Subject: Illegal Dispossession By Locking My Property: Main Entrance, Basement, GF, FF, SF, Roof & Electricity and water supply: A 6 Transit Camp, Govind Puri, New Delhi

Accused: Braj Kishor @ Brij Kishor Singh, Baby Rani Saurabh Singh and Shray Kumar Singh at A 6, THIRD FLOOR, Transit Camp, Govind Puri, New Delhi 19
1. I Shanti Devi, a senior citizen woman, w/o Dr Ratan Singh am the absolute owner of the property A 6 Transit Camp, Govind Puri, New Delhi 110019. I am in legal possession of basement, GR, FF, SF & Roof (bath room & kitchen). I have business of Garments in Basement, Dental Clinic at GF, Beauty Care center at FF and Counseling and Family Health Center at SF(Item 13, New CS No. 52779/16 dated 27.10.2016).
2. Mr. Braj Kishor @ Brij Kishor Singh along with 4 family members is r/o third Floor A 6 Transit Camp, Govind Puri, New Delhi of the above mentioned property with the common entrance.
3. On 05/03/2018 I reached my property at 15:50 and found the only entrance locked by his private lock for which I had no keys.
4. I called PCR at 15:58 and 16:16 through my mobile no. [protected] but no help arrived. I reached PS Govind Puri and lodged a complaint SHO, PS Govind Puri, New Delhi (DD No. 38B at 4:50 pm on 05/03/2018.
5. I personally met IO SI Saurabh at PS Govind Puri, New Delhi and apprised him with the painful situation who promised to resolve illegal situation and to provide relief to my distress.
6. I returned to my property again at 19:00 and found it still locked (photos attached). I contacted PCR through my M; [protected] at 19:16. Mr. Ram Singh came with Gypsy No. DL1CU 7952 who called local police and went away.
7. Mr. Sudhir and Mr. Sonu, PS Govind Puri arrived who contacted Braj Kishor Singh on my persuasion by phone who had been at Mainpuri, UP to celebrate Holi at home along with his family. Mr. Sudhir also contacted IO SI Saurabh who did not come to the site for rescue. I waited till 22:00 and retuned disappointed as no relief was provided to me. The property remained locked and inaccessible. My repeated request for hours remained unanswered.
8. I am legally in possession of Basement, GF, FF, SF and roof of the above property( Item . Thus Mr. Braj Kishor @ Brij Kishor Singh, [protected]@Baby [protected]@ Dev Rani, Saurabh Singh, Damini Singh, Shray Kumar Singh have;
8.1 Dispossessed me from my property rights
8.2 Caused me grave inconvenience personally and financially
8.3 Created distrust against me from my clients & social contacts
8.4 Damaged my social standing and self esteem
8.5 Earned Contempt of Court by discarding its order(Item 13, New CS No. 52779/16 dated 27.10.2016)
9. P.S. Govind Puri is well aware of my rights of Saket Court Order (Item 13, New CS No. 52779/16 dated 27.10.2016)- a copy of it has already been kept by IO SI Saurabh in my A6 File.
10. Brij Kishor Singh, Saurabh Singh and Shray Kumar Singh are ordered by District & Session Judge, Saket Courts on 23/09/2016 in FIR No. 745/ 2016 ( 345/506/323/34IPC) not to leave the premises: A6 TC, Govind Puri, Delhi during the trial period without permission.
11. Saurabh Singh and Shray Kumar Singh are already on the run from a Warrant by Saket District Court in FIR No. 0013/2017 (345/341/506/509/34 IPC) dated 19/02/2018.
Inspite of the above mentioned facts Brij Kishor Singh, Saurabh Singh and Shray Kumar Singh, Anuradha and Damini Singh are not restraining from further criminal activities.
12. There is apparent inaction by PS Govind Puri, ND inspite of our time to time intimation of their personal and public crimes is failing in its duty of protecting innocent senior citizens, their rights and law of the land(Item 13, New CS No. 52779/16 dated 27.10.2016).

13. I request your honour to register an FIR against the accused, take necessary action against the negligence and tardiness by PS Govind Puri, provide relief from being dispossessed and warning to the culprits for not repeating the event or cause obstruction to our free movement to our property, client, public utilities and business.

Hi,

This is in regards to gym hard rock operating in i-5.94 sector 16 rohini. This gym operates late in night and does not allow residents to have peaceful life, please look into the same.

This gym has created nuisance and has disrupted the normal life. There is parking issues and also due to this fights are there everyday. Please look into the same

As a resident, i am finding the street dog menace is very much on the rise in our old rajinder nagar locality. Every time, we moved in the area be it on foot or bike, the dogs keep on barking in unison or chasing the vehicle.in the late evening, if we carry some bag with groceries, the dogs keep barking and sometimes even chase us till we reach the home. A few in our locality has been the victim of bog bite too. Its really getting scarier in the evening to move in our locality with such huge no. Of stray dogs barking every time.

Dear sir/madam,
I am sachin tomar, a resident of rz b 161 b street no. 6 b raj nagar 1st palam colony new delhi 110045. We are facing problems in our locality due of stray dogs. They are many in numbers. They are very dangerous. They bark at us and even sometimes they come to bite us. It is difficult for us to come outside our house especially at night and early morning. It is also very dangerous for small kids. It is difficult for them to play outside. It is also very difficult to go out of the house with our pet dog, all street dogs come to bite our pet. Situation has become very miserable.
Kindly, take action as soon as possible. We shall be very thankful.

