With saurabh singh and braj kishor @ brij kishor @ brij kishor singh - perpetual fraudsters of multiple falsification for securing rental deed and article 4 affidavit as well as various public documents and services
A. Complainant: shanti devi, a senior citizen woman aged 65yrs w/o dr ratan singh am r/o 8/7 gf, kalkaji extn, new delhi. That since 17 december, 2012 i am the absolute owner of the property a 6 (4 storey suit) transit camp, govind puri, new delhi 110019 and have in my/our name bses electric meters ca nos.[protected] &[protected] and mtnl land line no.[protected].
B. Accused: b.1 rk documentation centre (Reg) mohit kochhar - e stamp vendor & notary sp verma and b.2 saurabh singh/ braj kishor family: consisting of braj [protected]@ brij kishor @ brij kishor singh (M [protected]), anuradha @ baby rani @ dev rani, saurabh singh ([protected]), damini singh (M [protected]) and shray kumar singh (M ([protected]) are resident till may 2016 of permanent r/o p o lalupur, garhiya, mainpuri, up 205001.
C. Residence / office address of accused (Till may 1, 2016):
C.1 r k documentation centre (Reg): mohit kochhar - e stamp vendor & notary sp verma at r-16, (Bb-37), hans raj sethi marg, kalkaji main road, new delhi-110019.
C.2.1 braj kishor s/o vir sahay and baby rani w/o braj kishor are parents of dependent saurabh singh, damini singh and shray kumar singh who are holding for decades voter ids numbers up/69/342/0507318 (Part 88 ser. No. 225) & hjj 2104792 (Part 88 ser. No. 227) respectively at address: permanent r/o p o lalupur, garhiya, mainpuri, up 205001 (Annexure 1 & 2). C.2.2 braj kishor in aadhaar card no.[protected] is recorded as permanent r/o garhiya, p o lalupur, mainpuri, up 205001 (Annexure 1&2). C.2.3 land record (खाता संख्या 00460) records braj kishor s/o vir sahay r/o gareya, sansarpur, main puri, up: गढिया : संसारपुर, परगना (मैनपुरी) तहसील : मैनपुरी जनपद : मैनपुरी, उत्तर प्रदेश
D. Illegal occupation by accused (Since may 1, 2016): a6, third floor, transit camp, govind puri, kalkaji, delhi 11001
E. Lists of public documents and services through fraudulent means;
(1) forged rental deed (Certificate no.in-dl[protected]l)
(2) forged article 4 affidavit (Certificate no.in-dl[protected]l)
(3) applied for bses electric connection through fake & stolen documents (App no.[protected] dated (23/11/13)
(4) bharat petroleum co ltd/ kain gas agency (Kga) connection:
(5) voter cards through counterfeit at mainpuri, up & delhi
(6) two new ration cards for one family in the name of dependents through forgery (Nos.[protected] &[protected]
(7) four aadhaar cards through forgery
(8) passport n5594617 by saurabh singh through forgery & (9) setting my property a6 to fire e stamp paper owner for

The following person, agencies, offices, organizations, departments, institutions and utilities particularly rk documentation centre (Reg) mohit kochhar - e stamp vendor & notary sp verma have colluded with the accused as follow:
(1) forged rental deed (Certificate no.in-dl[protected]l) (2) (2) forged article 4 affidavit (Certificate no.in-dl[protected]l)
Hereafter i am submitting the forgery committed by saurabh singh, his father brij kishor singh, zahiruddin moh madani in collusion with rk documentation centre (Reg): mohit kochhar - e stamp vendor & notary sp verma..

1. E - stamp vendor - (Mohit kochhar) operates at r k documentation centre (Reg) owned/ managed by mohit kochhar (M: [protected] & [protected] e mail: [protected]@gmail.com) issued at office address: address: r-16, (Bb-37), hans raj sethi marg, kalkaji main road, new delhi-110019.
1.1.1 that on 19/10/2013 12:07 pm e - stamp vendor issued forged e stamp paper (Certificate no.in-dl[protected]l) in my name (Shanti devi) to saurabh singh s/o brij kishor singh r/o a-6 transit camp, govind puri kalkaji, new delhi-110019.
