Good morning sir.

Sir i am leaving in c-block dakhshin puri new delhi 110062. Actually in main road have one dustbin. But its not clean regularly. There is one person to clean and collect all garbage and he is doing his duty but garbage vehicle not coming regularly to pickup garbage. And one thing more sir if any one build his house that guys also throw all his dust there only. Near is one runnel its also not clean. Some pig also there. So much bad small is there and no body doing any thing.
Sir please do something and help us.

This is to bring to your notice that i am a resident of khanpur area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction by builder going on the road opposite at a - 16a krishna park, devli road khanpur new delhi -110062,.

We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.

For safety reasons i am not disclosing my identity to you. I have already send a complaint 2-3 days before on this registration form. But no action have been taken till today.

It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

The owner of this property is a builder, and his making 7 story building with basement in this area

Our problem is illegal construction in the area, everybody having problem, while daily very noicely voice by the building material trucks, labur, drill machine, stone cutter machine etc.

We are expecting some serious action against the same

I am resident of the patpar ganj village near mcd primary school east delhi 110091. People are facing the problem of orphan dogs and their stray on the main road. They are in numbers. Their groups are dangerous as they started attacking the passerby. They run towards motor bike which lead to many accident in the area. The news of the new born baby attack by the dog is not fade yet. People lost their sleep as dogs bark whole night. This problem is headache as person who has night shifts facing worst situation.

I am requesting you to look on that matter as soon as possible.

Dear sir,
I stay in najafgarh main surakhpur road gali no 9 near sbi atm inside road inter gali no 3. I want to bring to your notice that the condition of road and naali is very poor condition even any time used water of home on the road from naali and also road are in pathetic conditions but mcd is not serious in repairing it or no any official staff looking here and there. Now rain has started soon and water 2ft up on the road after the rain and no passing the rain water more than 24 hrs.
So, please take this matter to the concerned person and do the needfull.

I have been living in j-276 saket and front of our house there are 2 dogs who are creating nonsense for children's and in last 2 days these dogs are biting other house dogs

Please look into this matter at the earliest and take them away from here and safe our children's from this mess because it's very scary for them to go out and play with them around all times

This is to inform that there are a lot of stray/street dogs in the following areas in the vicinity of sant nagar (Near rani bagh):
A) sant nagar-10-15 dogs which bark and chase people.
B) near bank colony, model apartments and apna ghar society-around 10 dogs. Some people have been bitten by them.
C) jheel park, harsh vihar, pitampura - around 10 dogs who're aggressive and may harm people including ladies and children.

You're kindly requested to do the needful.

Sir,
This is to bring under your kind notice that i'm a resident of e-65 ist floor kirti nagar & i'm fed up with the dog menace in our area.
Stray dogs try biting us, keep barking at night, defecate everywhere & even scratch our cars by sitting on top of them. Two of them sit in our stairs permanently. This has made our life very painful while leaving for office in the morning i need to step out over them. Kindly arrange for their capturing to relocate them somewhere else as the problem is increasing by the day.

Hi, i wanted to complain about the issues caused by the street dogs & cows in our area. There have been many incidents where many residents have to run due to chase done by these dogs & there is no safety at nights due ti these dogs. The cows are okay to deal with but due to the garbage disposal sight near by and sometimes they block the main road. So i request you to do something about this issue we are facing. The address to follow up is 42-b, pocket a-1, mayur vihar phase 3.

Dear mcd or ndmc officials who deal with monkey and stray dog menace in institutional area of south delhi, kindly help to make aiims, new delhi free from monkeys and stray dogs. Its really pathetic to see institute of national & international repute to suffer from these trivial issues. Every patient and staff whether doctor or other staff walk in fear that some monkey or stray dog will attack them. No patient attendant can carry fruit or other beverages in hand bcoz monkey will snatch it from them and can even harm them if they try to resist. Me compalint kr rha hu jhamdewalan ke uss shop ko varjit jagha pe bani hui hai. Baar baar complaint krne ke bawajood kuch fyda nahi ho rha hai... Ye shop ek panwadi ki hai jo panwadi ko aad me gorkh dhandha krta hai apni badmashi dikhata hai, panwadi ki dukan apne 13 saal ke ladke ko rkh kaam krta hai jabki 18 saal ki kam umar ldka panwadi ki dukan pe beth ke cigrate ya tambaku nahi bech sakta uske bawajood aisa ho rha hai. Din bhar cigrate bechta hai or raat me ganja pita hai or dusro ko b pilwata hai, or uske saath wala dukan wala to juice ki dukan pe sarab becht hai...

Ye jagaha income building jhandewalan, near post office, new delhi. Ke samne bani panwadi ki dukan ki hai. Dukan pe betha budda apni badmashi show krta hai kehta koi b mayeka laam mera jhandewalan me kuch nahi kr sakta.

I paid the property tax on 30th june 2017 for 2017-18 but haven't received the receipt yet.
Its been more than 15 days. Neither did i get the receipt from mcd nor did i get a refund in my account.
Have raised grievance on mcdonline.gov.in but the status is still pending.

Dear sir/Mam

Please note that the sewerage water is badly clogged on the main road in lajpat nagar 2 in front of C 143-142.

Without any thought road was laid on the sewerage gutters due to which no drainage was possible and now too when the sewerage holes have been opened with the local help the water is not getting drained properly.As a result of this being a resident of ground floor we are facing lot of problems as the rain waters come in our homes because of drainage problem.

I would like to request the MCD officials please take this matter into their kind consideration and take a proper step as in the rainy season it becomes a serious problem.

The construction is being done on the terrace whereby the students are living. There has been continuous construction being done on daily basis and local authorities are ignoring the problem

It might lead to disaster where by the roof can collapse...

We the residents of fp block pitampura, new delhi. We wish to bring your attention to a local park located near our residence and the problems we are facing.
The park in question is surrounded by illegally constructed slums and shops. Majority of road jams are caused due to illicit parking. Park is not maintained by the local authorities, sewer drain dwelling from the park is blocked and causes foul smell and is a reason for numerous diseases in the area. Slums in the area are now four stories building. People living in slums are enjoying all government benefits and causing trouble for other residents.
The park is unhygienic. Park is occupied by rikshaws and stray animals. During rain condition worsen and park is fully decked up with mud and mosquitoes.
We would request following from the authorities:
• to make this park actually a park instead of a drain – clean the drain
• a team to stop the illicit and illegal construction of further slums.
• area to be cleaned regularly to maintain hygiene
• plant trees and grass for fresh air instead of foul smells
Request to make this drain dwelled area as a park by planting trees, grass etc. Also, in many parks in delhi, the government has started gymnasiums that will also act as a motivation and a reason for maintenance by public and its servants.

I'm the resident of khirki extension, beg to say that there is an open garbage near sant nirankari school. It is not good for our children health. As you know various diseases were spreading these days.
Please put your kind attention towards the problem. We will be grateful to you.
