There are around 15-20 stray dogs in my street and some are biteing on regular basis... Please help us it's very urgent.
On complaint number no one is taking this problem seriously. Please help.
I called on complaint number but the person that was laughing and was not taking my complaint seriously.

Dear sir
I want to bring in your notice that we are having problems with the stray dogs in our colony in, dda janta flats, pitampura village, delhi-34. They bite kids many time.
They make all road dirty there are lot of stray dogs which troubles the locals they even keep barking through out the night resulting in
Lack of sleep to us. Please help!!

We have MCD shop in lahori gate. Shop was on my father's name but It got transferred to my uncle's name in yr 2000 by fodge signature on my father's NOC but my father died in 1997. Now we want that shop to be legally transferred to my mother after my father. What is the procedure for the same, how much is the fees for this and lastly how much time it will take for this full procedure...

Hi sir/madam,

I would like to highlight a severe issue to you regarding mcd toll booth at east delhi. This mcd toll booth has been constructed and operating from inside delhi. Delhi - up border is around 1 km far from where this mcd toll booth is operating. Mcd toll booth employees are troubling resident on regular basis and not allowing cabs to enter east gokal pur without imposing tax. East gokal pur area comes in delhi. Hence not liable to pay delhi mcd tax. This toll booth is constructed inside delhi and not at border.

There have been several complaints about illegal location of this mcd tolltax. This should be at border and not within delhi. Nobody is taking it seriously. The situation is not far when there could be cases of physical assault at mcd toll booth.

Please take necessary action to place this mcd toll booth on border instead of inside delhi

I am a resident of vipin Garden, New Delhi. There are couples of monkey in my area. They are irritating by entering in the houses and by picking food from the kitchen and refrigerators. Moreover, they are also snatching the things from hands and scaring the kids.

Please see to it and take necessary actions against monkeys in my area.

Dear sir,

Subject :- 02 water tanks have been installed on my wall of the floor creating lot of dirt and over flow of water from the tank which is a breeding ground for mosquitoes.

I kapil dev bhagat son of late mr. Dular chand bhagat residing at hilltop apartment, 895 f & g, block a -3 ff, mehrauli, new delhi -30 (Landmark (Near maruti competent servicing centre) stays on first floor of the apartment and the neighbour downstairs whose flat is a - 2 mrs. Savita das whose 02 water tanks have been placed on my wall of the floor which is really creating lot of dirt and cobweb and also overflow of the water tank which has created breeding ground for mosquitoes and my both the kids had dengue in past because of this nuisance.
I would like to bring notice to the department of mcd to please look into the matter and get this sorted out on most priority basis.
All the members of our block has got their water tanks on the terrace except mrs. Savita das refused to get her tanks placed on the terrace as wants us to have problems.
Her both the tanks have been placed on very thin rod support who is not safe for the common space in the building, if there is any mishalf taking place then mcd would be responsible as i have also put a complaint in the past but no action has been taken.

My kind requests to mcd staff to look into the matter on urgent basis of getting the water tanks removed from my wall of the floor and bring it down to his floor of the building or get the tanks placed on terrace like the other tanks of our block.

Since installation of LED street lights in most of the localities in Delhi I have not seen them switched off. Particularly in my locality of Lajpat Nagar. Isn't wastage of tax payers resources and is depriving those localities where street lights have not been installed yet and resulting in accidents and crimes. I wish I could complain about this to PMO as well.

I want to draw the kind attention towards the problem of bad drainage condition in our area (A-20 adhyapak nagar) near hanuman mandir. There is heaps of dirt on the corner of the roads. The sweepers are careless about their work. They don't clean the roadside dirt.
The sweepers do not collect the all the garbage from drains near road side.
Please instruct into the matter and suitable action as soon as possible.

I am residing at Type-1, 777, MS Flat Timar Pur Near MCD Flat Delhi-54 and request you to lodge complaint in respect of dirty water & garbage stored outside my house because of leakage from MCD FLat Wall. Enclosed herewith the photo which clearly revealed the problem. Because of Leakage the ground become the hub of wasteful garbage/water items with an emanating smell around the area. Dear Sir,

We are residents of Himachal Mohalla, Mandawali Fazalpur Delhi-110092 and it's been a 15 days that we have been continuously complaining about sewer problem in our colony and every time we get the revert will come tomorrow but that tomorrow not yet come.