1.1.2 that on 19/10/2013 12:07 pm e - stamp vendor (At address: r-16, (Bb-37), hans raj sethi marg, kalkaji main road, new delhi-110019) committed a crime first by issuing a paper in the name of absentee (Shanti devi) and second by getting the register signed in my name by a substitute and third by colluding with saurabh singh and his father brij kishor singh (As appeared in the forged rental deed) under witnesses r/o a-6 transit camp, govind puri kalkaji, new delhi-110019.
1.1.3 e - stamp vendor sold the paper to saurabh singh in my absence to saurabh singh s/o brij kishor singh @ brij kishor @ braj kishor who is r/o p o lalupur, garhiya, mainpuri, up 205001 (Annexure 1 & 2).
1.1.4 that on 19/10/2013 at 12:07 saurabh singh as s/o brij kishor singh had bought e stamp paper for forged rental deed (Certificate no.in-dl[protected]l) at address a-6, second floor, transit camp, govind puri, kalkaji, new delhi-110019; whereas his stated address was. A-6, second floor, transit camp, govind puri kalkaji, new delhi-110019 and actual address was p o lalupur, garhiya, mainpuri, up 205001.
1.2.1 that on 26/10/2013 the forged rental deed (Certificate no.in-dl[protected]l) was notarized by notary sp singh, delhi (Registration no. 1938, govt. Of india) in the presence of at e. Stamp vendor at address : r-16, (Bb-37), hans raj sethi marg, kalkaji main road, new delhi-110019. The seal of the notary has always been present in rk documentation centre with the e stamp vendor which can be easily verified any time through sting operation.
1.2.2 the forged rental deed showed owner’s (Shanti devi) & tenant’s (Saurabh singh) address same as r/o a-6 transit camp, govind puri kalkaji, new delhi-110019.
1.2.3 the forged rental deed as prepared for part of the same building which was according to the document was already being wholly was resided by both the owner and the tenants in collusion are braj kishor (M [protected]) and uncle moh zahiruddin madani.
1.2.4 the witnesses whose signatures are well known to me are his father – braj kishor (M [protected]) and uncle moh zahiruddin madani of a 705 transit camp, govind puri, new delhi 19 (M[protected] & [protected]).

1.3 the criminal acts in rental deed are (Annexure 1-7):
1.3.1 e stamp vendor issued to saurabh singh e stamp paper in my name (Shanti devi) got signed for me by a substitute in e stamp paper register simultaneously in collusion are braj kishor (M [protected]) and uncle moh zahiruddin madani.
1.3.2 saurabh singh recorded owner (Mine) and faked renter as r/o of same premises at a-6 transit camp, govind puri kalkaji, new delhi-110019 (All four storey); whereas. He is dependent on his parents braj kishor and anuradha whose residence was recorded in their voter ids numbers up/69/342/0507318 (Part 88 ser. No. 225) & hjj 2104792 (Part 88 ser. No. 227) and aadhaar card no.[protected] is permanent r/o p o lalupur, garhiya, mainpuri, up.
1.3.3 saurabh singh put his signature and my forged signature in the presence of notary and got notarized by notary sp verma on 26/10/2013 at e-stamp paper vendor’s office..
1.3.4 saurabh singh recorded himself as s/o brij kishor singh; whereas his father himself recorded his own name as braj kishor (ब्रज किशोर) s/o vir sahay (वीर सहाय) in his voter ids number up/69/342/0507318 (Part 88 ser. No. 225) and aadhaar card no.[protected]. Even saurabh singh in his passport no. N 5594617 issued on 06/01/2016 is s/o braj kishor & dev rani (Misnomer for baby rani @ anuradha). There is a clear case of forgery of personal identity.
1.3.5 forged rental deed and affidavit were further used along with article 4 affidavit, to obtain kain gas agency connection, bses electric connection and one out of two ration cards for a single family of himself and parents. This is an example of secondary and tertiary level of forgery.
2. Article 4 affidavit (Certificate no.in-dl[protected]l) (Annexure 3).
2.1 the e stamp paper (In-dl[protected]l) was bought on 19/10/2013 at 12:10 pm from the same e stamp vendor at the same address: r-16, (Bb-37), hans raj sethi marg, kalkaji main road, new delhi-110019 within three minutes of buying rental deed certificate no.in-dl[protected]l of 26/10/13 at 12:07). This is example where accused have acted hand in hand with rk document center.
