Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that I am Dharmender Yadav S/O Balbir Singh Yadav (Mo.[protected]/[protected]), resident of WZ-61, Todapur, New Delhi-110012. since 22nd June 2015 we had been witnessing unauthorized construction right in front of our house that is WZ-61, Todapur. The construction is under process, This property owner had their original main gate facing towards North direction, though now while reconstructing he had changed the actual location towards our main gate which is in west direction. despite requesting them to change it, we have been told you can go ahead and complaint anywhere we would not stop this. Now we have left with no option but to complaint to local police, who did come and told us that they can not do much about us and we have to complaint it to MCD. I have already registered telephonic complaint at 12:10 pm today on[protected] and spoke to Mr.Pradeep who had been very gracious and assured me they action from MCD. Respected Authority We the residents of C-4-H block Janakpuri, are facing acute problem because of street dog biting every day to the residents of this block. Two three residents of this block are indirectly trying to keep some street dogs who are not their pet. These street dogs bite many of the residents. Please take necessary steps to remove them.

IF I TOLD TO THE SHOPKEEPER OWNER SHE TOLD ME THAT YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING OF ME . I GIVE MONEY TO THE MCD PERSON FOR THIS .PLEASE COME AND SEE THE POSITION OF MALL AND WE ARE NOT ABLE TO WALK PROPERLY.

Dear Sir, I’m resident of Mangla Puri and watching all the construction of house since long. Here the peoples are extending the area of house from 25 Sq.Yard (20.90 Sq. Meter) to 30+ sq. Yard. Previously the size of each street was 15-18 foot but now its shrink to 8-10 foot. Some of locations, people constructed their toilets out of the house (opposite to house, on the side of park wall). The leveling of road also has been Degrade by the resident of the colony for their comfort. Due to such construction a car/ambulance/fire brigade cannot be entered in the street in case of emergency. Request you to verify the whole area of Mangla Puri Phase 2 and send them notice to vacant the land which is occupied by them (if found while verification). A lot of trees are required to be shred so that their branches are not able to enter our houses. This causes a lot of mosquitoes, spiders, honey bees and other dangerous insects enter our houses and bite the little kids as well as adults. These branches might also fall onto the vehicles standing in the parking right below them on a stormy day. Request you to kindly cut them at the earliest. I would like to draw your kind attention on the problem being faced by the residents of A-Block, Vasant Kunj Enclave, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi 110070 and There is a school as well in the vicinity and children have to walk down from this road which is totally unhygenic and full of dump. Here, the problem relates to No garbage disposal facility available for the near by Jhuggis and no toilets as well so they throw all their garbage on the road. They also poop on the road since they dont have toilets in their Jhuggis. Hello Sir/Madam, I would like to bring something in your notice about the very serious issue of Stray Dogs in our Area, we are facing being residents of Jeewan Park - F Block, Delhi - 110059. There are at least 15-17 Stray dogs spread across Jeewan Park - F Block, Delhi 110059. It gets very difficult for us to go for a walk or go for a market with these dogs on the roads or in the block. They even keep barking throughout the night resulting in lack of sleep to us. Help us out. They have also bite so many people in the colony. Its becoming difficult for kids even they not play outside well . Please catch all these dogs so that we can live easily at our places. Grievance Management System doesn't work North Delhi Municipal Corporation has provided the "Grievance Management System" to lodge the complaints But I believe not one from MCD even look at these complaints. I have logged a complaints on this portal in 4/30/15 but the status of the complaint is still same from the time it is logged. If not one look at this complaints then what is the purpose of providing such facility. Respected Sir, Reg: Repair of Road near Jit Garh pahri, Delhi. While going from Baraf Khana to Hindurao Hospital, in between the road Needs repair after lying certain cables. More than 2 years has passed, no repair Is undertaken. Sir, It is accident prone, even the ambulance while going to Hospital stuck at times. Very very risky, the big stones are also lying on the Narrow roads. Kindly arrange to get it repaired on humanitarian grounds. Thanking you in anticipation.

sir, i rajbir singh s/o sh.shishan singh 361 maidan garhi prajapati mohalla new delhi The work of the MCD is to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the town. However I am grieved to see the condition of sanitation at least in my colony and specially Pocket C. There is rubbish strewn everywhere the eye moves on, whether it be the lanes or the main roads all are equally dirty. This clearly implies that, the sweepers are not sweeping at all. Besides this, the condition of sanitation is in no better shape, it is absolutely miserable. All the drains are clogged and choked and the covers that are removed to clean the drains are never put back in their places, thus leaving gaping drains. Another thing to be seen is that, when the rubbish and slush is removed from the drains, it is all deposited on the road to dry up and to return to the drain with the help of wind. This makes the colony look so very dirty. Besides looking dirty, the residents of the colony are apt to contract any disease related to dirt, in this circumstance. Kindly see that your sweepers work regularly and to completion. I shall be highly obliged if greater care is taken about sanitation in the colony, before it is too late and it is attacked by some germs in the form of an epidemic. Hello Sir, I am a resident of Housing Board Colony, House No 107, Opposite to Jyoti Hospital, Sector 15 part 2. I want to inform about the menace and increasing number of swine (pigs) in my colony. These are creating nuisance and spreading wastage all around the colony. Would be very grateful to you if you could kindly get the pigs removed from the colony ASAP. Hello Sir, I want to report a very serious issue, we are facing being residents of Dilshad garden & Dilshad Colony (EAST DELHI) . There are at least 50 Stray dogs spread across Pocket SG & F Block Dilshad Colony. It gets very difficult for us to go for a walk or go for a market with these dogs on the roads or in the block. One of the residents 5 year old kid was bitten when he was riding a bicycle in the colony & one of the elderly person...

Respected sir/madam, I am a residence of L.I.G flats gayatri enclave, opp. Khanpur bus depot. From past few days we are facing problem created by a street dog. Day by day no. Of bite cases are increasing. We are facing alot of problem . Please look into this serious problem and take required action. We called in mcd so many times but no action has been taken til date. We want to get rid of this problem as soon as possible .

Dear Sir/Madam, I reside in New Manglapuri (Near Sultanpur Metro), Flat no - 164. There are several street dogs in this area one of which can be spotted on the stairs of my building (No. - 164) or in nearby streets. This is an aged rogue dog which is severely ill and has already bitten few people of this building. Could you please send someone to catch this dog as I suspect its illness might affect the people and other dogs as well of this area. Also, its scary to ride through on vehicles in the locality/ climb the stairs as this dog is ill and starts barking and running suddenly. This one needs to be treated immediately. There are two dogs in our area. All of the sudden they started biting people and out sides. They already biting many peoples like Kids, Old People and Woman's who walk in road and streets. Respected sir/madam I am a resident of Street No. 4, Kanhaiya Nagar, Tri Nagar, Delhi-110035 and this complaint is about the water logging caused by improper level of reconstructed streets. The drainage water from open balcony pipes of houses in the street get logged as the street has not been made properly. Its leveling is not equal. For precautionary measure we have to clean the street every now and then which is causing a lot of hardships. It is my humble submission that the concerned authority must take appropriate steps and the streets to be reconstructed again with proper leveling or its leveling should be corrected by any measure. The water logging leads to breeding of mosquitoes which in turn can cause malaria and several other water borne diseases. Waiting for a prompt action. Thanking you.
