I kirandeep w/o chanpreet singh chawla, r/o 348 gagan vihar, delhi 110051 seek your immediate intervention to seal property which was carrying out illegal construction excavating basement without any permission in shop no 4 & 5, shivaji enclave, main road near mehta chowk new delhi 110027.
I allready sent you mail reagrding this at the time of excavation but no action has been taken, dr jasveer singh is dubious and against the pious profession of medical practice and diagnostic services. It is relevant to mention here that an fir no 0132 dated 02.03.2016 at ps khyala u/s 23 of pre natal diagnostic techniques (Regulation 23 and prevention of misuse) act 1994 was registered and he remained in tihar jail for couple of monthsfoir the heinous crime.
In view of the facts and circumstatnces mentioned hereinabove, your goodself is humbly beseeched to please take immidiate legal punitive as well as deterrent action against dr jasveer singh for alteration by excavating basement in shop no 4 and 5 shivaji enclave, main road, near mehta chowk.
It is also requested that the said shop no 4&5 may please be sealed.

This is regarding the illegal constructions and encroachment on the common space of the society. It is to be noted that at address f-7/39, sector-16, rohini (Near dda market and vodafone store) which is dda flat is under illegal construction wherein dealer is extending huge area and could possibly cause severe damage to the structure. We have called 100 number couple of times but no such strict action has taken so far. I would like to request mcd to take suitable action against such activities that could possibly be causing damage to the structure of other flats as well.

I suppose this is increasing and mcd should take immediate and action against all such illegal constructions. I have took coupe of videos for more clarity.

I want to bring to your notice a complaint raised against illegal construction carried out by owners of house no 225 floor 3rd satya niketan moti bagh -2 new delhi 110021. Sir, here i like to bring to your kind notice that the owner of 3rd floor unauthorised construction on 3rd floor terrace is erecting a structure on the roof which is illegal and i feel it is dangerous to other building occupants and neighbours as well because the building underneath may not be able to bear the load of expanded structure and collapse.

I request your kind intervention to stop the ongoing construction work at the above address at the earliest.

In our village some stray puppies are lying. Last nite two puppies were accident by vehicle and got dead. So 4 puupies are left. So plz come n take to u before any accident or unknown condition. Dear sir/madam,
I write to you to complain about our neighbours who are constructing above their house and everyday, the debris from their house is thrown on the corner of the colony wall. It's a hazard for multiple reasons, including breeding of mosquitoes in the dengue season. The house address is s 350, greater kailash 1, new delhi - 110048. We have tried but they don't listen to us, i can share pictures of the growing debris. Please help!

पूर्वी दिल्ली के Trilok puri 15 Block के चौराहे पर Aggarwal sweet के नाम से एक दुकान है। जो कि 12.5 गज की होनी चाहिये। लेकिन दुकानदार ने अवैध निर्माण करके सरकारी जमीन पर गैरकानूनी तरीके से लगभग 50 गज में कब्जा किया हुआ है। जिससे Traffic की आवाजाही में बाधा होती है।कृपया इस मामले की जांच करके अवैध कब्जा हटवाया जाए।

This is to inform you that i'm a resident of pocket 11 sector 21 rohini. And their is my neighbor's dog that barks every time. And that creates so much problem for us. And when it is asked from them to close their door so that the dog won't bark, they always start fighting. They lock the dog inside when they all are outside and she keeps on barking continuously. And we have patients at our home who can't deal with it. Kindly look into this matter and help us.

I am resident of dada dev colony sector 7 dwarka (J j colony) new delhi. I have seen that the selected area which is in your jurisdiction is acquired by unauthorized enrochment by some people who have make noise and pollution from the garbage which they collect and people faces the more problem. Residents are facing the problem related pollution noise problem and unauthorised encrochment. I requested to you please provide any solution to resolve the same.
Please resolve the matter as earlier.

With Due respect I beg to say that in our area, k-3/139B vikrant chowk Mohan garden Uttam Nagar-59, workers have done some sewer work today and they it created major problems in our day to day lifes
1) It is blocking the road due to which we are unable to go outside if the house.
2)Dirty water is also going to the base of our houses.
3) Due to the water, it make houses for many mosquitoes to breed.
4)We are not able to take out our vehicles from the houses because of the blockage done by workers.
5) The roads are not paved.
6)There is no maintenance of the roads before the sewage work roads were in the good position.
Please urgently do something in this Regard.
We are suffering alot.