2.2 in article 4 affidavit saurabh singh signed a contradictory statement as, “ i saurabh singh as son of brij kishor singh aged 20 years (Am) r/o a-6 transit camp, govind puri kalkaji, new delhi-110019 and submitted to kain gas agency forged rental deed along with customer information sheet stating him to be r/ o a-6, second transit camp, govind puri kalkaji, new delhi-110019 (Annexure 3).”
2.3 both 1 & 2 documents were bought on 19/10/2013 between 12:07 and 12:10 pm from e - stamp vendor at address: r-16, (Bb-37), hans raj sethi marg, kalkaji main road, new delhi-110019 the first one in my name and second in his name.
2.4 further, both documents were signed on 26/10/2013 at the same date and time by the same notary sp singh, delhi registration no. 1938, govt. Of india in the presence of vendor - mohit kochhar at the office at r-16, (Bb-37), hans raj sethi marg, kalkaji main road, new delhi-110019. Office of e - stamp vendor at above address: would be the place to contact the notary sp verma or e - stamp vendor for authentication.
2.5 the contents of the article 4 affidavit (In-dl[protected]l) are based on false premises of declaring himself as resident of r/o a-6 transit camp, govind puri kalkaji, new delhi-110019 but declaring as r/o a-6, second floor, transit camp, govind puri kalkaji, new delhi-110019 as rental deed and a-6, transit camp, govind puri kalkaji, new delhi-110019 in his customer declaration in his application to kain gas agency (Annexure 3)
2.6 the criminal acts in article 4 affidavit are (Annexure 1-7):
2.6.1 article 4 affidavit & forged rental deed are contradictory within and between the two and hence misleading and fraud which were prepared in collusion with e - stamp vendor & notary sp verma operating from address: r-16, (Bb-37), hans raj sethi marg, kalkaji main road, new delhi-110019. Braj kishor is witness to both forged rental deed and. Article 4 affidavit.
2.6.2 forged rental deed was used as evidence of residence in above affidavit; whereas. He is dependent on his parents braj kishor and anuradha who are r/o address as recorded in their voter ids numbers up/69/342/0507318 (Part 88 ser. No. 225) & hjj 2104792 (Part 88 ser. No. 227) and aadhaar card no.[protected] of r/o p o lalupur, garhiya, mainpuri, up.
2.6.3 date of birth is forged and is misleading causing confusion among two dobs given in various documents like kga< ration card and aadhaar card are as 01/01/1994 & 25/07/1994 which are next to impossible (Annexure 3).
2.6.4 election i card used as proof of identity is forged as it names him as s/o brij kishor singh; whereas father is actually braj kishor as recorded in his passport no. 5594617 or in father’s voter id number up/69/342/0507318 (Annexure 1-7).
2.6.5 saurabh has used forged rental deed as basis of residence in getting article 4 affidavit issued but collectively r/o a-6, transit camp, govind puri kalkaji, new delhi-110019 (Annexure 3).
3 e stamp vendor as well as notary sp verma have colluded with saurabh singh and his father brij kishor @ brij kishor singh @ braj kishor.
Conclusion:

Thus e - stamp vendor and notary sp verma colluded with saurabh singh and brij kishor singh to get issued article 4 affidavit & forged rental deed in order to secure essential public ids and services by using forged rental deed & article 4 affidavit as well as other documents & services.
Thus infact braj kishor, anuradha, saurabh singh, damini singh and shray kumar singh all listed public documents through rental deed, article 4 affidavit, through forged means at forged addresses of my property i. E. A-6 transit camp, govind puri, delhi-19 & a-6, second floor, transit camp, govind puri, delhi-19,

All the documents as explained above along with annexure are either fraud, by fraudulent means or both.in this way they all have played with the constitution of india, law of the nation, and cheated the government machinery/ myself. There are clear indications of collusion by issuing or investigating agencies that have supported them to reach perpetual fraudsters of multiple crimes.
Request: therefore you are requested to investigate the acquisition of rental deed and affidavit through forged acts, register an fir against the culprit (S) to bring them to book and get their forged documents/ registration revoked.

E. Persistent forgery by braj kishor & anuradha

1. Land record no. (खाता संख्या) 00460 there is braj kishor s/o vir sahay r/o gareya, sansarpur, main puri, up (: गढिया: संसारपुर, परगना (मैनपुरी) तहसील: मैनपुरी जनपद: मैनपुरी, उत्तर प्रदेश).
