Respected sir/ma'am,
We are fed up by the sewage problem.
We are living in mukharjee nagar (110009) in indera vikash colony and really the condition of that area is very poor.
There are thousands of students and lakhs of problem at that place due to which we are also not able to concentrate on our studies.
Also in or house 19/1 ground floor, whenever their is a rain in that area that floor is converted to a swimming pool due to sewage problem.
Please help us.

It is to inform you that the residents of h. Nos.163 to 173, pocket f-2, sector-16, rohini, delhi, have covered/blocked the pipeline or have made stairs to enter into their house above the space of drainage of rain water into pipeline due to which the rain water does not get drained into the pipeline and gets blocked on roads/street in front of the houses. We fear that this may cause of being born of insects like dengue or chikengunia etc.in the water. It is hereby requested to kindly look into the matter and to take necessary action so that the rain water may be got drained smoothly into the pipeline to avoid spread of chronic diseases.

I would like to bring it your notice that some people in bharthal village located in sector 26 dwarka delhi -77 which is a residential area have opened very big warehouses in temptation of heavy rent.
Heavy trucks load and unload their material affecting villagers life including their environment, lifestyle.

I already raised a complaint on[protected] for the same with mcd in their grievance management system but for the past 80 days no action has been taken on it, it is showing the status as "in progress".

Request you to kindly take strict action against them.

I'm writing this email on behalf of my street i. E. Gandhi gali, fatehpuri, delhi -110006 and it is related to street dogs. We are facing lots of issues from these dogs.

In our locality there are many stray dogs which bite people due to this walking on the road has become really scary and painful.

They bite any strangers, children's or vendor's.

So i request you to take immediate action against it and help us to resolve the same asap.

Sir, i am ravi bhushan residence of h. No.48, gali no.03, dhirpur village, delhi-110009. Our neighbours has broke the whole road on 10/07/2017 to install their pipes. Now if we ask them to repair the roads they threat us for our lives because we are st, sometimes they abuse us and also scuffle with us. Please impose fine on them and repair roads. My mob no. Is [protected]. Please resolve this problem

I would like to register a complaint for the illegal illegal construction on the terrace of the flat no. 31 in sunrise group housing society, (D-block, vikaspuri, new delhi-110018). I have already made a complaint regarding this in mcd office earlier. But i was informed to inform the dda authorities also.
The complaint nos. Are:
373 dated 7 june 2017 (Registered online at mcd, rajouri garden),
482/ii/ uc dated 28 june 2017, submitted a hard copy to executive engineer at the mcd office rajouri garden.

No action till now

For last 2 days' i am listening a noise of boring of water pump inside my neighbor building which is sealed by mcd itself. They removed sealed their own and started work. They also hired 2 bouncer guys who are not allowed outsider to go inside. Police also comes and distracted by them in all the way they can. They are doing this inside a room in parking lot. With due respect that i came to delhi and noticed that street lights were working till 6.12am on 11.07.17 in chuna mandi, pahar ganj area, it is a big financial loss to mcd as well as electricity. Now it is summer time and the same should be off maximum till 5am in all the areas of delhi.

Pl. Look into this matter and take your action.

In arakashan road, paharganj, new delhi many shops are at the food path is blocked by shop people. And they.. One shop keeper at 7850 running a juice shop he has work sugarcane juice and other he put his shop at footpath and his water drain on the road there are mosquito that the reason public are very problem to wake. Some area shops are fully blocked footpath. Kindly check the issue as soon as possible.

Hope the concern department will take action.

Dear sir/madam

I am a resident of Dilshad Garden.I have a complaint to make against pavement encroachment. Students of Greenway Modern School, between A and D pocket, Dilshad Garden, park their 2 wheelers on the pavement outside the school during the school hours.

It encroaches the whole pavement. The vans that ferry children to and from school are also parked by the pavement forcing padestrians to walk on the already crowded road.

It is virtually impossible for mothers carrying little children and elderly to cross this stretch. The pavement belongs to padestrians and not to vehicles. With the parked 2 wheelers, vans, rushing students, traffic on road..it just looks an accident is waiting to happen.

