Flat 222B, Block A5, Janta Flats Paschim Vihar me unauthorized construction ho rahi hai. Jasbir Kaur naam ki lady ne aane jaane ke raaste me seediya bana ke 5 gharo ka raasta rok diya hai. Yaha kuchh senior citizens bhi rehte hain aur children bhi. Had time kisi ke niche girne ka khatra hai. Aane -Jaane me bahot preshani ho rahi hai.

I am a resident of south ex colony and is in great problem. Here near our resident there is a street connecting Leela Ram Market And South Extn Colony...
This street is full of filth, garbage dump, open manholes, Stinking Lane, Very Bad Smell, and some people do urine instead of warning them...
I have complaint MCD many times through many medium like android app of swatch bharat but no action is being take up...
The garbage dump and the smell is increasing day by day and now the street is cant even healthy to use...
This state of street is from past 6 months and once MCD officer send a clearner to clean the lane after complaining many times but he came worked for half an hour and only one cleaner was there and he did nothing and went away...
Now its harder to even breathe here ...
Now i have only belief on you and think you can solve this matter soon...
And street is cleaned and ready for use again...

Most Respectfully I want to you to inform you that the my neighbor had made the Illegal construction of the house and damaged my foundation of the house by the taking out the soil from my side of the right side and the making the basement without any permission in his 60 yards plot without following the “Rules and Regulation of the Construction of the Building Act” and without the proper precaution that his builder also not constructing the house in the proper way and the manner as per the guidelines of the construction of the house and he made the wall in the ZIG ZAG manner on the instruction of the owner of the said plot and he intentionally left the water pump in his basement so that the my foundation of the house was weak and the due to my house bow down towards the west side and made a gap of “12 inch” on the east side of the house and he made the wall covering my space without any intimation and without the informing me and my family members. Due to such step of the Manoj my house will fall any time on any small incident or the any step taken by the others.
So that it is my request to you please consider my complaint and help me for the further justice you are the only hope.

There is a shortage of trash disposal bins in the city especially at metro stations, due to which refuse remains scattered along the roads. There is a need to place bins at short distances so as to encourage citizens to keep their city clean in line with the government's vision of Swacch Bharat Abhiyan.

My complain is regarding the garbage dumping system in basai darapur area.The garbage has been spread all over the area as the MCD is not regular in their work.In the area people are facing problem due to foul smell of garbage while passing through the road.The situation is getting worst day by day, so I kindly reguesting you to take some step and do the needful.

There are numerous dumped cars in our locality in geeta colony 13 block. people who are not even residing here for so long have parked their cars and the localities do not have parking space.
when someone asks them to remove their cars they start fighting and hitting people. due to cars dumped the colony is messy. garbaged cannot be removed.
please someone remove these cars. its impossible to survive in this environment.

I lived in DDA Flat Shastri Park East Delhi. There are 2 huge Ground infront of our Home. I noticed that there is huge Pollution and smoke from burn due to non removal of Garbage and waste material.

There are huge waste material and dust in the ground. Huge Garbage are very harmful for every one and increase the disease as well. Almost everyday basis to avoid the smell or removing the dust material some child or other person burn the same and there are lots of pollution from burn.

So, I request you to remove the dust and garbage to avoid the pollution and to avoid the diseases.

Hi, it's very difficult for us to handle Street dogs in Shalimar bagh AG block. We are unable to take proper sleep and most of the dogs are trying to attack. Request you to please do the needful. It would be great for us if you take immediate action on it. Difficult for us to handle this situation. Day by day the dogs count is increasing. Your immediate response will be appreciated.

Hi this is regard to the garbage dump on Bijwasan Road, Kapashera, Near Government Girls Senior Secondary School, New Delhi, Delhi 110037. The dump covers more than 60 percent of the road where there are two schools adjoining it with kids walking through that huge dump and it not being a dumping ground have seen increasing amount of garbage over last 10 years . Various amount of pollutants and dirt is making the kids sick over time and it's hurtful to the eyes. Hope a strict action can be used as it's been complained about several times

Sir, i am resident of g-1/102, dal mill road, uttam nagar, new delhi - 110059. I am facing lot of problem of cleaning of drainage of back street of my house.

