Dear team,

It is to bring to your notice that garbage pick up van is not coming to collect garbage from last 2 months. Earlier it used to come daily but now mcd people had stopped coming. Please look into the same as its causing lot of inconvenience.

My locality is Street No.4, Ramesh Park, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092.
In this locality there are 10-12 stray dogs and 3 of them are gone mad. They have bitten at least 6 persons in last week. Because of mad dogs our children are not able to play in particular area.
So kindly look into the matter and catch the stray dogs as soon as possible.
Please come before 10 am as after that shopkeepers open shop and dogs eloped.

I am a student of School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, a Premier Institute of India. I live in School of Planning and Architecture Hostel and Residential Complex, Block A, Friends Colony East, New Friends Colony, New Delhi, Delhi 110065. Due to the Nala right next to the hostel boundary wall, there is a huge amount of mosquitoes in our hostel campus.

This is a request to kindly initiate mosquito fogging in our campus regularly.

I beg to say that we are living in Janta Flats, Vivek Vihar-I, Delhi.
we are facing problem of big drain bothering long time ago.
No one helping us. In the house nos. 227 to 252 and other some houses
infected this bothering chemical drain. Many person and children illness with problem. This is not good for health, Always our electric equipment damage with the Chemical drain.

The above mention matter complaint approached with NGT department.

So kindly help & solve the our huge problem. Your necessary action, alive a many persons.

Garbage pick up van did not come to collect in my area so, there people throw own House's west material other near land. Which is not good for environment, people, Animal and health.
Pick up van did come so, I request to you that please provide these facility.

There is an open sewer in D-4 Kiran Garden Main Najafgarh road opposite pillar number 714.
It is creating a foul smell and polluting the air.
So i request you to immediately take action send people for its repair.
Urgent action needed.
Its been open for a long time now and no action was tajen against it.
The foul smell is making difficultfir the workers to work there. So there is a serious need to amend this problem so that work can be progressed and the foul smell can be stopped frpm further degrading the environment.

Sir, there is a broken and blocked sewer in front of 217 dariba kalan chandni chowk and water is flowinf out of it for the last one week and mosquitoes are breeding because of it.kindly get it repaired as soon as possible.the mainhole is broken and sewer is blocked.dirty water is flowing out of it and because of it other sewer connected to it is also getting affected.

My name is Pratibha would like to bring your kind attention on the problem which A-2/32, Alok Kunj Gate number 1, sector-15, rohini, new delhi - 110089 areas people facing in these days. There are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses especially at night. I come late night from my office and I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and they come closer to the motor bike rider to bite them. Sometime biker loses their consideration from the road which becomes a cause of serious causalities.
They have damage several bike by eating there seat.

Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim the entire person who passes from them. I have fallen on the scooty two times as well. So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately Dog catcher team in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon.

After the lapse of more than one year, because of open drain in street both side, the stones, mud etc. Are lying on the road in the need of cleaning, which has not been done. Disease is also spreading from the dirt of the mud. Due to this all the residents are put to undue harassment. Quite a couple of requests has been made but the work has not been finished yet.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

Hi All,

I am a resident of Shankar vihar east Delhi since birth however just a month ago in H.No.8 Shankar Vihar "Grey Salon" was opened on rent and they illegally occupied the road on the back side of the house by putting Water tank and big Genset in the middle of the road which is creating a lot of noise and air pollution and also creating issues for passer byes, and when residents objected on that they start abusing and also threatened to put some illogical allegations by there lady staff.

In spite of number of complaints in police no appropriate action was taken as he keeps on threaten people that he has a very good approach and no one can do anything against him.

Hence as a good resident i am lodging one formal complaint to the concerned authority and would request you to take appropriate action against the illegal activities going on by "Grey Salon".

It is complaint about cleaning staff of A44 saraswati vihar, pitampura New Delhi.Despite being requested a multiple times to clean roadside properly, cleaning staff is negligent in cleaning parking area of A 44 Saraswati vihar building.please do something to resolve the issue as garbage keeps collecting on roadside( parking area) of saraswati vihar pitampura.

I mr. Vikas kumar residence of house no. 1407 gali no.7 wazir nagar kotla mubarakpur new delhi - 03, would like to your kind notice that, our neighbour residence of house no. 1405 & house no. 1406 are doing unauthorised construction of bathroom and stairs in our local gali due this government road is getting very congested and as our house is end of this gali so it is getting very difficult for us to enter to the house.
Hence request you to please urgently look into this issue.

Hi, I am resident of Hari Nagar, West Delhi. The number of street dogs have increased in huge number. They do not let people walk freely in the street. They do not let people sleep at night as they keep on barking whole night.. Due to which pet animals also starts barking.. Family just living in front of my house takes their dog outside at around 1 for a walk and then she starts barking with other street dogs. I asked them not to do this number of times but they are not listening. Please take action asap.

On behalf of residents of Gali no 7 Ashok Mohalla nangloi delhi.I want to draw attention of concerned authorities towards leakage of fresh water supply in our street.A water pipe line have got leaked due to which water always flows over streets.This not only waste fresh water but also give birth to flies and other disease causing insects.Our Street always remain dirty and always full of mud.It is very difficult to move in streets.Small children are not able to go to their schools. Earlier many a time complaints were made to your department but still we are facing problem so i request you to pay attention to this complaint as soon as possible.

We are not able to walk on our home streets.. Childrns are not safe here..
We are not able even walk at time of evening all the times 5 to 6 dogs always there..
We are not able to reach my home at night after 11:00 pm and at morning
We are not able to go for morning walk. It's very dangers if i will go morning before 6:00 am.
They even keep barking through out the night resulting in
Lack of sleep to us. Please help!!
The street dogs have rabies too which is quite infectious and it is becoming difficult for us to walk freely.
I would like to request mcd to send their dog catcher squad to take them away at the earliest.

Respected Sir,
Its been observed that mcd is irresponsible towards residents complaints. There is no one to listen. This gets confirmed when we look at the mcd resolving rate to the complaints being filled. It is stagering at 1 % which is quite below the expectations.

I have also filled the complaint on 26th march, 2017 regarding the broken road for tilak nagar, 17 block. No action has been taken with regards to completion of road construction.
Please look into the issues, as government has opened modern platforms for filling the complaints but when it comes to resolving it is still working in the traditional approach.

Their are 3 dogs in my street that often ran on children playing in street and bicyle and bike crossing from the street which is very dangerous for kids playing in the street.kids get afraid from them ... their are small children due to them .. they got afraid . Even they try to bite them .. even some of mades and children got bited from them..

I am a resident of south ganesh nagar b-26 new delhi.
I wish to show my concern regarding the street dogs in our locality. The black dog has been very attacking since past two years and has bitten two kids of my family and a few passers-by too. Tge dog is being fed by a few households but still the dog behaves cruel towards the locals here.

I request you to please take immediate action before it harms others too.
