A high mast light is installed in pocket-3, mayur vihar ph-1, delhi-110091. Sir/mam the light is not working from past 3-4 days. Due to which it is so dark without light and not safe as well. So many theft case has aslo been taken place in our area. So it is kindly requested to repair the hught mast light in our area. We wil be very thankful to you.

I want to say that in our area many dogs are present. Once the dog cut my sister.
They make loud sound in night. Even they do not let our self sleep. I want to say that pls. Send a van to catch these dogs.

I am residing in flat 457 dda sfs flats sector 9 pocket 1 dwarka new delhi.

In our society, there is menace of stray dogs and pet dogs.

Those keeping pet dogs, use the same common park which is being used by elderly people & small kids. This is not acceptable.

Some of the stray dogs have become violent. Our maid has been attacked and bitten by a brown dog.

In view of the above situation, i humbly request your attention and action to address this issue, on priority.

I am resident of arihant nagar west punjabi bagh new delhi 110026, complaining about a junk car parked in our colony outside the jain stanak building in front of house no. - 82-81. This dark grey color car is parked since years fully junked even not able to move, glasses fully broken down, body fully rusted down. This
Threaten the character and safety of neighborhoods. They are causing deterioration of neighborhoods partly due to visual blight, which affects property values. Junked vehicles are creating attractive nuisances for children, and provide harborages for rodents, insects and other pests.
In addition to the above we don't have space left to park cars of actual residents. I would request you to take immediate action and remove this car from our colony at earliest.

This complaint is regarding the increasing number of stray dogs in our locality pocket 11 sector 24 rohini delhi.
Recently there has been a gradual increase in the number of stray dogs which are a serious matter of concern for the children as well as the adults. They are not only dangerous but their constant barking in the night is disturbing the peace of residents' lives.
Therefore i request the authority to kindly look into this matter and find the best solution in people's interest as soon as possible.

I live in ashok vihar and i was passing through a block adjacent to lekhram park.

The local residents are feeding some stray dogs there but there have not been given proper injections and they are dangerous.

I was passing through that lane and stray dogs attacked on me they followed me and they were ready to bite me.

Somehow i got my self safe from them and i was safe with no injuries.

But this problem is serious since one of them was injured dog and may be rabies infected.

Please do something to avoid any danger to anyone's life

* श्रीमान इस पत्र के माध्यम से आपको अवगत करा रहे है कि लंबी गली में road restoretion कार्य मे mcd/djb विभाग द्वारा 9महीने से पब्लिक नुइसन्स होने के कारण सड़क रिपेयर/ बनाने में विलंब हो रहा है । जिससे यंहा की लोकल कम्युनिटी में अब तक 8-10 बार दुर्घटना हो चुकी है जिसका हर्ज़ाना कौन भरने की जिम्मेदारी किसकी है-???
* जनवरी 2018 में लंबी गली की टोटल रिपेयर में से सिर्फ 30% हिस्सा ही रिपेयर हुआ है जो कि ठेकरदार की लापरवाही से बहुत से खराब/चालू कार्य किया गया है जिसमे निम्न त्रुटियां हैं - - -
(१)-जगह जगह से ऊंचा -नीचा (२) सीवर के लेबल से सामान न होना (३) सीमेंट मसाला में कमी बहुत कम सीमेंट लगाया गया है । (४)केवल 4" इंच का मसाला लगाया गया है ।। इन कारणों से यंहा बारिशों में निसंदेह यँहा जल-भराब होगा व गली जल्दी टूट जाएगी
यँहा के स्थानीय समुदाय की असुविधा व दुर्घटना-दोष को संज्ञान में लेते हुए जनहित के लिए कृपया इस संदर्भ में एक्शन लेकर यँहा के कार्य को जल्द-जल्द पूर्ण करवाने की कृपा करें

This is to inform you that in my locality there is no garbage collection facility. Due to this the families in my locality are facing many problems. And they have no other option than throwing the garbage on the roads. This is creating very unhygienic environment and also creating pollution. The mcd representative of my locality is not doing anything regarding this issue. Its my request to please take some strict action regarding this problem. I hope soon there will be a garbage collection van facility in my locality as soon as possible.

There is an unauthorized evening school running in the vicinity, where teenagers are coming to attend each evening between 3/4 pm - 8 pm and on weekends from morning 6:30 on wards till evening.
The teenagers coming here are using scooters/ motor cycles to reach the place and them being under age are doing so without any license driving
The school and the parking by associated students are a complete nuisance to the neighborhood for security and nuisance of boys standing outside in the lane causing concern to passer bys.
The lady running the school has no commercial license and neither is paying any tax (As no publicity/boards are in display) and the whole operation is by word of mouth.

