I wanted to get copies of birth certificate for my child. I went to the MCD office rajori garden. Office refused me to give more than one copy of birth certificate because of lack of stationary and guide me to reach online portal for addtional copies.

On opening website link http://www.mcdonline.gov.in/ doesn't get open and says

This site can’t be reached

Now i do not have any option to get the copies of birth certificate for my child. This is a necessory document for school admission for nursery class.

Damaged road

It's been more than 9 months that the in front of my house is damaged badly and full of small pits which accumulate water when someone washes there verandah. It makes passerby difficult to move and also makes our clothes and surroundings dirty.
Previously action was taken when there was a slab of concrete was been made but it was broken by our neighbors while construction of there house.
It is really annoying and irritating.
Please take action asap.

I am a resident of rz-3 street no. 11 madanpuri, west sagarpur, new delhi-110046
I am complaining for blockage of all the sewers in my street. Dirty water is coming out of the sewer and flowing all around the street and due to this there is all dirty water, sewage slurry, human waste in the house. It is creating dirt, disease, mosquitoes and water logging at my street. Mcd workers are not cooperating to solve this problem. We've been facing the problem since 1 week. We complained against this but nobody has come to see and solve the situation from mcd. We need a sewage collector machine for this purpose.

I AM residing at B block Vijay Nagar North Delhi Area.
As per government rules here a appointed in this area, N first time I have hear that our street is bought my present lady sweeper,
That's y she charges a amount as their own wish bcoz she recover the amount na,
But all this stupid mess.
She even does not clean streets in our area, not pickup garbage and the funny thing is if we ever said to clean the dog's [censored] from the frount our house she denay and reply that MY BROOM will become dirty.
I really don't understand y she is here and y ve pay a si called "swach barat abhiyan tax "

At above mentioned blocks a lady comes to clean street daily but she only clean street infront of the house who give her morning tea n lunch n charges exclusively.

I dont understand why we are paying tax to the government if we have to pay the cleaner Rs 10 per day only for cleaning street in front of our house.

My complain is about mcd not doing anything about street dogs in mayur vihar phase 1, pocket 4. I was bitten by one dog, unprovoked, on 20th december 2016, which resulted in several teeth bites, a big bruise and blood clots in one of my legs. I was saved from more severe damage by residents thankfully intervening to scare the dogs away.

These bites have been the case with many residents for more than over a year now. Residents are scared to go out and can't sleep because of fear and constant barking. Many visitors have been attacked as well. It's a case of dogs ruling the streets and dogs lives being valued more than humans.

It is important mcd acts to resolve this before a major fatality occurs.

It is shameful that international standards in this case are not being followed in india, where animals who attack humans, unprovoked, are put down. Mcd should be ashamed.

Dear sir, i stay in aya nagar phase-1, new delhi-110047. There are almost 10-15 dogs which always causes pronlem to people travelling. Specially in night. We are not able to travel alone in night because of them. They alws keep on biting someone verry next day. Alws barking and cause so much of noise that we are not able to sleep in night. Please look into this at earliest and look forward for your action on same at earliest as they are increasing day by day. Thanks l

There are so many mad street dogs in our gali (A - block, sudershan park new delhi-10015). The number of dogs in our street have been increasing rapidly and these posses many problems, they always barking on people and sometime these dog bitted some person.

These dogs barking in night and in the early morning which creat problem to us. These dogs also creats unhygenic condition on street. You are kindly requested to send the dog catching squad local authorities such as sdmc and mcd along with the "dog catchers" are requested to take prompt and strict action against the problem faced.

Dear sir,
This is i am writing several times regarding unauthorised water plant business in residention area, near delhi jal board office, double storey new seelampur delhi, mr. Tayyab is doing a water business in that area, due to this he captured all public road through his business rickshaw unauthorisely, nobody can move on the road therefore no walking space, even he used delhi jal board office as the parking for his rickshaw.br...

Please update the parking charges charged on monthly basis for parking 2/4 wheelers at Netaji subhash place, delhi. The parking guys have started charging 1500/month on account of MCD parking charges. I use to pay 300/month till last month, how come within one month prices have been revised to 5 times to what i use to pay?
i thing something fishy with these parking guys as i see no notices for price revision from mcd in this area.br...

