Dear sir,
My name is vinay jindal, living in dalmil road, uttam nagar west near metro station. I want to take this in your knowledge that main road of this area dalmil road is duged up from last few months and no action has been taken on it.
This caused pollution and walking/driving problems to thousands of commuters daily. Also a main public park named khera park in this area is in worst condition.. There is no one to take care of this. It is stinking out there.

Please check and take immediate action on this.

Complaint against illegal and unauthorized factory in residential area
Owner : mr. Aqeel
Running of illegal jeans factory running in e-ii/710, gali no. 13, near choudhary bali vatika, nehru vihar, dayalpur, delhi-110094.

This factory is hampering the piece and environment of the place through their noise & air pollution. The workers in this factory work till 7 am to 1 am night from 7 am and some time the whole night.
As the factory are situated in between the houses of common people, people nearby are not able to take rest /sleep at their home for whole day. Working their machines make a huge noise that can be heard in all the nearest houses in the street specially at night & early morning when working people reach home for some rest and relax and to have a sound sleep it is unbearable.

Not only this but the people working in these factories is very rude and misconducting. While working during the day and night these workers listen to fm radio very high volume which makes it even more difficult for people living around to sleep in piece. People living around cannot expect moments of peace.

Due to running of the illegal factory, the owner of said factory is not maintaining proper records and kyc of person working in his factory to avoid pf and esi liabilities. Due to presence of such illegal elements, our children are in great risk of harassment and sexual assault. As you are very much familiar with current situation of rape and murder cases of children.in the absence proper identity check of these people, our children life become very miserable.
Please take a necessary action against him.

I am a resident of dariyaganj, ansari road, lane number 3 area. I want to bring into your attention the nuisance that is being created by stray dogs in our area. These dogs bark at the residents and chase them continuously.
It has become very difficult for the residents to step out especially the kids who can not play out in open due to these dogs. Residents can not go for morning or evening walks. Moreover, the menace created by their littering around the houses and in the lanes creates a very unhygienic environment and acts as a breeding ground for a lot of diseases.

Request you to kindly look into this and do the needful.

Dear sir /madam
A builder constructing a house at sector 22 pocket 11 plot no. 86 rohini 110085.
He construct the stair at backside street and blocked it.
All the water line and sewerage line are going over there. If there is any emergency in the backstreet due to anything like fire or water then it is almost impossible to enter in the street with any type of vehicle.
This construction is taken up in fully approvad area and under the nose of government agency. But no one giving their attention at it.
So i am requesting you to stop on encroachment.
Kindly take an action on urgent basis.

This a factory which looks like a 500yards storage unit but at the back portion of factory they operating a big factory. They are producing utensils and also installed spray painting units. They create a lot of noise and also they are creating a lot of air pollution. The air from there spray paint unit contains very dangerous fumes. They are very dangerous people so I would like to not to reveal my identity.
I would request athourities to take any action on the priority basis as we are living in a world of fear and pollution.
Major issues:1.Air pollution 2.noise pollution.
Factory address :G1/62 Phase 1, Budh Vihar, New Delhi 110086.
I don't know how they got an approval from MCD OR NDMC for this type of polluting factory.

I beg to say that there is dismentling o[censored]nknown property in very crude way. The whole nehibours are felling very unsafe and the area are coming in danger zone. Nearby people are felling very uncomfortable. The huge air and noise pollution is spreading in all over environment. Kindly take the ligal action and stop this illigale activities as early.

This is to bring to your notice that i am a resident of gali no. 11, main kailashpuri area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on at plot in gali no. 11, main kaialshpuri. The builder (Mr. Dinesh mittal) has buildup 5 story building and he has also start construction in ground floor (Parking area). As per the mcd rules & regulation, if any owner/builder construct 5 story building he has to left ground area for parking purposes but in this case, he has made 5 story building and he is also constructing a room set in in parking area which can mess for neighbor residents.

We had requested the local authorities to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.

It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

I am not disclosing my identity to you for safety reason.

Requesting the concerned authorities to note that
In our residential colony in
Green park extension
There are more than 9-10 stray dogs in the immediate area
Some time back, one dog also had bitten a small child.
Since then
Everybody is worried and scared
And now, since then, kids in our homes, don't even go out to play.
Can we have somebody to look into it.
Its a menace and the dogs are always running around, barking, and scaring kids and jumping on top of cars and breaking their glasses and antenna.
I wonder, whom to approach and will there be anybody true to take action against this menace.

Rani bagh, multani mohalla : delhi - 110034 - is now completely packed with street dogs.

Sometimes, number of street dogs that can be noticed in this area, is even more than human beings.

Our children cry badly while walking on roads, when dogs bark at them. Children are now under fear while stepping out of house.

Sleeping during night have become difficult. Our children wake up during night, due to very loud continuous barking by dogs.

Mcd has not shown any concern on this issue and never took this matter serious.

Mcd is requested to send dog catcher team in rani bagh, multani mohalla area urgently.

We would like to bring your kind attention of illegal encroachment on service road by owners of house no. 77 & 78, paschim vihar ext. New delhi - 110063. Therefore residents and passerby public are facing very inconvenience.
You are requested to demolish illegal encroachment/ unouthorised construction from the service road asap.

I am a resident of b block rohini sector 16, pocket 2. The number of stray dogs in my area has increased many folds.
This is a matter of serious concern as these stray dogs not only run after people, vehicles etc, but pose a major threat to the children nearby.
Please see to it asap as, it is a serious matter.

Please help in order to stop this illegal construction... Work is about to get finish please stop this...

I, the resident of gali no.13/1, wazirabad village (Timarpur zone), delhi-84, have to submit that the drains of gali no. 13/1 have been unlawfully and unauthorizedly blocked or their level has been raised by some local residents of this gali. Consequently, the flow of drains has got interrupted and stopped. Dirty water spilling all around the street has rendered unhealthy and unhygienic environment, stinking out the entire locality and triggering the menace of spread of several life-threatening diseases.

Hence, it is requested to look into the matter and take necessary & appropriate action at the earliest so that the unauthorized blockage of drains may be cleared of forthwith and we may survive in a healthy environment.

Our office is located at c-152 mayapuri industrial area phase-2 new delhi 11064. From last 10 days the main sever located in our street is fully blocked even in chain next 3-4 sever is also blocked and resulting our toilet fully blocked with water and water start to fall out from the toilet and filled in our office. Request you to please arrange to clear the severe blockage imed to avoid any misshaping.

This is to bring to your kind attention that a rickshaw driver is continuously constructing the temple on the footpath at the gate of d-block surajmal vihar, delhi - 110 092. He started with cleaning the area where the pipal tree is then slowly he placed the idols, constructed walls and now he is encroaching the road on mahashivratri. It is an illegal way of constructing a temple which is growing slowly day by day. If not taken care now it will be a nuisance for the citizens. Request you to check it immediately.