2. In aadhaar card no.[protected] he is also braj kishor s/o vir sahay permanent r/o garhiya, p o lalupur, mainpuri, up 205001 (Annexure 1&2).
3. On 21/06/2013 in e stamp certificate no.in-dl[protected]l braj kishor s/o vir sahay r/o garhiya, p o lalupur, mainpuri, up 205001 takes new name of brij kishore singh s/o bir shah r/o a6 transit camp, govind puri, kalkaji, delhi-110019 as third party in notarized partnership deed.
4. On 20/12/2013 braj kishor s/o vir sahay & anuradha (अनुराधा) w/o braj kishore (ब्रज किशोर) using forged documents got themselves transformed names as brij kishore singh s/o veer sahya singh and baby rani w/o brij kishor singh to illegally get duplicate voter id card, eci are 1810910 &1810398 in the transformed new name as baby rani w/o brij kishor singh which are located in kalkaji assembly (151) part 121, and page 30 recorded r/o a-6 lock-a, transit camp, govind puri, delhi -19 (Annexure 1 & 2) (Annexure 1 & 2).
5. Thus braj kishor (ब्रज किशोर) s/o vir sahay (वीर सहाय) at mainpuri, up in the voter id epic no. Up /69/342/0507318 in ac no. 107 section no. 1, serial no. 225 is replaced by brij kishor singh s/o veer sahya singh at a6 block - a transit camp govind puri, delhi in are 1810910 in ac no. 51, section 121, serial no. 829. It is brij kishor s/o vir sahay at mainpuri, up is the same person in the new name as brij kishor singh s/o veer sahya singh at govind puri, delhi.
6. Further, anradha (अनुराधा) w/o (Braj kishor (ब्रज किशोर) at mainpuri, up in the voter id epic no. Hjj2104792in ac no. 107 section no. 1, serial no. 225 is replaced by baby rani w/o brij kishor singh at a6 block - a transit camp govind puri, delhi in are1810398 in ac no. 51, section 121, serial no. 829. It is y anuradha w/o braj kishor at mainpuri, up is the same person in the new name as baby rani w/o brij kishor singh at govind puri, delhi.
7. This a fraudulent deed that braj kishor and anuradha hold voter ids at p o lalupur, garhiya, mainpuri, up 205001and also acquire duplicate ids with illegally transformed names as brij kishor singh and baby rani at a-6 bock-a, transit camp, govind puri, delhi -19 (Annexure 1 & 2)
8. Saurabh singh, damini singh and shray kumar singh are named as son/daughter/ son of brij kishor singh at a6 block - a transit camp govind puri, delhi in voter id no. Are 1760925, 2131646 and 2133113 respectively.
9. Moreover both braj kishor @ brij [protected]@ brij kishor singh and [protected]@ baby rani have been unlawfully voting in two states of delhi & up in all parliamentary, legislative and local body elections since 2014 in local, state and national elections.
10. This is a case of concealment of identities as well of committing a crime of holding two voter rights in two states and that too in different names.
11. Saurabh singh has been supported to name his father as braj kishor in ‘consumer information sheet, passport no. N 5594617 (Rpo delhi), and ration card no.[protected]Nfs id 2529083/ circle 51- kalkaji) but change it to brij kishor singh in aadhaar card no.[protected], cooking gas consumer profile no.[protected]Kga), election (Ac51) epic no. Are 1760925 and in most other documents (Annexure1- 3).
12. Intention of both father and son for such a play of musical chair is best known to them but could not be spared from being classified a forgery under law of the land.
13. It is pertinent to mention here that mr. Braj kishor along with his family has been committing crime by obtaining voter cards at delhi by foul means as well as illegally obtaining duplicate voter ids inspite of being possessors of such rights at main puri, up as revealed by simultaneously holding for decades voter ids numbers up/69/342/0507318 (Part 88 ser. No. 225) & hjj 2104792 (Part 88 ser. No. 227) respectively at permanent address: p o lalupur, garhiya, mainpuri, up 205001 (Annexure 1 & 2).
14. Mr. Brij kashor (M [protected]) has initiated his son saurabh singh for forged rent deed (Certificate no.in-dl[protected]l) in my name (Shanti devi as first party) without my consent or signature. He witnessed the forged rental deed by putting his signatures along with 2nd witness signature of his friend zahiruddin madani of a 705 transit camp, govind puri, new delhi 19 (M[protected] & [protected]) whose signature are well known to me.