Here i am complaining about mcd authority because they indulge in sudden destruction of roads further they neglect its reconstruction/maintenance. Road is broken at every 50 foot and road is broken right from bhajanpura to karawal nagar chowk, delhi-110094. For this so many times complaint nearest mcd department had been made but they all person ignored directly. Please look into this matter and do the need full as soon as possible. Hope you will not ignored and work on this compliant.

In rohini sec-1 avantika near gopal dairy. There are alots of dogs are biting to everyone and in night we afraid from these dogs. Some people suffers very badly. People can't sleep due to barking. And its major problem for our health. Students can't studing and concentrate.

We are facing huge problems due to the unhygienic conditions causing health problems and the owner of that plot is not constructing and not selling, many times verbally inform this to the plot owner but he ignore every request. The odour smell is also make the air pollute and increasing the mosquitos & flies. we are facing a problem of garbage near about our residence there are so much garbage outside the home that is why so much bad smell are spreading in the area that is why are getting a problem in a breathing so many times our family members got ill.Therefore, you are highly Requested to take necessary action in this regard and also against the owner of this plot. Cover of storm water drain in front of my house number l 15 rajouri garden is broken. It is in a very dangerous state and may cause injury.

Kindly arrange to replace the same at the earliest

Storm water drain cover is lying in open condition since two months.

The area is not well lit hence someone may get badly injured. Early action is solicited.

There is so many illegal construction is going on in West patel nagar . My specific complaint is about this address

R-26, 4th floor.
West patel nagar.
That have created havoc in our society. That has been illegally constructed n rental accommodation. These people are violeting construction norms cheap.material for sake of their own profit.
I hope you wil take the appropriate action.

I am aunj kumar nigam s/o late shri. O. N nigam resident of house no. Kp -24 ground floor, maurya enclave, pitampura delhi-34.

I would like to register a complaint against mr. Atul nigam resdient of house no. Kp -24 first floor, maurya enclave, pitampura delhi -34 for illegal and unauthorised construction of gates and walls on the staircase of the above mentioned property and denying all means of access to the staircase and roof to mr. Anuj kumar nigam and his family members.

My father late shri. O. N nigam has expired on 8.3.2014 leaving behind a registered will stating the facts that the roof is distributed equally amongst his legal heirs ie: mr anuj kumar and nigam and mr. Atul nigam and also that mr. Atul nigam should not create any hindrance in access of the staircase and roof to mr. Anuj kumar nigam and his family.

But despite this fact mr. Atul nigam has made an illegal and unauthorised construction of gates and wall to create hindrance for mr. Anuj kumar nigam and his family to use the stairs and roof.

I would request you to take action against mr. Atul nigam as deemed fit.

There is a serious problem near my house on the lane/road from the last 2 months. As a result, the rubbish has accumulated, causing flies and other insects to come to the area besides emitting foul smell. The photographs taken are attached.

Water + sewage is spilling all over.

Please attend it urgently, we are facing so many problems due to this from so long.

Hello, i live in 6th block, old rajinder nagar, new delhi. This area has so many stray dogs that it has become almost impossible to come out of houses at night. They even disturb he vehicles during day time. Some roads are blocked because people do not dare to go inside the road because dogs live there. Kindly do something before someone gets hurt. Thanks!

I would like to draw your kind attention that, i live in house no 185, block a pocket 00 rohini avantika sector 2 delhi 10085, and i want to say that there are lots of estray dog in my locality. They harm to each and everyond, sometimes they bites to walking people. They bark all the time specially in night, ue to this problem we can not sleep properly at night, due to these dogs we are afraid wle walking in the street

So i request to munucipal department please look at this matter as soon as possible

This is to inform the deptt. abt the harassment created by stray dogs in area, as they are too many in numbers, we cant sleep well at night as they bark and fight a lot which creates too much of noise. Our locality will be pleased if our request can be considered to look into this matter.
Daily we have hygiene issues as these dogs either pee or ### in front of our gates on a daily basis, and even our children have fear to play outside coz of dog bites. We will request you to seriously consider our matter and provide some resolution for the same.
