ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION

Respected Sir/Madam,

we seek your intervention to immediately stop Illegal Construction at Flat 523, GH-13, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi 110087.
The requisite notice has already been submitted to SHO, Mianwali Police Station, New Delhi and case registered under DD No.22 B dated 25/Sept/2017.
However, till now, no action is taken and construction continues unabated.
Pls take action on immediate basis and put an end to this public hazard.

Dear sir,
I'm filling this complaint because it been one week dog catchers are coming but failed to catch the dog. They don't have proper instruments to catch dog. Even they are tired now. 2 female dog and 1 male dog is very dangerous in gh 13 paschim vihar, they attack my mom on 20th sep and she got immense cuts and knee area back portion eaten by them. The wound is deep, and even 2 times they try to attack me also but somehow i have escaped. Such dogs are not normal and now my family feeling unsafe to stay in such colony. They are dog zombies and they are not easy to get in control. Please help us. The fear is increasing day by day i believe mcd is to help people. Find out the way to save our life.
Please respond quickly and would appreciate immediate action.

This is to inform you that an illegal construction. Of two floors without any sanctioned plan has been carried out at j5/29 (Back side) rajouri garden, new delhi 110027 the owner has also creating problems for neighbors the by depositing the malba in front of building which could be reason for various diseases. I request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps to stop this wrong doing. I am not mentioning my name for security reasons.

I am staying at south delhi, kilokari, opposite maharani bagh area, where dogs are not creating problem in terms of barking and bite.
But the problem we all are facing is more hectic that this.
The stray dogs picked up the packets of garbage from dustbins of local colony peoples and tear the packets on road.
There after whole garbage scattered on the roads and become the cause of diseases and infections to our children.

Hello all,

This is to highlight that all the roads in block 43, 44, 45, 47 east patel nagar area are damaged (Which falls in patel nagar pin 110008). The roads have pit-holes, damaged lanes and deep holes which are damaging car shocker. This leads to water accumulation everywhere in any season. This has resulted in birth of mosquitoes there by causing malaria, dengue, chickengunia, etc.

I wish to highlight that the condition of roads is very pathetic and it leads to lot of inconvenience in our day to day activities.

It is very humiliating of all us that we reside in the country's capital in such an embarrassing road condition.

Kindly have the roads repaired.

There is a blockage of severage for the last few months. The situation is now worse. This problem is for the whole block now. That is because we are facing problem of lack of drinking water we are trying to be in touch with authorities but no action has been taken yet.

It is therefore requested to take immediate action and do neccesary steps for the remove blockage.

Dear sir or mam... Yaha jagah jagah garbage faila hua hai.. Last 6 days se boht bura haal hai nd na koi mcd ka cleaner aata hai na koi incharge.. At least roz roz safai bhi nhi kar sakte to week me ek din krdo wohi boht hai.. This is regarding pending repair work from mcd counselor pooja jakhar (Ward no-88) chirag delhi.
There is a nala in chirag delhi and a wall is along side the nala for boundary which is separating the nala and houses in area.
In august 2016, the wall fell down due to heavy rain and construction work which is causing mess and diseases in area, i am trying to get it repaired since then but our area counselor is not even bothered for the same.

Please take necessary action.

This is to bring to your notice that there is an illegal construction and land acquisition taking in dda flats kalkaji in full swing at two houses (D-9 & d-10). Also, the malba is thrown on the front road and footpath which is creating a lot of daily problems for the residents. Being a resident of kalkaji, i request you to please take an action on this immediately and have this illegal construction and land acquisition stopped asap so that it doesn't encourage other to do the same as well. There is urgent dengue/mosquito prevention program in i. T. I. Tilak nagar for women, new delhi - 110018. Its very dangerous to stay in i. T. I. Tilak nagar for women because of mosquitoes. Please arrange to resolve the mosquito problems at earliest before it gives problems like dengue or other diseases.
Kindly do the needful, we have 250 girls students and 30 nos. Of staff in i. T. I. Tilak nagar (W). Please do something to save them.

This is to bring to your notice that in the name of sdmc, the parking people are over charging. The parking area being scope complex, lodhi road, near jln stadium. Operator id being - 35702.
They are charging straight 100 rupees for parking irrespective of the time duration. On being asked they say, that this is their rule whenever there is an event at jnl statium.
I had gone to attend the lil flea market at jnl, on sunday, 25th september 2017. Since i did not agree and asked them questions they started harrasing and said i could complain where-ever i wished to.

The construction of our street has been done by mcd workers, before a month ago but malba remains as it is on the road which creating problem for people, flying dust is major problem. Due to this malba, other people throw their garbage on it, which smells a lot.

It is regret to intimated that we have residing at lodhi colony block no.4 quarters n0. (09 to 28). The said area quarters premises are not cleaned regularly. The area sweeper is not coming regularly if he comes one or two days in a week or month so it will be created garbage is totally dumped in the surrounding area. Further, garbage collection vehicle is also not coming regularly in the premises area for collection of garbage.in view of the it is requested to you may please be directed to the concern person/ appear for every day and not cleaning the area. If he comes one or three times in the month and not coming regularly. Please direct the concern person to clean the area regularly. For this act of kindness we shall be thankful to you sir

Huge unthorised construction is going on at 13/15 and 13/16 shakti nagar delhi 110007. Its dangerous for neighbouring buildings. It also blocked road du to heavy stacking of building material. There is large amount of malba piled up in front of the park opposite the above mentioned properties. Which resulted in laquiring large quantity of garbage. This leades to hazardous living conditions and people are falling ill.

Mcd complaint — unauthorised construction

This is to bring to your notice that i am a resident of raksha enclave mohan garden area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on th road at gali no-3, raksha enclave mohan garden 110059, the owner has covered appx. 6ft x rea on the road. The nearby building has covered almost all the sorroundings and cause an adverse effect on health of people and it also cause damage of some of our vehicles by construction. All this construction have been narrowing the passage of the road.

We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.

For safety reasons i am not disclosing my identity to you. I have already send a complaint 2-3 days beforeon this registration form. But no action have been taken till today.

It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

I am a resident of north west delhi and owes a factory at gali no..4 samaypur badli industrial area.
The condition of road in front of my factory is beyond imaginations. There are many plastic industries in that area which keep on releasing plastic waste in the drain running in front of that road as a result of ehich chocking often takes place and the water comes out of drain covering whole of the road. It is also wrong to denote the way as "road". No one can practically spot a road and the buisness of many factory factory owners are also affected due to the conditions. The landlord of this home don't lives here from the last 4 to 5 year. They have vacant their home for to 4 to 5 year. We have told about this matter to them. Still no action taken by them.
This chazza may be fall any time & somebody may lost his life.
