Hi, i am resident of om vihar phase 3 uttam nagar new delhi 110059.

This is a complaint regarding garbage dump in the area.
There are lot of plots in the locality which are empty and people are dumping household garbage as there is no garbage collection facility / dusbins where people can put daily garbage.

Also there are lots of stray dogs in the locality.
These dogs are very dangerous and bark on everyone. They are also biting kids in the locality. All this creates very unhygienic condition.

I request you to please take necessary action asap.

I am resident of national capital delhi, living at 2374, kucha mir hashim, turkman gate.
It's been 3 day's, the sweepers in charge in my street have not clear the garbage.
It's a problem of everyday, they clear the garbage 2-3 times in a week only.
Please check the pictures i am attaching.
Who ever will see these pictures will be ashamed.
Hope, action will be taken.

I am getting my builiding roof reconstructed in east delhi which was damaged by and accident and the same is exactly as per the original sanction plan.
Mcd officer are harassing and demanding bribe for allowing to do so failing threaten for dire consequences. They say that they have many ways of stopping the construction because it is not possible to comply with each and every laws by any individual. Even they says that the bribe is divided to all the superiors and top officers and complaining would only increase the sum.
I am also afraid to complaint.
What should be done in this matter

As in delhi where every shop and establishment are targeted for encroachment... The vendors are allowed to cover the footpath with there giant shops allotted by mcd.
One such pics of a shop established by you at mukherjee nagar in front of signature tower. Will you (Mcd) pls let me know that even the signboard of shops are being targeted and demolished for encroachment and on the other hand you (Mcd) are allocating shops over footpath...
Dual policy...

I wish to complain about unauthorized constructions in parking lot of f-block, bali nagar. The owners of f-4 and f-10 have done illegal construction in the parking lot in the basement of their buildings where nepali immigrants are residing. They have built rooms and toilets in the basement and are a nuisance to the entire colony. They pose a serious threat to the security of the children and the elderly in the colony as they often indulge in antisocial activities.
Kindly take urgent action.

Hi respected team,

I came to know that you are sealing all the residential ground floor which are in commercial use. Our floor also has commercial shop & one room set build by builder. Last year there was a fire incident at our building & fire department also warned builder to destroy the shop from building ground floor but he didn't remove anything.
Could you please visit at below address & seal this shop & room with immediate effect as you are already running the drive to seal such properties at tilak nagar.

Subject: water logging, at near adarsh nagar metro station delhi-110033

Respected sir,

I want to draw your attention towards the water logging near adarsh nagar metro station new delhi 110033 because of sewer problem. As there no passage for the water to flow out of the road, water logging area over is creating a heaven for the mosquito in the nearby areas. There is possibility of dengue and malaria. Sir kindly look into the matter and direct the concerned officials to take necessary action as soon as possible.

The rain water severe in front of our block (B-25/6, ramesh nagar, double storey, new delhi) was cleaned last year by the contractor deputed by your office. However, while covering the sever with the concrete cover, the contractor's workers handled the covers very irresponsibly resulting in breakage of most of the covers which left big holes on the sever. Photographs attached. There was no supervisor at the site to supervise them. These holes are accident hazards for the residents' vehicles being parked there. Moreover, open hole has resulted in the breeding ground of mosquitoes which will result in spreading diseases all the more when summer is approaching.

We have made several complaints, last being on 16 november 2017 (Complaint no. 3359). After several follow ups with all the concerned officials, the area junior engineer responded our complaints and after visiting the site by his staff, he showed his inability to do anything in the matter since there are no concrete slabs available in his stock.

In view of the above, we humbly request your offices to look into the issue and try to resolve it to avoid any inconvenience to the residents due to spread of diseases.

A dog is lying down dead near to my home. There are many flies moving over and above his dad body. For hygiene and safety purpose, i want to get it removed. I tried to contact the contact numbers provided by mcd, but no one responded.

My locality is karawal nagar, delhi. Please take some necessary actions and help me with the same on urgent basis.