I would request you to investigate this matter and send notice to concerned persons.

With due respect, this is to inform you that, i, manisha keshwani d/o late sh bihari lal keshwani, r/o c-767, dda lig flats, east of loni road, shahdra, delhi-110093, wants to brought your kind notice and lodge a complaint against illegal construction carried out by mr. Shravan kumar at c-768, dda lig flats, east of loni road, shahdra, delhi-110093.

That our flats are dda flats,
The illegal construction carried out by mr. Shravan kumar is projecting dangerouly in front of the entrance of my house. They have already extended the 2 room lig flats into 4 room with both side balconies but they have also extended the balcony to the front area of entrance of my house which hinders our privacy. I stay at 3rd floor along with my younger sister there, as our parents expired. Mr shravan kumar also lives on 3rd floor adjacent to our house and he is directly on the 3rd floor extended the balcony in front of the entrance of my house which is not good for security and safety point of view.

Sir, they have smartly and silently extended the balcony in front of my entrance without asking me, prior to my permission. Since, sir, currently i am living in ramesh nagar. I have come home on 08.07.2017 after a long time after 1.5 months then i noticed this particular thing. They did not even bother to ask about my acceptance whether i am having any problem or not. Sir, we are two sisters and my parents passed away. They are taking an undue advantage of this thing and trying to make us fool. That’s why they did not even asked and silently made the chajja in front of the entrance of my house from where the whole lot of view is completely visible which hinders our privacy. When i objected for this illegal construction of balcony in front of my entrance, then they are simply saying clearly “no” and he is simply saying that he will not destroy / demolish the chajja and clearly giving me an open challange for making a legal complaint against him and saying that he is pretty sure that nobody can do anything in this regard as he had already given a bribe to the police, mcd people and dda people these was the clear words by him.

Sir, he is also threatning me, that if i will complaint against him in this regard then we both the sisters will not be able to survive in lig flats and then in that case i will be the sole enemy for him these was the words by him. He said openly that in that case he will be a threaten for our life and he will take a revenge whenever he get an opportunity. Sir, in this way he is threatning us and earlier as well he has done a thing like this he had given a slap on my sister’s face, at that time also we called the police but then he appologiesed from my sister then we left the matter and forgiven him since we were already disturbed with our father’s death.

Sir, now the situation is that we are two sisters and parents are no more with us and then in that case our life is also in danger as he is threatning us and sir if anything occurs to our life then he will be the sole responsible. Sir, it is also one of the reason that we are not living their at shahdra because of him and his family as earlier also he had threatned to my father which results in my father’s death. Sir, they always keep the waste things of their household in the common place (Rasta aane jane wale) like cooler, waste matriel like newspaper, shoe rack in between which looks very dirty. Sir, when i objected this that because of his belongings we are not able to move around easily then also he threatned to my father over phone which results into my father expired. Sir, also when i am not living here from few months then also he is using my front area of entrance for keeping shoe rack, folding etc. When i objected this then he is saying that since currently you are not living here that’s why he is using my portion or that common portion for keeping the waste material. Sir which is not justified. Sir i am not living there at shahdra for this also he is taking an undue advantage of my absence and keeping the shoe rack, foldings etc in front of my house. Sir, in this way he is tourchering us.

This is a great threat to my life and my property. It also infringed open my right to air and light. This ill-legal construction carried out by mr shravan kumar is a great nuisance to my life. It is giving me alot of mental stress and had taken a peace out of my life.

I, pray please give me justice. The culprit mr. Shravan kumar c-768, dda lig flats, east of loni, road, shahdra, delhi-110093. Should please be is moving around scot free. He has given me mental harassment. Please look into my problem urgently and immediately.

I woud like to inform you that our neighbour is altering the standard plan of the severage as installed by dda. This alteration will result in difficulties for the other flat owners since the alteration will result in obstruction of flow in the planned severage systems and will also block the waste water flow and even it is not written to make room on the top of the building, he is using his police power to make that room which is attached with bathroom.in future it can be so dangerous for all o[censored]s and become a major reason for a big disaster. This is to inform that multiple grievances have been registered on mcdonline portal regarding illegal construction in the name of stilt parking on b-11 plot of vishwas park, uttam nagar, new delhi - 59, still no response have been given by the mcd, seems like mcd is uninterested in solving the issue. It's humbly requested to look into the issue otherwise i'll be forced to approach the court of law against mcd as well as the illegal construction.

