Sir,
The condition of our neighbours house is very porous, which may prove to be dangerous for the visitors . For the last 15 days, there has been leakage of pot water from it, which collects outside the house. Due to which there is a lot of smell in the surrounding and can spread diseases also. Their are two tenant's families staying in that house .When we spoke to them regarding this problem they will say that the owner will fixed it, it is not their responsibility. We have called the owner but he is also taking it so casually . So, please take an immediate action against them as early as possible.

We are living in DDA flats Loni road .
Trees and grass in our society parks needs to be trimmed .

Sub. Complaint about damage gallery and ceiling of the first floor of my property no.1518 ward no.Vll, gali akhunji, farash khana, delhi-110006 and give me permission for repairing of the above mentioned house ceiling and gallery.

Dear Sir,

1. I Syed Waqar Ali S/o late Syed Shahzad Ali, I am the absolute owner of entire properties no.1518, 1545, 1546 and 1547 Gali Akhunji, Farash Khana, Delhi-110006 by virtue of registered sale deed dated 17.8.2006. I also residing at 1518 FF Gali Akhunji Farash Khana Delhi-110006.
2. That the Fahimuddin, Mohd.Shehzad @ Shehzad Ahmed, Naeemuddin, Ameeruddin, Ameenuddin and Saleemuddin unauthorisedly residing at the ground floor of the above property.
3. That the aforesaid persons with connivance of each other were illegally and unauthorisedly occupying the ground floor of the aforesaid property bearing No.1518 Gali Akhunji, Farash Khana, Delhi-110006 and number of cases between me and aforesaid persons & others are pending in different courts.
4. That earlier also, the above persons and their mother have committed forgery and fraud by manufacturing / creating forged and fabricated two reg. Sale deeds and one agreement to sale, two GPA's and three different Mutation Letter dated 06/05/2002, 29/03/1994 and 21/07/1998 allegedly issued by MCD and Mutation Letter dt.06/05/2002 manufactured by the above mentioned persons with their brothers by putting the forged signature of the official of MCD who had retired from his service prior to the alleged date of issuance of the said Mutation Letter and in this regard they are facing the trial before the Hon’ble Court of Shri Kapil Kumar, Ld. MM (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Complaint Case No. 534806/2016, titled as “Syed Waqar Ali Versus Irfan Ahmad & Others”.
5. That the property number 1518 is built before 1947, the first floor of the above property has damaged from various places, and from many places the above persons have deliberately damaged the above property, so that the first floor gets damaged and fallen down and file a case against me.
If the ceiling and gallery of the first floor falls down then who will be responsible for that
I have already given a complaint in this regard to the J E north delhi municipal corporation and
SHO police station Hauz Qazi Central Delhi but J E has not taken any action yet. If the ceiling and gallery of the first floor of the above property falls down due to damage, and If there is any loss of life or property, then J E north delhi and other officials of MCD will be responsible for that.
I request you to please visit the property and give permission for repairing and take neccessary action on my complaint.
I have attached the photographs of the damaged sites of the above property with this complaint for further investigation/action.

Hi,
My name is Madhusudan Singh resident of Gali No. 16, House No. 41, A1-Block, Bangali Colony, sant nagar, Delhi -110084.

This complaint is to drive your kind attention towards the stray dogs and puppies in our street. They are very aggresive and biten many kids & older people in our street. Dogs and puppies creat lot of noise in the midnight and it's a big issue we are unable to take proper rest.
Stray Dogs and puppies create lot of mesh on streeet and waste in front of our door which is really terrible.

Please take this on priority as we are facing this major issue from lst 2-3 months and now it's hard to live here due to stray dogs and puppies.

I'm Rajesh Bisht residant of B-456 DDA Flats, Bindapur., ND-59.We are facing issue due to the huge outgrowths o[censored]nwanted plants on both the sides of the road. Our road is 15 ft width but due to these outgrowths we are only left with 5 ft of walking distance we request u to plss removed them ASAP...

This is to inform you that near my house B-266 jahangir puri Delhi-110033 there is a lots of garbage aound the corner strreat of park. Almost 10 days there is no swipper who clean that garbage due to this people are facing issues. Please look into the Matter and send any sweeper to clean the street.

