I am resident of Gali No- 18, Balbir Nagar, Shahdara, East Delhi:-110032. I want to inform about the menace and increasing number of Dogs in my colony. These are creating nuisance and spreading wastage all around the colony would be very grateful to you if you could kindly get the Pigs removed from the colony ASAP thank you for your kind attention & In our area very bad situation. We are facing many problem in our area like:- not properly water drainage, negligence of sweeper, comes verybad smell. This condition for responsible an empty property.

G-5 and G block, vishwkarma colony, prahladpur, mb road now becomes a katran kabadi wali Gali ..while it is a good residential area but some of the vendors doing their fabric garbage business in this locality.they intrupting all the times to enter the residents by car to thier home.every where they scatteres garbages and their packages. It should be stopped and they must be moved to industrial area. Last year the colony residents have been faced a huge fire in these garbage. Please take a suitable action and remove them from this peaceful area and remain this area as a residential.

These welding shop creating lot of disturbance (Unbearable noise of iron work & eye problem due to welding spark) to the residents (Students, working people & old age people) as it operates from 9 am to 9 pm.

You are requested again & again to please take necessary & swift action to shut this shop.

I am Vikas mishra, resident of H. No. 74A, Surya vihar, deenpur, najafgarh, new delhi 110043. There are so many stray dogs in our colony. They have caused so many small accidents and they might lead to a big one some days. they chase people all the time. please take care of this problem as soon as possible.

South Zone Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi – 110024 Sub : Complaint for unauthorized construction on 3rd floor at A-34 East of Kailash Ref : 3rd floor of Property No. A-34, East of Kailash New Delhi Respected Sir, In respect of the Plot No. A-34 situated in A- Block of East of Kailash, New Delhi, as per the existing byes laws and sanction plan approved by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi in regard to the said plot, a plot holder whether as a lessee or part owner of the freehold plot, the construction permissible as per the existing order is up-to Lower ground floor, Ground Floor, First Floor and Second Floor and Third floor without kitchen. Please to inform you that Owner / builder of the 3rd floor had constructed building in violation of the building by laws /sanction plan. It has been noticed that the owner/builders of 3rd floor had constructed the third floor with full kitchen and even beyond, In past he had constructed servants room on the roof which had been demolished by MCD later on, Now once again he is trying to construct servants room on the roof illegally. A clear case of illegal construction in respect of 3rd floor at Plot No. A- 34 of East of Kailash, New Delhi, Where the Owner /builder of the 3rd floor has constructed a full flat on the third floor with full kitchen is a clear violation of the building bye – laws/ sanction plan, Please to inform you that lift had been installed from unapproved vendor in past and is not in working condition more over no safety majored has not been taken at time of installation i.e. trying to operate without any proper license for running and operation of the lift which could be a big thread to the life of the users, it’s unauthorized too. A complaint have been registered in this regard already with Amar Colony Police Station. It is therefore requested the site may kindly be got inspected immediately, remedial / corrective action is urgently require, please pass order to inspect the 3rd floor of the said building and demolish illegal construction immediately. This is regarding really unheigenic conditions prevailing in Janak Puri B2A block metro pillar no. 535. There is a drainage just below metro track which was under construction but it was not completed, its work was left half way. Just few days back it got cleaned and all the garbage was thrown on the road itself. Its a service lane, kindly take some action. Get the road cleaned and complete the construction as soon as possible. Don't take your steps back from Modi Ji' s Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.

There are so many stray dogs in my area which bite the passers by and run after the playing children in the street. There is an MCD office in front of my house where 3-4 black dogs stay who are the most dangerous for the residents. My name is Bhushan would like to bring your kind attention on the problem which North Chajjupur Street no-2 areas people facing since several month, but now we have loose our patience. Sir, there are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses especially at night. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and they come closer to the motor bike rider to bite them. Sometime biker loses their consideration from the road which becomes a cause of serious causalities. Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim the entire person who passes from them. They full night very loudly barking . so this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately Dog catcher team in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon. sir, i want to draw your kind attention towards the negligence of sweepers in hauz khas village. road (from deer park to Bhagwan Valmiki Temple) have drains are full of rubbish, dirt, garbage and excreta. There comes foul smell and it is quite impossible to even from a single street. Local sweeper have been requested to attend but their visits are few and far between.the complete responsibility will fall on the administration for this lapse. It is in the interest of all that strict action be taken against the negligent people and the road be got cleaned to save the public from any disease.

We are citizens of Raghubir Nagar N-block.. We have a park in front of our houses. Park is situated between N block and P block. in this park all day gambling.. Drinking and eve teasing is done by a gang of boys. These boys were many time told by local residents that not to do gambling drinking smoking here but they fight with local residents. It is also causing problems to women who cross the park they do eve teasing. You are requested to clear all encroachment that is inside the park and seal the park. Dear sir My area comes in east delhi 1. The problem is that there is piles of garbage lying on the main road. Now people come in night and through this garbage here and there. In night time we protest then they are ready to fight us and threaten us, "is this your father's land, nobody can stop us, call DM, Police commissioner, this is road we will through here only, we will see how you will stop us" Please see photo in attachment Safaiwala also donot visit regularly no vehicles come to collect garbage from door to door or gali to gali. Drain are covered with garbage. 2. Rickshow puller with more than 200 Rickshaws assembled on road and make the chos on the road, in the morning and night it is difficult to pass on the road. Dear sir I am Dr monu Singh resident of 165 second floor, ambika vihar, paschim vihar, New Delhi ph no [protected] . The residents of the first floor of this building have illegally covered the mandatory open space of the ventilation shaft with lanter resulting in dead pigeons and water collection with severe stench and mosquito breeding . this happened while I was away on vacation in my absence. With no drainage of water there is severe seepage and danger to the building. They have created a major health hazard and jeopardized the safety of whole building. I 'request you to kindly make an urgent check and do the needful. Thank you.
