In sector 7, rohini, block b4, a street pup is lying dead near b4/199/200 on the road. It is emitting bad smell which may cause various kind of breathing diseases. As such, it is requested that same may be removed at the earliest. It may further be mentioned that there is a nuisance of street dogs in the b-4 sector 7 rohini. Thanking you. Area is vishwas park gali no.8, all the sewers system here are overflowing leading to leakage of all the sewer water in front of homes. It may leads to various infection and may lead to dengue mosquitos breeding. Request you to kindly get the sewage system clean and drained asap.
These sewers were not cleaned from past many years. And it leads to leakage of waste from them which is getting logged in front of our houses. Get these sewers drained asap

We are from madangir dda flats gali-no:-19 and this is to inform you that the parks around our area are very dirty and are not cleand after equal interval of time. This creates problem for kids to play there. People are using parks for their private parties and are not cleaning after party which results high amount of garbage. There is no grass or rides in the park for kids. We request you to grow some grass ans clean parks. We are sure you will look into our matter.

I would like to inform you that there lots garbage in kaushik enclave gali no b21 house no 29 burari delhi -84, its empty plot is in a damaged position & might fall at one street house through all his waste in that plot, though mcd garbage van come every day still some people are throwing there waste in this plot. We are running a school and just because of this we are getting dengue mosquitos and diseases. We have tried to explain our neighbours them many time not to throw waste in this plot but they are not listing can you please send any one from mcd so that this can be cleaned and can take action against these people

Therefore, i request you to convey the message to its owner to build new wall or total wall portion should be removed. That gali is totally unsafe for anyone passing. Children also use this gali, so i request you to convey this message to concerned authority & do the needful as soon as possible.

There is no proper cleaning of garbage in the b1 block of new ashok nagar, plus there is no garbage dumping container provided so that people can throw the garbage at one particular place. The streets are full of garbage and every morning i hope that it will be cleaned by some mcd person assigned to the area. I have never seen anyone from mcd for cleaning, if they can't do there job then please handover the work to some private contractor so that atleast someone can take care of these things.

An unauthorised garbage dump has appeared on the rk puram sector 2 road near cpwd service centre, sector 2 market. It is not only a threat to community hygiene but also covering half the road. The garbage dump is immediatly next to the entrance from the service road from africa avenue side opposite rk khanna stadium. This matter deserves immediate intervention.

I have submitted online grievance in sdmc with complaint number grv/cnz/2017/106494 regarding complaint against street hawkers encroaching a narrow public road in our area thereby causing congestion and massive road blocks.

It has been over 2 weeks now but there has been no action and status still shows as submitted on mcd portal.

Earnestly request to mcd officials who have been duly elected by citizens of delhi to kindly help in making quality of life in city better and not allow it to worsen.

This is to inform you that the street dogs in front of "152 kailash hills" are creating a lot of nuisance in the area. We are not able to step out of the house. Kindly take some action before any mishap takes place.
Last morning as soon as i stepped out of my house 6 dogs started barking at me and they were about to bite me when the guard came and help me. Kindly take some action as soon as possible.

Puliya on the drains demolished for drain cleaning and remaking of drain and road, about 5 months have gone but since the demolition done no one came for repairing or remaking the puliya and drain.
Public is irritated and panic due to irresponsible behaviour of mcd.

Dear sir, i am the resident of 47 sukh vihar, parwana road, delhi-110051. From past few days there are around 30-40 monkeys came from outside and creating a danger for kids, children and families. They are sitting everywhere in balcony and park which is making difficult for us to go out. Some of the residents also got injured.
Kindly look into the matter seriously. And help us in solving the problem.

We the residents of ground floor and first floor of the captioned property would like to bring to your notice that the owner of the second floor has illegally started constructing the third floor. There is no parking space available in the property and any construction is in violation of the building by laws and prevailing master plan of delhi 2021. There is no structural stability certificate available for the building. Our rooms/ bathrooms have seepage after the illegal construction initiated by the owner of the second floor. Any further construction would endanger the entire building and the occupants in the said property.

The aforesaid construction has come to our notice recently since it was carried out in a clandestine manner from behind the house. We noticed the construction activities when the ground water was completed depleted and the owner of the second floor on his own broke the marble of the parking slot in front of the house for repairing of the water pump. After initiation of the construction activities, there is huge problem of water. We were surprised to notice that the construction activities have been taken up at a fast pace. Apart from that the basement, the ground floor and the first floor have seepage problems. All construction activities have been carried out without any information to us. The owners of the ground floor are senior citizens and such harassment at the behest of the owner of the second floor ought to be looked into by the sdmc. It is therefore requested that sdmc take immediate steps for stopping such illegal construction. The entire construction which is now being contemplated by the owner of the second floor is totally illegal and without any approval. Further, it is against the norms of the master plan since it has no parking space which is mandatory requirement under the master plan.

You are therefore requested to immediately look into the matter and stop any such attempt to carry out the illegal construction on the terrace of second floor of property bearing no. E-83, greater kailash, part-ii, new delhi-110048.
Please consider the aforesaid email as most urgent since we are facing immense difficulties in residing in our property due to the construction activities initiated by the owner of the second floor which has resulted in seepage in the walls of our properties, including shortage of water and a cloud of dust hovering into our flats. The construction has damaged our properties which will be evident only if an inspection is done by the officers of sdmc. An early action will be appreciated.

