I am a student in college and a resident of delhi at inderpuri krishi kunj. Whenever i pass from inderpuri there are many cows there approx 10 and bad smell of garbage also all this can be seen on the main road infront of iari inderpuri gate. Its hard to cross the road and the danger of animal attack and road accident feels terrible. Pls fix this problem as early as possible it is my humble request to you

I am a senior citizen and retired govt. Officer, resident of c block golf view apartments, saket. The residents of this area are facing lot of problems due to water logging in rainy season. It becomes really difficult to walk and do normal day to day chores. There are chances of slipping and injuries to aged and kids. Due to water logging, there is lot of mosquito breeding. This will result in other problems like malaria, dengue and chickengunia in addition to other water borne diseases. Some pictures taken on 22nd july 2017 in this regard are attached for your reference.
Please take the necessary steps asap.

Hi i would like to inform you that drainage is not covered in front of my house due to this the lotzz of i am suffering from lotzz of deseases and due to this lotzz of garbage is also showing in front of my home and we are unable to open our balcony door due to smell. So i will requested you to please covered the open drainage in front of my house and remove the garbage also.

Jahangir puri, a small area of delhi is facing a very horrible problem of sewage.
As we know that its rainy season in delhi, due to which the whole area got badly affected. This is major problem faced by the residents and this due to this problem many health illness is also happening in the area. People are even unable to walk on roads. So, this is my humble request to introspect in this matter before its too late.

Hi my name is shweta jain born in g t b hospital on 16 july 1994 i went 2years back for my birth certificate they said they only keep 20 years of record and dump then if left untaken. They advised me to visit mcd office for the same but didn't get any help there too. So much disappointed with the system that an individual has to struggle this much to get their birth certificate which is their right!! Please help me in getting my birth certificate as i need them for my passport and other documents.

Please look in to the matter and assist for the same.

Due to monsoon, lots of mosquito are generating in my society which may cause disease.
I itching whole night and unable to sleep.

Previously a cycleman used to come in colony and spray pesticides in whole colony by vapour. But it has been 4 months now but he is not coming.

Request you to please spray pesticide in our area.
So.. That we can skip from unwanted disease.

Dear sir,

This is to bring to your notice that we are residence of gali no.15, nagli dairy extn. Harphool vihar jai vihar, near r. R. Hospital, baprola, new delhi-110043. We are facing big problems with cows roaming all over day in our block and creating mess and dirtiness all over the place. Due to this mosquitoes and flies were flying all day in our block and this type o[censored]nhygienic atmosphere seeking our kids ill and unhealthy. Even some times if people try to move them away they attack back and we are not able to resolve this big issues. After surveying we come to know that these all cows were left by their owners in a day time for eating, roaming and in evening they take them to their place for milk. First we try to resolve this matter by talking to them to not leave their cows in our area, but they were not in the mood to listen, cows is very ill and unhealthy, cows owner only use for a mills, they are not proper care.

We are request you to kindly feel our problem as we people also trying to create a healthy atmosphere and keep clean our block. We request you to take the appropriate action in this regard and kindly resolve this matter. Awaiting to see the result soon.

I m residing at chandra park opposite dwarka mor opp. Nsit college and complaining about the garbage disposal at the said address from the last week. It was clean once but again garbage is being thrown there on regular basis and it seems that no staff of sweepers are engage to sweep the street there.

I request you to please look into the matter on top priority so that flies and insects won't take place there.

With due respect, i am 70 years old plus lady, staying with my husband. We are facing a torture from a local dairy shop next to our house. We have registered a complaint in nov'16 at vasant vihar police station. They have sent a complaint from there end to you. Why there has been no action yet. This dairy guy is doing supply business and selling milk on road. Such a hazardous noise of karat on road that too early morning around 04:00 am. We are bp patient. Staying alone at this age its not good. His servant misbehaved with us if we stop them. Could you take some action. Is mcd department works?
Radhey shyam has not done anything he is aware of this issue. Modi ji is putting so much effort but he is not aware how ground level works.
Please take action as soon as possible.

Yesterday in front of our house, neighbor has assembled a metal outbound
Bracket for his car... Not its taking so much space, & very touch to move any other car of 4 vehicle thru the street... Also no parking area in the street as per the law, also no confirmation taken from the nearby neighbors...in case of any event of nearby neighbors... It can be dismantle, and will face many problems.

I dinesh s/o late bhuleram resident of dera mod near asthal mandir. I would like to tell u that my father had two brother (Late lakhmi and late hansaram) who had equal share in the property khasra no-132, 133 opposite m. K garden which is trying to illegally occupy and also some workshops are also running illegally by my cousins (Indraj, jasram, jagat, mukhram, jagbeer s/o late lakhmi) as they are running before the time of partition. Also he is adding more teen sheds everyday in order to occupy more land which is our property. Please clear the illegal workshops from the property asap. I have all the documents of property which are also signed by my cousins which is signed under the witness of patwari and kanoon go (Land officers) and they did demarcation and partition of property but now they are refusing to accept it and denying my authentication and authorization over the property.