Since the supreme court of india made it clear that stilt parking can not be used by the developers other than for parking and the same have been passed as the judgement in case

We stay in b-1 block of janakpuri. The road in front of our house has become unlivable because of the extent of traffic being routed onto this internal road.

The outer ring road at vikas puri actualy continues on the pankha road. But because entry into the prof. Joginder singh marg is not restricted the whole traffic from the vikas puri flyover and najafgarh road enters the prof. Joginder singh marg through out the day. Due to this it has become very difficult to live on this road. There is intense noise pollution and our houses are being damaged due to resultant vibrations.

The noise pollution is so intense that my terminally ill father in law had to be shifted to the rooms at the back of the house because he could not get any rest in the front bedroom.

Now to make matters worse, a traffic light has been placed on this narrow prof. Joginder singh marg. The result of this is that long lines of very slow moving vehicles are formed in front of our house throughout the day. Due to this we are finding it very difficult to take out our own vehicles onto the road. The constant honking of these vehicles is causing intense stress and illness.

We would like to request you to stop the entry of vehicles to the prof. Joginder singh marg and it should be treated as an internal road of janakpuri. The traffic should instead be compulsorily be routed towards the pankha road where a lot of money must have gone into making the road wide and building the flyover.

Dear sir,

I would like to inform you that illegal construction of gutter pipeline in drain of the street of e-2/98, pratap vihar part - 3rd, kirari suleman nagar delhi-110086. I was already file the complaint against complaint no.-[protected] and second complaint as on 24th june 2017 on mcd website id no. -1609728. Local workers has visit the place on 14th june 2017 but without any investigation talk about the matter but not provide any satisfactory answer to the solution yet. There is more then 25 people has certified the complaint and signed the complaint against the matter.

Now this is my this is my third complaint to mcd on the same subject matter because there is voilation of my fundamental right "right to live in peace". One of the relative of the respondent working in mcd department and i have a reasonable doubt that he doing something mischeif with regard to my complaint. The situation is going to be outof control because the respondent threaten to us for any malafied compaint like sexual harasment, suicide etc if we complaint to the matter instead of accepting his mistake and making them good. Due to nigligence of mcd department the situation become more critical.

You are requested to take the immediate action against matter involve and remove the illegal pipeline of gutter connected directly into the drain of the street as early as possible.

This is to inform the authorities that i chinmoy anand r/o wz-34 krishna park new delhi have been forced to complain about unauthorised drainage system on our 1st floor. Inspite of several confrontations and getting the drainage system repaired by us for the first floor they find a source of getting an illegal outlet for drainage which is causing water flown into the lenter of the building. This activity is actually deteriorating the stability of the building as well as causes trouble for the hygiene on the ground floor. We have spent a lot more than necessary to get that fixed still they cause the same issue again and again. I hereby ask you to take strict action against this as this mayblead to collapsing of the building.

Dear officer the sewer in front of my house j-197 vishnu garden new delhi pin code - 110018 has been badly choked from last 10 days and sewer dirty water gives birth to mosquitoes and make life difficult due to heavy smell in water. I have lodged many complaints since no redressal is given. I shall be highly obliged if you kindly help to get sewer line open. Thanks alot...

Garbage is collecting in my locality from 1 week and now it is becoming a dumping yard. No one is taking action against it. I go to mcd office and tried to make their attention towards this issue but no one comes to resolve this problem.

Everytime the same story. They just come and clear the garbage from drain and dump the same nearby the drain and didn't come to collect that garbage.
And the trash in the park is for more than 3 months. The corporation does not offer an efficient trash collection system.

This garbage collected in block - g, pocket-6, sector-16, rohini, delhi-110089 near mother dairy of sector 16-17 or near dr. Rakesh watts clinic.