Please refer our earlier so many regards stray dog bites as well chasing children while on play and passers by, many a cases go without complaints as people are generally involved in treatment of bite.
We the residents of bg5 and bg5a pas him vihar have been complaining every now and then but of no use. The concerned authorities are dumb over taking any action.
We have complained very many times .
Kindly take action in this regards and carry away all stray dogs through the dogs squads.

Is it permissible to open chicken, meat & fish shops in residential area?
There are chicken, meat & fish shops are open in residential area (J block saroop nagar delhi -42) gufran chicken shop & shahnewaz chicken mutton shop).. They are not maintained the surroundings area clean, also they are keeps their chicken cages in outside the shops. Due to that, we are always facing the bad smell & mosquito's problems. It is very hygienic & unhealthy to stay in that condition

I am complaining for blockage of front sewer a building. Derty water is coming out of the sewer and flowing all around building and main road August Kranti marg.due to that It creating dirt, disease, mosquitoes and water logging at August kranti road. I woud like to inform you that an individual is altering the standard plan of construction and has constructed way above the cover area as instructed by MCD. This alteration will result in difficulties for the other people in the area since the excess built up area will lead to many more unauthorised constructions happening in the area.

There are 2 dogs which are following and growling as well as coming to bite us. The are getting ridiculously bad day by day. One of the two dogs which is red in color shows signs of rabies also. May be thats the reason he is furious with people and other dogs.

I am a resident of A-5 sanjay park near by sabji mandi shakarpur delhi-92 . I have made many complaints in MCD. I have no response too. But the MCD workers don't pay attention to the situation. They came took out the garbage which is overflowing on the road and the drain and then they dump it into the same plot which i have complained about. Very ill mannered once i ask them to not burn the waste, the result is they directed...

There are lot of dogs in agcr enclave delhi 110092 (Near karkardooma court).

Today my son was bitten by a stray dog near a park (Which is close to house no. 212in agcr enclave)

All stray dogs in the locality must be caught immediately.

Since we are paying our taxes properly it is the duty of govt. To provide safety to our family and children.

If there is a ban on killing of stray dogs then govt. Must ensure to keep them in captivity.

I am a resident of hastsal vihar Uttam nagar new delhi -59, Near holi chowk( ward is vikas puri). There is a plot whose address is A-1/12 hastsal vihar. Which is now a dumpyard thanks to the MCD workers and the people of our locality. I have made many complaints in MCD. I have got response too. But the MCD workers don't pay attention to the situation. They came took out the garbage which is overflowing on the road and the drain and then they dump it into the same plot which i have complained about. Very ill mannered once i ask them to not burn the waste, the result is they directed the drain water to our home and dump the garbage in front of our home you can still see the piles there. They come once in 2 weeks. Giggle around dump the drain waste into the same plot and burn the waste too. We are bound to live in the waste thanks to the MCD workers. Please pay attention to this matter as it is causing severe health issues.

This is bring to your Notice that there is serious unauthorized construction is going on day or night at C-9, C-10 netaji subhash palace delhi after completion. I want to draw your attention towards the illegal commercial and residential constructions at Ghitorni MG Road khasra no 440/112 khandoba estate near NBCC Bus stand . satish lohia s/o bhagat ram constructed a commercial building at MG Road Near NBCC bus stand Ghitorni months back .This building is not approved or (naksha pass) passed by MCD or Its on unauthorized land and he has given this building on rent for commercial use .This building is three story and satish lohia s/o bhagat ram cut illegally highway fencing and make unauthorized exit on highway .
Because of this unauthorized cut or building road always blocked because people come to this building parked their vehicles on the road, and this pattern of parking makes safety concerns of highway vehicles.
We and area people suffering a lot because of this unauthorized commercial building.
I will request you to take a very serious action against these commercial unauthorized buildings at MG Road near NBCC bus stand Ghitorni.

The street dogs have increased in our locality I.e F-7 block mukharam garden, Tilak Nagar New Delhi., near chokhandi chowk .They are mostly found outside our house (f-7c) . They are approximately 10 in number. They are very annoying and dangerous. People are fed up of their continuous howling. Which is very disturbing and irritating. We are unable to sleep at night because of the noise and continuous barking and howling.
Please take some action as soon as possible and send a dog squad to take them away.