I am resident of 57 sreshtha vihar, and want to highlight the issue of the neighbour's dirty plot which is 56 sreshtha vihar. The neighbours are not living here amd due to which dogs come into the building and kill animals (Cats, pigeons etc.) due to which there are hygiene issues, fowl smell and mosquitoes. There is no provision by the housing authority to clean the place. Due to this it is very difficult to step out and stand outside. Please do the needful.

I am resident of plot no 8 & 8 a block g om vihar phase 5, nawada, delhi. There is problem of water logging in front of my house for last 15 days. Also, garbage has also been accumulated to the large which could become a reason for un wanted deseases around.

We had already approached to the municipal sweepers but they are not entertaining the concern.

Would request you to please arrange to resolve the matter at the earliest.

This is to bring your attention towards the raised up many times over years. I am moksha, 18 year old, residing at d-574 3rd floor delhi, 110085. There is the problem of sewage water logging in our society which is being increasing day by day as no action has been taken by our municipal corporation office at sector 1 rohini. We did complaint many times but none showed any concern instead our neighbours residing in vijayvihar used abusive languages when we tried resolving the problem. They know very well that the problem's arising from their side, instead providing solution to it doing fights. I am writing this to you because of many of our attempts being failed and our nearby offices aren't doing anything to it, and due to this logging we are facing many problems since we got a shop and its being very unhygienic to run the shop here, growing of mosquitoes has also been the problem.

So i request you to please show some concern and try resolving the problem very soon.

Dear sir,

We are residents of gail no 10, peepal chownk, mohan garden, 110059. I would like to bring to your kind notice the following issues which are already verbally communicated many times earlier & awaiting your kind consideration at the earliest.

1. Water logging – every time during rainy season, water gets logged in our area and there is no way to avoid it. Due to water logging and completely blocked drainage system, mosquitoes and other virus are breeding in the area. The situation is affecting many people. Starting from an iron man used to have his ironing sheet to an office going person. Not only this blocked sewage has made it even bad, there are chances of residents suffering from typhoid, viral fever and dengue. If nothing is done immediately, the situation will turn from bad to worse. Hope concerned authorities will take immediate steps to improve the living conditions in the area.

2. Spraying of insecticides: since rainy season have started already, and dangerous mosquito breeding diseases like malaria & dengue are on the peak in this season, most of our drainage are uncovered/broken & giving space for breeding of mosquitoes. So we request preventive spraying of insecticides on weekly basis for next 3 months at least.

3. Repair/replacement of broken drain covers slabs: most of the cemented cover slabs of drainage line is badly broken, and blocked which not only give space to dangerous insects & mosquitoes but also leads to risk of fatal injuries to kids & senior citizens crossing them on daily basis. Kindly get it replaced at the earliest.

4. Garbage at plots - lot of garbage is being dumped regularly at vacant plot which is near to sanjeevni school. And there is no provision to remove. This is because there is not garbage pickup van in our area. You are requested to kindly inspect his site and instruct the official to take immediate steps to remove that dumped garbage near school in this area because children going to this school and nearby residents are facing immense problem due to foul smell and breeding of mosquito. The situation has become even worse after rain due to water logging, blocked sewage giving way to lots of diseases, infections like dengue, diarrhea, malaria etc.

5. Blocked, leaked and overflowing sewer line – few month back some of the workers from delhi jal board came to get new sewage pipes. They opened the sewages and gutter connection but did not came to complete it as there was overflowing water. Some of the sewage pipes are leaked which get mixed with the corporation water. Which is open invitation to infections as these corporation water is used for house hold and drinking purpose. I would urge to please take immediate action before someone is attacked by any of infections caused due to this messed situation.

Anticipating an early action shall be highly appreciated.

This is to bring to your notice that i am a resident of jhilmil colony shahdara and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on d 185 jhilmil colony near vivek vihar police station delhi 110095, the owner has construct already 4th floor but he is making 5th floor also may be its not allowed and harmful for other nearby buildings. All this construction is without any permission.

We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.

For safety reasons i am not disclosing my identity to you. I have already send a complaint 2-3 days beforeon this registration form. But no action have been taken till today.

It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

I am a resident of durga park gali no. A3 durga park south west district new delhi-110045. There is problem of sewage truck. Truck is not coming for more then 3 weeks. Truck gets back before two streets. Please solve my problem. If the truck can not be able to come then build a sewage house near our street so that we will throw our sewage in the sewage house. There is no source of throwing sewage please do something for our street.

We are residence of kanjhawala new delhi.

This is to bring to your notice that is illegal construction bein held at house no. 281. We having 22ft road but maximum is covered by them. Shocking is this that the road are cover by mcd material they got all things around the area. Now renovation is going on and they covering some more road area. Every body having problem, while crossing her home.

Our problem is illegal construction and we cannot cross by car easily after a wide road.

We are expecting some serious action against the same.

The condition of the public toilets in old delhi is filthy and unhygienic. They stink and are unusable. Similarly the garbage are also scattered here and there on roads. As we are resident of capital of india, so these kind of problems should not be faced by the peoples. I hope the complaints written here atleast get acknowledged and some action is taken to rectify this. It's a problem to the whole of general public.. It's a matter of hygiene - something which is not followed in delhi...