Back street drainage is full of garbage/gad and sever is fully chocked. However, daily use of water is not running to main sever. I am in heavy trouble these days.

My toilet is totally blocked / choked and water is not. Toilet is overflowing in inside my house.

Now a days back street construction is going on. Despite of, they are doing only formality in the name of construction.

I have approached many times local "pradhan of area" but null and void.

You are requested to take necessary action on urgent basis.

SUB: REMINDER FOR MY LETTER DATED 20th SEPTEMBER 2016 REGARDING UNAUTHORIZED GATE IN THE COMMON PASSAGE OF I/1759 Chittaranjan Park

I am the owner of I/1759 (3rd Floor), Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi. The ground floor and all the rest of the three floors have a common passage and front verandah where the underground tanks and the pumps of all the floors are installed.

When the house was constructed, the passage was kept free for all the residents to access the underground tanks and pumps. Whenever any repair, cleaning or filling of water through the water tanker is done, we residents need to go to the common area and get this work done.

On 20th September 2016, Ground floor owner Mr. Banerjee made an unauthorized gate in this common area between the common passage and the common verandah which has all the underground tanks and the pumps. When the house was constructed and handed over to each owner, the gate was not made and the builder handed all the owners an agreement with the provision to use the common passages without any hinderances. On 5th April 2017, Mr. Banerjee locked the unauthorized gate. This is on the police records as well.

We initially informed MCD Junior Engineer, Mr. Jaipal Sharma, Ward #190 on 20th September 2016. Enclosed is a copy of the request letter submitted that time. Mr. Jaipal visited our premises, but there was no action after that. At that time the gate was left open by Mr. Banerjee. On 5th April 2017, when the lock was put, we kept calling Mr. Jaipal Sharma, but still no action has been taken.

This is to request your kind office to treat this matter urgently as we are facing a lot of hardship in accessing our underground tanks and the pumps.

I am resident of v.p.o chhawla pole no.75 near badi chhopal new delhi 110071, and this tower situtated to our kaba mohhala near badi chhopal pole no 75 chhawla new delhi 110071 and this tower just apposite on my house not more than 5 mtr. Mobile tower is installed of GTL infrastructure ltd. It is emitting hazardous EM radiations which is causing irritation, inflammation and itching on the skin. I would request you to kindly remove the tower as early as possible as it is the question of life and death of many people in my area. Kindly do Something.
This is to bring your attention thatthis mobile tower has been installed in a congested residential area and most of the people are not aware of the health hazards associated with it. However, people started feeling irritation, inflammation and itching on the skin.
Generator produces a lot of sound pollution and vibration on earth and in atmosphere( air ). We have feel a severe heavy sound attack in my heart and in my mind and echo sound from the reflection of gali (lane) and from the reflection of my room walls.
The tower location is very near to us, There are many senior citizen, pregnant women in area. This would defiantly cause a dangerous effective
to all of them. We really do not required this mobile tower near to us.
So please remove that mobile tower from residential area. We request you to look into the matter and take immediate action and I request to you personally kindly cancel license of tower and remove it immediately.

My father mr. Raghuvir singh ([protected]) had been complaining for so many years regarding unauthorised / illegal construction, but till today no action had not been taken by mcd or to the concerned department. This kind of ignorance are increasing the ration of corruption. No-one from the corporation are bothered to stop doing it, at (Tehbazari) specially bapu market chandni chowk delhi -110006.
As per the plan, market had completely changed, due to this few people like us are situated on the backs side are handicapped and begging for the visitors / clients. Our situation is very miserable.

I would request you to shift are stalls to another location and take a necessary action for the people who are breaking a rules.

Copy already sent to public grievance commission delhi also.

On 7-4-2017, An unknown person has started illegal construction in the main public passage/gali and he has covered the drain and wants to encroach the MCD land due to which several residents are suffering and by this wrongful act of this person law & order situation may be serious.