A Mental Dog Near My House. He Biting Me Many Time At Night and He live in my street corner House. Please Come and sove this problem. There are Many people who Carry This Dog but when he biting me and anyone Then No one carry this situation.

I am a resident of a4c block janakpuri

I am complaining on behalf of my neighbours, who are troubled by a street dog (Brown & white dog) who is recently biting a lot of people (7-8 people in last 15 days)

The dog, a street dog can be found in the lane between a4c - 27 to a4c - 14 janak puri

I would request the authorities to immediately get this dog off from our colony before he bites more people

I m k bansal from resident of l-212 shastri nagar delhi-110052 have a problem of 5-6 dogs that barks and bite any time morning to night. Today when i go to office e. I. 6/03/2018 5 dogs moving in back side gali of our home suddenly one dog come and bite me. This type of attack was happen many time so i want your help and your dog catchers please sent away dog catchers in my gali/street and also give some anti rabies medicine to dogs. Dogs spread over garbage that is outside our houses.

We are at b 27 g t karnal road industrial area. North delhi. Behind shakti nagar telephone exchange. There is a union of mcd sweepers and they don't do there work properly nor let anyone else do it.
Dog #.. Dry leaves... Garbage from people drinking near banquet halls.. No one cleans it. We even offer money to them to do there work properly but no help. We are fed up of this nuisance and helpless about it. Kindly get it rectified.

Dear concern,

This is to bring to your notice that i am a resident of chhota bazar shahdara area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on at 334 4th floor chhota thakur dwara shahdara, delhi -110032,
The owner has constructed unauthorised 4th floor room set...
The nearby buildings addressed 332 chhota thakur dwara shahdara delhi..

We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.

For safety reasons i am not disclosing my identity to you...

It is therefore prayed before your good self that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

This is to inform you that there are lot of stray dogs in our DDA society, Sector 17, Pocket A, Dwarka, New Delhi 110075.
Due to this lot of problems are being faced by the residents of our society. There are about 10-15 dogs, Two dogs (One Black and One White) staying around Flat no 140, today (03/03/18) black dog bite my daughter also past 15 days they bite more than 6 people. Some resident giving them...

That the owner of property is a contractor of mcd.
That the shop have no mcd noc to run shop in residential area.
That the shop have no pollution certificate.
That the shop have not any facility of fire fighting and no noc from delhi fire services.
That the material sold without bill kindly check the stock.
That the owner runes a tyre godown and car reparing shop in residential area with the name of a one tyre shop.
That the shop makes dirty smell of tyres and the air get polluted.
That the building having a tower in residential building.
That the shop having compressor make a lot of noice pollution.

That the front of shop a - encroach by the shop owner to repair cars and change of tyres.
You are there for request to please take an early action on property.
That the rwa not do any action due to powerful image of owner.

This is complaint for mrs. Reena pahwa, r/o 207-c & 207 - d, paschim vihar ext. New delhi-110063. (Dda janta flats)
Complaint is that (She has a pitt bull american dog without licence which is very dangerous for our society all time this dog make some noise children cant concentration in studies and can't play. Children are very scare from this dogand this dog was also attacked own care taker. But, this family is not take any action in this regards.

Kindly please take any action and safe to us thhis dangerous dog.

Subject: dogs complaint in krishi kunj colony, type-3, new delhi-110012

Kindly help the colony from so many runagate dogs in our colony, they barks & bite no. Of persons in the colony.
One of he incident happens to me last month they bite on the leg of my mother.
There are 10-15 dogs are in the colony,

People not even walk on the street of the colony.

Kindly do the needful and help us out.

This is complaint for mrs. Sehgal, r/o g-41, 2nd floor, naraina vihar, new delhi-110028.
Complaint is that (This floor is already booked in your record also. And again they are doing unreasonable contruction.
Due to this construction disturbing to senior citizen which is living on 1st floor,
On that building.
Kindly stopped this construction asap.

I'm writing this complain on behalf of the localities of gali number - 8 south anarkali ext..., krishna nagar delhi - 110051. Drainage system of this street is very poor this is affecting our health because disease like dangue malaria are spreading... We have register this complain to local edmc office but no action is there
Please fix this soon otherwise higher step would be taken...

I am a resident of type 4, delhi adm flats, gulabi bagh delhi 11007. Around our building i. E. Flats from 2114 to 2128, there are lots & lots of deadly stray dogs which have made our lives as hell. They shout day in and day out. Right now also it's 1 am but we can't sleep because of their loud noise. They are very harmful for all the people going in and out of our building. They destroy all the plants, clothes and other items kept in our lawns.

So, i request you to please take all the dogs to dogs shelter or some where else...

I want to know you that, in our area karampura in b block there are so many deadly street dogs which are very harmful for all the peoples going from the front of ambedkar university karampura gate. Even today, i was coming with my friend by bike, they suddenly attacked us and cleaved my t-shirt too. I was luckily saved myself from them.

So, i request you to please take all the dogs to dogs shelter or some anywhere else.

... I am residing in south delhi, crpark, b block area. Wanted to complaint that there is a group of monkeys... On and off they come and do a lot of nuisance, its becoming difficult for the ladies to come out of their houses. Early morning the monkeys are on the roof top, they create a lot of noise by holding the water pipes n cable wires n sometimes break the water tanks covers. People cant sleep properly.
Kindly, see to this above matter n try to solve the problems.

I live in millenium appartment, sector-18, rohini. There are lot of illegal construction on top floors wherein the owners of top floor are constructiong an additional floor above it causing harm to building. There are lot of illegal construction of balcony on the 1st n 2nd floors. People are occupying the parking property by illegally extending there limit of there house. Please check