Address i-24 gali no 1 prem nagar 2nd 70 feet road kirari suleman nagar 110086 in my street there is a blank plot which is used as a dustbin some of the neighbours used this plot as a dustbin if we say something then they said it is not your plot we have ragpickur but some neighbours gave garbage to the ragpickur and some through it in plot and some neighbours small children doing potty and bathroom in plot we are also complaint to our colony mcd but no body taking any strict action so we have to complaint about that because here is lots of dengue mosquito's so we have to kindly inform you to take strict action for that

My complaint is a bit lengthy, but please be patient and read.

I'm going to cover the main aspects of this topic:
1) the havoc caused by cows
2) hygiene
3) animal rights

The havoc caused by cows:
A) the cows block traffic causing a lot of accidents.
B) the cows, when gone mad cause a lot of deaths.
C) the roaming cows give a bad impression on the tourists about the city.

Hygiene:
A) the cows flip the dustbins upside down, the littered garbage attracts a lot of pests like rats, flies etc... These pests then cause several diseases among humans. Moreover, the littered garbage disturbs the pedestrians and two wheelers.
B) the cows excrete on the roads, which again gives shelter to pests
C) thirdly, the cows which roam on the streets eat garbage and plastic bags to fill their bellies. Shockingly, the milk of these cows is sold in the markets. Just imagine, the cows whose diet consists of such toxic substances provide milk to us...

Animal rights:
Let me make something clear. The cows which appear stray to us are not actually stray. They are just the cows owned by the urban people who live in the city. These people are sooo selfish that they feed these cows only in the months when they provide milk to them... So that they can sell the milk in the market. But when the cows are off milk, they just abandon them. And the cows are such innocent animals that they come back when the owners call them. : (. We hindus say that cow is our goddess. On the other hand, we see them getting tortured and still dont do anything. That's the harsh reality. And dont consider religion, just for the sake of humanity, cant we do anything for them.
I'll tell you about an incident which i saw: once i was going to my tuition classes when i saw a cow with a very large tumor in its uterus. It was moaning... Everyone was ignoring the cow. I tried to do something, but i was simply helpless. After some days, i saw the cow dead, it was rotting, and nobody evenn bothered to call the nagar nigam. When i saw its burst stomach, i saw plastic bags in its body. The quantity was so large that a large garbage bin could be filled.

Steps that can be taken:
1) the cows should be captured and released on a large ground where it should be fed properly. When the owners would come to claim it after some months, they shall be imposed a heavy fine of 20-30 thousand rupees and a case shall be filed against them. If anyhow, no one comes to claim them, the cows shall be sold to the dairy farmers who live outside the city in a low budget, which will help the poor dairy famers as well as the the government. The farmers to whom they shall be sold must live outside the city, because if the cows would be sold to the farmers living in the city, they would again abandon them.

2) another option is that a law must be proposed which would prohibit people to keep cows in their houses.

Dear sir,
I live in vijay vihar d block gali no 3 phase-1 delhi-85 and i have to give this information to the municipal corporation of delhi all house owners have made ramps and stairs on street in a very big area,
Which completely cover a lot of street? Due to this there is a very little space for walking and driving on the street. The ramps made of mcd nali. Nali was proper blocked due to this roads are become very small and there is no space for passer by vehicles.
Mcd officials are requested to take stringent action against these house owners, and also requested to levy penalty on these house owners who make ramps of big size. Kindly demolish these unwanted and very big ramps.
And one problem of sewer has been blocked and overflow problem from many months. Dirty water is coming on street. It is difficult to live in an unhealthy environment, drain water flowing on the street. Many problems have occurred, and dengue or any disease can occur here, kindly take an action against drain overflow.
Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

I'm writing in regards of the incident that happened with me today, i am a 25 year old female entrepreneur running a small restaurant business named ticksy in shivalik road, malviya nagar. A mcd officer who didn't even disclose his name and identity came to gallon plaza where my and 3 other restaurants are there. He came sat outside hong kong express pointed a finger at me and nodded for me to come i was shocked with his this gesture which was very humiliating and rude, yet i went to him and asked with respect as to what was the problem. He then in a loud, absurd manner started yelling at me in the presence of 2 army officers (Who were our customer) without telling anything he wrote a challan and asked me to sign when i questioned him he told me now i've written the challan you have to go to the court and pay. I told him give me a reason why did he cut the challan as i get my area clean by mcd department, and there was no dirt outside my outlet he said he didn't know anything and didn't want to hear. I have witnesses who heard him speaking to me a female in a disrespectful manner in front of so many people. He humiliated me and handed me the challan after forcing me to sign. Many mcd officers come on regular bases asking for money every now an then. It's very sad that rather than helping small, legal business grow they are harassing people despite of being govt officials.
I would request to please look into the matter as not just me but everyone is being harassed by mcd officials but everyone is scared to initiate. Hence, with lots of hope in my legislative system i'm appealing for justice. The govt should help young entrepreneurs grow not drain money from them without any reason and spoil peoples faith from the govt.

Respected sir, we residents of b - block, baba colony, burari street no 1 & 2 are facing lot of health problems due to heap of garbage & logging of water in the plot of mtnl (Area around about 5000 sq. Feet) in the midst of colony. One man is keeping 10 to 15 pigs in it and he already made temporary shelter for him, it also became huge dustbin, because of these dirty things cases of dengue, chikungunya, swine flu, malaria are increasing day by day in the locality & we couldn't take fresh air. Its very difficult for us to move anywhere (Whether its office, home or anywhere). These street dogs harmed us on regular basis. There are 5-6 dogs who barked and bite us at anytime.
