Grievance Management System doesn't work North Delhi Municipal Corporation has provided the "Grievance Management System" to lodge the complaints But I believe not one from MCD even look at these complaints. I have logged a complaints on this portal in 4/30/15 but the status of the complaint is still same from the time it is logged. Hello Sir, I want to report a very serious issue, we are facing being residents of Dilshad garden & Dilshad Colony (EAST DELHI) .