I am a resident of East Kidwai Nagar.
The locality is adjacent to Kotla, just near the southex market. The stray cattle has been increasing day by day as the dairy people in kotla market leave their cattle over here to stray during the day. And some come from other places
They create traffic jams and unsanitary conditions on the road. Also it is dangerous for children to walk by alone near them.
Stray cattle should be kept at proper places for dairy use purposes and not be left open to roam around residential complexes!
Please kindle look into the matter.

There is water logging in Gandhi vihar . In E block 282/283 . All waste or dirty things are all over the road ... There is no way to cross the road during rain . Kindly help to clean this ## ... We are facing problem to go out from our home

My self Dr.Ravi currently living in F-6 Gautam Nagar, New Delhi, 110049. Sir from last 10-15 days i am constantly getting pain by the dogs in front of my building…they tried to bite me 2-3 time and neither allowing me to go out or enter the building so sir i need your help ..please send the dog catching squad and pick the dogs up

In our near house there is a many stray dogs which is very dangerous .last week one dog bit one person, it is risky for us to stay here

Applicant Mohd. Tauseef is residing at 3rd Floor of Property No. 5182, Ballimaran, Chahdni Chowk, Landmark : Hindustan Hotel, Delhi-110006 and at the Fourth Floor the owner's son Humair and Sumer S/o Late Mr. Rafi has constructing fourth and Fifth Floor without taking permission from M.C.D. and the condition of the property is very bad since its constructed on the Old Excavation. Due to construction of Fourth and Fifth Floor the cracks are appear in my property. I requested the onwer's son Mr. Humair and Mr. Sumer but they don't listen our request and keep on constructing the fourth and Fifth Floor. Now the construction of Fifth Floor is going on. However there was already Two room at the Fourth Floor and they constructed the third room at the fourth floor and now constructing fifth floor. My wife is a Hearth Patient and there is every possible of fallen of property and we are compelled to stay in one room since we have the fear of fallen of property. Due to dust the condition of my wife becoming low day by day. We already made a complaint to Delhi Police on 100 Number on 31.07.2021 vide Diary No. 3597007.

I would like to draw your attention regarding stray cows in my locality, I have residence in SHAKURPUR . Day by day, the population of cows are increasing . Not only locals but many a times outsiders also face problems. In many cases cows are gathered near the road which results in huge traffic .
If you take some action it not only helps us (locals) but also to these stray cows who are wondering only for food.
Caretakers of them (cows) are irresponsible, they release them in early morning and in the evening catch all of them. Caretakers only take advantage and make huge profits from them but they not work properly as they should do.
I request you take some strict action against caretakers and shift all the stray cows at nearby gaushala

Complaint regarding potholes at the entry and exit to CNG station was made. In response some rubble has been throw yesterday in the potholes, the rubble has large pieces of broken commode( ceramics), which has resulted into severe damage to the tyres of the customers. It is requested that, these be removed immediately and directives NOT to throw such items on the road be given to the concerned personnel, as grave injuries to people and damage to the vehicles may result due to such actions,

Mandakini Aptts, situated in Pitampura, has been waterlogged since morning.Main roads outside are already clear of water and it is only inside the colony compound that water level is receding very slowly. In the morning, water level was so high that it entered the ground floor flats in some cases.

Kindly look into the matter since usually rainwater gets clear within a short span of time unlike today.

I ruchi yadav want to register a complaint of a road accident of a hit and run case . E rikshaw hit a street dog very badly in front of crpf complex . I have a picture of e rikshaw number plate . Wanted to stop him but he didn't stop . The dog was walking on left side of the road and e rikshaw hit him from back the was badly injured and dead rikshaw run away from that place when people wante to stop him he used to him my scooty too when i try to catch him . Please help . I am attaching his number plate picture take action against him .

need to this road and related areas should be clean porper way.

Sir, The Buildin 5644 /77 Regar Pura Ravi das Marg is flooded with Rain Water on Terrace and due to that water is entering buidin and nearby basement as well, No body lives on First Floor and the caretaker of building is not opening the blocked drain pipe and due to this building is getting into danger zone and may cause serious problem for the Residents Kindly ask your Dept to immediately come and open the drainage and save the suffering citizen