We are pained to rivet your attention regarding 30 to 45 dogs in new gupta colony area (Civil lines zone), delhi - 110009. Many incidents have been noticed where these stray dogs have attacked the residents including old people and the children. A number of visitors and hawkers have seriously been injured by these ruthless dogs.

It is requested to kindly issue necessary instructions to the appropriate authority to take them away to avoid any fatal incident in future.

I'm living at 56 regar pura, karol bagh new delhi-05, i inform to you regarding street dogs on the road at padam singh road to karol bagh road (Upto shastri park). There are many dogs are barking and caught the peoples, even in the night after 9 pm crossing this road is very tough every are threatened to this.

Requested to you pl. Caught these dogs and oblige to us.

In my residence... There are too many dogs... Till now... No dog is been removed... Dogs does not let anybody to go anywhere... Yesterday my sister was coming from school suddenly the dogs tries to chase her... She got serious injuries and stitches... Is this not enough for someone... Is this humanity... I am a resident of venus apartments, sector-9, rohini. There are about 3-4 stray dogs and one of them have recently delivered puppies as well. Some of these puppies died and rest were given away to some outsider by one of the residents here due to which the dogs have become ferocious and have attacked a few helps and maids in the society. The worry is also that there are kids playing in the compound and dogs attack them too. This is a folded hand request to kindly do something about this menace as even moving out of the house for basic chores has become difficult. I am pregnant and these dogs have tried to attack me as well. I am scared for the security of my family and my kids.

Dear sir,

I am pradeep kumar yadav residence of 2132/5b gali no-3 prem nagar near patel nagar railway colony new delhi-110008. My concern is in my area there is no water sever passing and and way of people passing is blocked by unauthorized construction due to all water is blocked in park and its overflow back to our house. Please do the needful.

There has been illegal encroachment on public land and tampering with sewage line and water line going on. Construction work is on day and night by illegal banquet hall at the back side of road no 54 west punjabi bagh towards the end at the back of house number 37, 37a and 39 on road no 54 west punjabi bagh. They have no respect for government authorities and have confessed of bribing govt officials and say that...

Dear concern,

This is further to my mails dated 9th jan and 22nd jan; 2018, please note that after my complain on 22nd jan, the sweeper lady came for two consecutive days and then stopped coming and sweeping/cleaning the street.

There is so much of dirt and trash that it is literally impossible to walk on the street, specially for the kids in the house.

Can i get a concrete permanent solution to this issue? Can the person who is responsible for cleaning this street can be changed?

I have noticed that with in the locality, only this sweeper lady is not doing the work, all other cleaning staff are cleaning their designated area properly. Kindly change the staff and get me a solution.

If a solution can't be provided, or my cries are not heard, what is the need of such a website??? Is it a rip off from mcd to misuse public money by creating a website and a compliant section that is not at all attended too and actioned upon??

Look forward for a firm solution in this regard, else i will be forced to elevate this issue to higher authorities and other allied departments. I will also go to media and socially media to expose the lack of responsiveness of mcd the fancy website being made with public money.

Reporting from kali badi mandir, mahavir enclave, palam that street dogs are terrible and have grown with huge numbers in past 12 months. Reaidents of the area cannot sleep due to loud noise they make whole night and few people have been bitten up by dogs. Please look into this matter urgently and help to get us relieved. We shall be grateful for your support. Location - e block, mahavir enclave, palam, near kali badi mandir.

There are around 12-15 dogs in a furniture shop which is located in kailash park opp. metro pillar 329, kirti nagar, new delhi. They have bitted many people in that area. They are spreading viruses by bitting people. It has become dangerous to move through that area. Dogs are making the area very dirty by their ###.

Please pick them up as soon as possible.

Illegal shops/gyms running and opening soon in residential areas in gk-1 near markets not even any notified mixed land use areas.
Don’t know how does mcd giving permissions or allow them to misuse commercial activities in residential areas which leads to:-
Traffic problem, late night fights & nuisance, parking problem, garbage and sever problem, etc.
Mcd should take serious against them.

I would like to bring to your notice that we are facing severe stray dogs menace in our street and surrrounding our entrace gate through out the day which makes it very difficult to move in and out of our building entrance. They always spoil the whole street by doing /spread garbage everywhere even at the entrance of our house. They always bark at the passers-by and sometimes they bite the people and children. Our children are not safe due to them. Also their loud and strange noises during the night disturbs our sleep and distracts our kids sleep and mind through out day and nights. Please help us to get rid of this straydog menace and take immediate action by sending mcd dog squad to catch them. My residential address is as under:
