Sir i am living in jawahar park khanpur and a good tax payer from which the government department are running. I want to file a complain against mcd department of south zone that they are not giving proper service in our locality due to this many hazardous disease problems occurring in the neighborhoods also. I have filed a complained on the mcd complain website (Grievance id grv/stz/2017/102254 - removal of garbage) but there is no action taken by the department. If the government is unable to provide services in the capital ncr region then why the tax paying is compulsory. If we are infected due to the government department then the department should pay the reimbursement of life costs.

As per our complaint no. 98 (Mcd) regarding your attention towards the poor maintenance of roads and lights in our locality. At vaishali building, community centre, paschim vihar, opp jwala heri market, paschim vihar, new delhi,

The roads in our locality have not been repaired for a long time. There are pits and ditches on the roads everywhere. The condition of the road becomes all the worst during the rainy season. They cause road accident. At night people sometimes stumble down. Moreover, these pits provide breeding ground for the mosquitoes. Thus there is an outbreak of mosquitoes in the locality leading to the spread of malaria.
Besides, most of the street lights in our locality are out of order. Only a few street lights are functioning. It is darkness in the locality. It has caused a spurt in the incidence of crime in the area. People do not find it safe with the prevailing of darkness. There are frequent incidents of chain snatching in the evening hours.

I, therefore, request you to kindly take necessary action to mend the ways so that people of the area have good roads and street lights.

A resident of a-3/g-2, a block, dilshad garden, delhi-110095 is encroaching public land to build his kitchen out side his house boundary. The association tried to stop but he is adamant to build the unauthorized construction by encroaching the public land. His point of view that no body stops the encroachment then why this association is objecting for building a kitchen outside the boundary of the house. Our point is that it will be a hindrance to vehicles of the block.

This is to bring to your notice, the increasing number of street dogs in our area and the biting cases.
There are around 25 street dogs and 10 puppies near my house. They bite children, old age people without any reason. My son has been bitten twice. We are always scared when we see a dog. Children cannot go out and play.

Dogs climb the stairs and spread the garbage of the dustbin, do # anywhere.
They bark whole night. The problem is increasing day by day. Please do something for this on urgent basis.

I am a resident of d block lajpat nagar 1 near railway crossing who has an entrance from back side. I want to bring something serious about our back lane. People living here are not taking care of water sources as a result water gets accumulated which is a source of mosquito borne diseases.
I cannot see a single mcd employee investigating. With the accumulation of garbage and water in several places the situation is worse than previous years.
Please look into the situation as i believe that diseases can be prevented with proper intervention by the mcd.

I am a resident of east delhi south ganesh nagar near nazeer restaurant. People living here are at a constant fear of mosquito borne diseases which affected more than 30 people last year in such a small locality.
The situation is same this year and not a single mcd employee can be seen fumigating. With the accumulation of garbage and water in several places the situation is worse than previous years.
Please look into the situation as i believe that diseases can be prevented with proper intervention by the mcd

I want to raise a com­plaint regarding the ­unauthorized construc­tion at e-2/19-20 sec­tor 16 rohini delhi. ­construction of this ­building is almost do­ne. And since 7 month­s there is a gap betw­een 2 houses, ours an­d that building it ha­s a 5 inch gap. Build­ing is tilted and due­ to which the pillar ­of the adjacent build­ing is rupture. And w­ithin a month he will­ install lift in the ­building which will c­ause severe trouble t­o the buildings we to­ld the builder to fix­ it but he is not rea­dy to listen and also­ he is ready to leave­ now.
The building is ille­gally occupied i have­ called to the compla­int office and the of­ficer in charge, but ­nothing happened. Eve­n at the time of cons­truction we waited th­at some officer will ­stop this unauthorize­d construction but no­thing happened. But i­ts really difficult f­or us to survive in c­onstant danger we hea­r something falling a­ll the time between t­he gap of the buildin­gs.
Please take the matt­er seriously, and do ­the needful as soon a­s possible.

Sir i am leaving in c-block dakhshin puri new delhi 110062. Actually in main road have one dustbin. But its not clean regularly. There is one person to clean and collect all garbage and he is doing his duty but garbage vehicle not coming regularly to pickup garbage. And one thing more sir if any one build his house that guys also throw all his dust there only. Near is one runnel its also not clean. Some pig also there. So much bad small is there and no body doing any thing.
Sir please do something and help us.

This is to bring to your notice that i am a resident of khanpur area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction by builder going on the road opposite at a - 16a krishna park, devli road khanpur new delhi -110062,.

We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.

For safety reasons i am not disclosing my identity to you. I have already send a complaint 2-3 days before on this registration form. But no action have been taken till today.

It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

I am resident of the patpar ganj village near mcd primary school east delhi 110091. People are facing the problem of orphan dogs and their stray on the main road. They are in numbers. Their groups are dangerous as they started attacking the passerby. They run towards motor bike which lead to many accident in the area. The news of the new born baby attack by the dog is not fade yet. People lost their sleep as dogs bark whole night. This problem is headache as person who has night shifts facing worst situation.

I am requesting you to look on that matter as soon as possible.

I stay in najafgarh main surakhpur road gali no 9 near sbi atm inside road inter gali no 3. I want to bring to your notice that the condition of road and naali is very poor condition even any time used water of home on the road from naali and also road are in pathetic conditions but mcd is not serious in repairing it or no any official staff looking here and there. Now rain has started soon and water 2ft up on the road after the rain and no passing the rain water more than 24 hrs.
So, please take this matter to the concerned person and do the needfull.

I have been living in j-276 saket and front of our house there are 2 dogs who are creating nonsense for children's and in last 2 days these dogs are biting other house dogs

Please look into this matter at the earliest and take them away from here and safe our children's from this mess because it's very scary for them to go out and play with them around all times

A) sant nagar-10-15 dogs which bark and chase people.
B) near bank colony, model apartments and apna ghar society-around 10 dogs. Some people have been bitten by them.
C) jheel park, harsh vihar, pitampura - around 10 dogs who're aggressive and may harm people including ladies and children.

Sir,
This is to bring under your kind notice that i'm a resident of e-65 ist floor kirti nagar & i'm fed up with the dog menace in our area.
Stray dogs try biting us, keep barking at night, defecate everywhere & even scratch our cars by sitting on top of them. Two of them sit in our stairs permanently. This has made our life very painful while leaving for office in the morning i need to step out over them. Kindly arrange for their capturing to relocate them somewhere else as the problem is increasing by the day.

Hi, i wanted to complain about the issues caused by the street dogs & cows in our area. There have been many incidents where many residents have to run due to chase done by these dogs & there is no safety at nights due ti these dogs. The cows are okay to deal with but due to the garbage disposal sight near by and sometimes they block the main road. So i request you to do something about this issue we are facing. Dear mcd or ndmc officials who deal with monkey and stray dog menace in institutional area of south delhi, kindly help to make aiims, new delhi free from monkeys and stray dogs. Its really pathetic to see institute of national & international repute to suffer from these trivial issues. Every patient and staff whether doctor or other staff walk in fear that some monkey or stray dog will attack them. No patient attendant can carry fruit or other beverages in hand bcoz monkey will snatch it from them and can even harm them if they try to resist.