There are so many mad street dogs in this locality. The number of dogs in our street have been increasing rapidly and these posses many problems for local people, they always barking on people and sometime these dog bitted some person. There are so many mads dogs moving on the street and have bitten me and many other peoples.

These dogs barking in night which creat problem to us. These dogs also creats unhygenic condition on street. You are kindly requested to send the dog catching squad local authorities such as ndmc and mcd along with the "dog catchers" are requested to take prompt and strict action against the problem faced.

Any address contact number etc. Of mcd office / authority.
- specific technical parameters etc too of the cause have not been recorded
On such notices
- names of owners of such premises even are mis/ill - recorded
(Tenatmounting to change the ownership of premises illegally & ill-
Intentionaly)

In view of above first of all mcd may very much like to put its house in order suitably so as neither the public is harassed / terrorized nor mcd is to face embarrassment

We would like to draw your kind attention towards sewer blockage in our street since last three months. We are resident of Street no 16 Bhikam Singh Colony Shahdara Delhi 110032. We have videos that how dirty water is coming out from holes and its very dangerous ..small kids can slip over here..
We have already been submitted many complaints but we did not get any response till now.
There is very bad smell arising from this blockage.
Please do needful at your earliest.

This is to draw your attention towards the increased problem of stray animals in vivekanand puri, sarai rohilla delhi-110007. Both, stray dogs and stray cows are creating difficulties for us on daily basis. Stray dogs have become a threat to our children whereas cows are creating an unbearable problem of a dirty, unhygienic and unbearable environment. No action has been taken despite of our regular complaints and efforts, please look into the matter at the earliest to make situations better for everyone here.

Dogs roam the whole night, due to which whole street members are troubled. The dogs spread the wastes outside houses. I want your help to resolve this problem.

I want to provide you information about a 3 side open property i. E j-9 ganga ram vatika tilak nagar new delhi. Which has been constructed in unauthorised manner. The area of the property is about 400 yards which is 100% covered and balconies are covering the 3 feet area of road from all three sides. Earlier also i have sent many complaints to m. C. D officials but no action is taken till now.
Keeping in view of the unauthorised construction of this property mcd sealed this property in 2006. After this in 2007 the owners of this property given undertaking before the mcd that they would break down all the illegal covered area and will bring the structure of their property according to building by lodge.in the view of their undertaking mcd unsealed the property. After that the owners started reciding there and occupied the property to get rid of the actions of the mcd.in the meanwhile one day mcd a. E visited the property and sealed all the unauthorised area. After few time the owners broke all the seals and started using that area also.in the meanwhile mcd officials visited many time but did not take any action against the owners due to some mutual understanding between them. Till now mcd has not taken even a single action against the property.
The balconies of this property are risk for every person of this colony.in the lane side no emergency vehicle can enter the lane because of the coverage of the balconies.
If in case any fire incident took place the fire brigade can never enter in the area because of the over coverage of the balconies.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and take any leagal which deem fit for the same

I hereby inform you that the mesh in front of 15/7 and 15/8 ashok nagar new delhi-18, is full of mud and the sewage water floating in front of the houses, so many complaints has been loged but no action has been taken. It may cause dengu near future, so requested to make arrangements to clean the mesh as the earliest.

I am a resident of 5007, hauz qazi chawri bazar.100 of street hawkers block the road every sunday from
Hauz qazi police station to lal kuan, fateh puri and when u talk to them regarding this they start misbehaving or even start a fight. They openly say that we give commission to authorities and police for this. Please take a serious action against this and remove these street hawkers from blocking road every sunday..
We have incidents that have picked fights and started abusing. They are increasing in numbers every week and taking all the road.

This is to complain about the serious problem with garbage pick up in my neighbourhood. The main reason for this huge rubbish pile ups is that the rubbish collecting van doesn’t come regularly and furthermore, it only covers the main streets and not every lane of my neighbourhood. This pile ups attract insects and micro-organisms which ultimately lead to cause health risks. This situation is getting worsened day by day and can cause an outbreak of problems.