15. Braj kishor colluded with his son saurabh singh to buy e stamp paper on 19/10/2013 12:07 pm from e - stamp vendor at address: r-16, (Bb-37), hans raj sethi marg, kalkaji main road, new delhi-110019 in shanti devi’s (My) name without myself which can be verified from e stamp paper register.
16. Braj kishor colluded with his son saurabh singh (Although dependant on parents) as s/o brij kishor applied for electric connection to bses, e block (Near gurudwara) gk, new delhi 110048 by using my voter id, my gpa, false noc in my name, and false affidavit under application no. [protected] (Annexure 3).
17. Offspring saurabh singh is s/o brij kishor and damini singh is d/o brij kishor singh & shray kumar singh is s/o brij kishor singh with ration card no.[protected] &[protected] respectively at a6, transit camp, govind puri, delhi, 19and a6, transit camp, govind puri, delhi, 19 respectively; whereas all three of them along with parents (Braj kihor & anuradha) were r/o garhiya, p o lalupur, mainpuri, up 205001 (Annexure 1&2)..
18. Further, on initiation of their father in 2015 saurabh singh, damini singh, and shray kumar singh are named as offspring of d/o brij kishor singh (Illegally acquired new name) respectively in their aadhaar card no.[protected], and[protected] and[protected] respectively at a6 transit camp govind puri, kalkaji, south delhi, delhi 110019.
19. In the passport no. N5594617 issued to saurabh singh on 06/01/2016 braj kishor & dev rani are revealed as names of father & mother by which the family conspiracy is exposed of misleading the government because kishor kumar & anuradha are the real names used by real parents only at mainpuri, up and brij kishor singh and baby rani at kalkaji, delhi by his parents in their duplicate voter ids.
20. Thus braj kishor has indulged in conspiracy with his son to invent another fake name as dev rani is (The third name given to anuradha after baby rani) as saurabh singh’s mother only (First & last time) in his passport no. N 5594617. Her name does not appear anywhere else at up or delhi documents or services.
21. Out of three separate names as s/o braj kishor in passport no. N5594617 and brij kishor in ration card no.[protected] and as brij kishor singh in 3 aadhaar cards and 5 voter ids two of them are obviously forged). It is not only a fraud but a daring scam.
22. Similarly out of three names conspired by braj kishor for his wife as anuradha, baby rani and dev rani two of them are surely forged.
23. There is no legal process of conversion of various names is known to have been followed by the culprits.
24. It is all a collective family forgery orchestrated by braj kishor @brij kishor, brij kishor singh along with his [protected]@ baby rani @ dev rani in collusion with their sons and daughter..
25. The various addresses used to hatch the conspiracy include ; (A) at p o lalupur, garhiya, mainpuri, up 205001; (B) a-6, second floor transit camp govind puri,, south east delhi, near petrol pump, new delhi, 110019 for gas customer; (C) a-6 bock-a, transit camp, govind puri, delhi -19 for voter ids; (D) a-6, transit camp govind puri, kalkaji, south delhi, delhi, delhi-19 for aadhaar cards; (E) a-6, second floor transit camp govind puri, kalkaji, new delhi-110019 for rental deed; and (F) a-6, third floor transit camp govind puri, delhi, 110019 at verification by blo from election registration center (Ac51).
In conclusion persistent criminal mentality of braj kishor is summarized as below;
A. Forgery in personal identity;
B. Forgery in identity of witnesses ;
C. Forgery in identity of place;
D. Forgery in date of birth/age;
E. Forgery in personal identity of parents/ spouse;
F. Forgery in hof in allotment of ration cards;
H. Forgery o[censored]sing shanti devi’s (My) voter id ; and
I. Forgery in influencing verification by authorities.
It is important to emphasis as presented above that braj singh is not alone in committing heinous frauds under personal identity, dob/ age, place of residency in preparing forged documents along with but has committed in collusion with his family members i. E., anuradha, saurabh singh, damini singh and shray kumar singh.
Therefore under the guardianship of hof braj kishor & anuradha the documents used for applying for various public documents or services are either fraud or illegally acquired or both. Under the circumstances kindly check the authenticity of proofs, get forged documents revoked and get registered an fir against persons (S) involved in fraudulent and criminal acts. I am willing to cooperate against unlawful act of brij kishor and other family members.
