work at all. I thought that during elections or after elections the road will be repaired but i think the government and the authorities just don't care about this situation. I have complained so many times about this road in the past but nobody has taken a permanent step to fix this problem. Please help us out as this road is a daily commuting route for a lot of people living nearby.

Om apartments in dwarka sector 14 has multiple flats illegally built by encroaching the public space.
Types of encroachment
- sheds to encroach the public parking space for personal use
- 3 storeyed buildings on encroached lands
- tapering with original construction and architecture
- 1st floor apartments exceeding their carpet area

Despite repeated complaints to mcd officials no action has been taken yet. Even when they come for demolition they take money from the residents and leave without execution.
Kindly look into the matter urgently

I am chanchal sharma from gali no 12 b rajinder park extn, nangloi, many unauthrized construction in street. So watar stand in street & masquite are borning in water, also cars are stand in streets so streets are blockes. I request plz broken unauthrized construction in streets. Many time nebours are fighting with anothers. Some are rowdy type peson in streets.