We have been facing so many problems and disease because of this issue but nobody is taking our complaint seriously. We have been talking to Mr.Vijender -MCD employee and every time he says Ma'am will come tomorrow.

Request you to look into this matter. Pls solve this issue.

This is to request to please take an action against the street dogs in Satbari near Government school in Satbari. These are really vulnerable and unsafe for people living nearby. Recently near the farmview apartments in satbari one of the dog bit a man crossing from the street. There is full gang of dogs who are really harmful and scary. I request to please take them to their right place which would be better for them as well as for the people living there would be more safe and secure.

I am a resident of c block greater kailash 1. Since the new sewage system was constructed, the maintenance has been so poor that the drains are already clogged and it has only been a couple of months since these drains were constructed. Because of the clogged drains, mosquitoes have been breeding rapidly which worries me a lot for the health of my family. I would like you to take immediate action as this is how dengue and chickenguniya outbreaks commence in the city. This is a very serious matter and I hope it is given utmost importance.

We are faceing water blockage problems in our locality.
I have complaints many time on call but there is no any response on my complaints.

I want to draw your kind attention regarding drain garbage on the road in a-block, street no.3, near capital public school,

I am complaining that streets of our area has not been undertaken, i have made several complaints regarding the safai karamchari who is not comes regular & in his absence no other safai karamchari is deputed & several days to pass lane is stinking & inhabitable. The street has not been cleaned last one month. The same has been brought to the notice of the mcd office in yamuna vihar. The drains are full with garbage. There is very awful smell in the street.

It is to draw for your kind attention and favourable action. I am a resident of tigipur road village bakhtawarpur (Narela zone) delhi 110036 hereby registering a complaint against an unauthorized polluted unit satbir traders which runs an industrial flour mill. Air and noise pollution caused by the flour mill is immense and could not even explain how badly we suffered and suffering now. It makes much pollution that no one can stand atleast a minute there. This polluted unit discharge dust particles early morning to late night which are affecting us very badly and cause breathing problem. There is un-bearable noise from the mill while in operation resulting in disturbance in studies and headache. They also starts to chiseling the grinder stone it makes a deep sound that nuisance to us. Owner of the chakki unload his goods on the road which leads to heavy traffic jam and several times the government vehicles like dtc bus and fire brigade's vehicle also stuck in jam. I am complainting here hoping a strict action by you because this is becoming a threat to our environment as small children are also suffering from this nuisance. I have already complainted two times before about this issue but no action is taken by mcd.

This is to bring to your notice that I am a resident of Bhogal area in south delhi and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on the illegal land occupied. A muti storey building is been constructed on the govt. land. The owner does not have any purchase documents neither any registry. The construction was started keeping in mind the municipal elections as the owner knows no one will come to check as the officials will be busy in elections. Owner has covered appx. 10ft x 40ft area. The address of the illegal construction is 7/28 jangpura extension bhogal.next to shahi masjid opp 27 masjid road Bhogal. New delhi 110014.

We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.
The building constructed does not have any pillars or support n can fall anytime risking some others life.

This is with reference to 29 block house no 57, west patel nagar wherein we have a tree in front of our house which is tilted completely tilted towards right as a result of which the public property and human life is in threat. This is a request to take appropriate action for safety of both life and public property.

Sir, I Deepankar Manocha residence of Garhi East of Kailash. Sir actually we are facing so many problems in my residence area because of TAJ TRANSPORT COMPANY, commercial loading trucks because of this they are covering all the parking & road then we are facing so much traffic in our area. If we request them that this residence area so does not make it commercial then they start fighting with all the people residence in this area. One more thing there is shop of chicken, fish & juice shop of same owner because of lots of people cover the whole area and it’s a problem for girls, ladies and senior citizen as well. This shop open after 5 pm in the evening they are wondering like anywhere also a problem results to traffic. Address of this shop is MCD SHOP NO1 Garhi, East of Kailash New Delhi 110065 opposite to sapna cinema (M cinemas).Sir I would like to request you please do the needful then we can survive easily.
