This is to inform that there are several illegal parking charges are taken from the patients outside the several hospitals. Even if the person is admitted in the hospital than also the relatives have to pay the parking charges and worse they charge you hourly basis. I am personally talking about Shanti Mukand hospital in East Delhi.
And if you argue with them then they will harass you use abusive language. Please take a necessary action asap.

there are around 15-20 stray dog in 3rd pusta, Sonia Vihar, Delhi-94. Starting from Jai Mata Hardware shop to Yadav Atta chakki. they are great threat to children walking by as they chese them and even bite them. kindly take necessary action at the earliest in before any mishappening.

Dear sir, The capital may go on high alert if there is an avian flu pandemic threat, but there should be a strict action should be taken against the illegal meat street (Chand street chicken meat and Mahesh pig meat street ) and buchar khana and they also sale bhuji of pig meat which causes fits in human in 6/281 Trrilok Puri Subhash Market Near chand Cinema new delhi 110091. I would like to raise a concern for an illegally chicken and Pig on street of 6 /281 TRILOK PURI near pradhan mantri jan aushadhi kendra trilok puri new delhi 110091 These Streets shops are running in a residential area and address. Illegal meat shops located on busy roads of the state capital not only pose health hazards to people but also pose danger to commuters as stray dogs gather near these shops feasting on meat wastes dumped in drains or even roadside often resulting in road accidents. I would like to request you to take stern action against them and seal their shops with bucher khana. Reasons: 1. Illegally opened shop in residential area. 2. Causes nuisance because it is on high traffic lane. 3. Causes massive sound of animal killing early in morning every day. 4. Huge traffic jam is there because of vehicles park outside the shop. 5. Shop owner is a stubborn and disgusting person and he does not listen to public. Lots of people have asked him to move his shop but he does not listen. 6. Life is going hell in this area. 7. Many health issues to come due to these shops like, swine flu diseases, fresh air issues, bad smell etc. 8. These shops because all sever is jammed by blood of animal & road is very dirty with wasted of meat & blood also and the other religion worker is very harassed. 9. It is situated in the common passage area and it has become impossible for us to pass the way due to heavy smell and a bad crowd always gathers there in the evening time. 12. Please note that I am facing water logging problem in my uncle terrace. Every time water was logg in my uncle terrace. Some scrap items always stay in their terrace that's why rain water was hold. I am worried about due to water logging because dengue and other disease.

I, B.K.Datta r/o C-384 Yojana Vihar, Delhi-92 would like to draw your kind attention to one large tree in front of my house. The branches of the tree are leaning one side falls directly on my house. This has a potential of giving easy access to any miscreant and causes a grave security threat to my house. The branches of tree are entangled with the electricity cables and causes sparks during thunderstorm and rain, leading to safety concerns.

Further, during the summers the tree gets infested with white bugs which enters in our houses. This could lead to serious health hazards if neglected for a long time.

I seek for your urgent intervention in the matter and request the concerned official to get the portion of the tree trimmed in order to address our concerns. In case the trimming of the tree does not lead to a resolution of our issues, we would request for the cutting and ultimate removal of the tree.

I look forward to a positive response.

I wish to draw your attention towards the poor maintenance of roads.
The roads in our locality have not been repaired for a long time. It's been 3-4 years, the condition is still the same. There are pits and ditches on the roads everywhere. The condition of the road becomes all the worst during the rainy season. They cause road accidents. At night people sometimes stumble down.

I, therefore, request you to kindly take necessary action to mend the ways so that people of the area have good roads.

There 2 dogs left after dog van has caught 4 dogs from the same place. These 2 barks all nights.

There is no need to mention the features of miserable condition of roads of sonia vihar colony(b-block, bhagat ji mandir). The roads are abundant with patholes and broken points. The continuous rain makes the plight even worse with numerous incidents and accidents happening on the road. Sometimes it makes impossible for pedestrians to commute on the roads due to slippery ways and mud everywhere. There are heaps of road material lying on both sides. The side drains are blocked and water flows out. so a little rain does everything to flood the roads.
several complaints have been made in the past but the concerned authorities have turned a deaf ear to all such requests. The residents are in distress from a long time.
Following are the request from the residents with deep humility and urge:
1. Appoint an inspection officer at the earliest in B-block of sonia vihar colony area nearby bhagat ji mandir.
2. Take necessary steps to make a strong and water resistant road in the same area.

Dear team, in bhajanpura Street no 16, d block there are lot of Street dogs who barks at night for 2 3 hours it is impossible to sleep peacefully. Please take immediate action. They have also bitten our neighbours in early morning

There was name error in certificate so i put the same on the edmc official website for correction and it has been 3 months and still it has not generated for this purpose I gave the supporting evidences such as Aadhar Card of mine, correction form issued...

with due regards it is most humbly submitted that we the residents of Ambedkar Gali No.10, Pandav Road, Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara Delhi-110032 are very badly affected due to the illegal encroachment, parking and various obstructions created by (1) Sharma Samose Wala, having corner shop of Poori and other eatables (the said Sharma Samose Wala had encroached the Gali by putting tables for eating and also lied his belongings e.g. Kadai, Patilas etc. on the Gali itself and thereby causing a Jam like situation for the whole day, similarly one Mr. Jai Pal Singh son of Shri Ram Swaroop had also established a permanent iron structure on the road (and thereby put some Gamlas/Plants in it) and also parked his car and motor cycles for the purpose o[censored]nlawfully grabbing the gali and creating obstructions.

you are therefore kindly requested to look into the matter and take some harsh steps against the offenders (financially and socially) so that no other persons can ever dare to do such illegal acts.

One person name gaurav Jain is constructing a illegal commercial building of 3 floor in residential area of new usmanpur using low grad material which may fall anytime and may cause heavy casuality.
You are requested kindly take timely action to prevent this fatalities

I am residence of c-12/511 yamuna vihar delhi-53, this is regarding incident wherein a street dog bite my mother in the morning around 7:30 am when she was doing her daily household chores.

Also this is not the first incident the dog is used to of biting people in the society.

Kindly take necessary action and get the dog removed from this area.

In my locality several stray dogs are there who chase the people using the main street and it was very difficult to go to street and also they bark continuously in day and night. Yesterday a dog had bitten to one of my friend living in my locality. It is being dangerous to people living here as there no. Are increasing day by day so please kindly take immediate action to resolve this problem.

I want to inform you about the unauthorised construction that is currently active at the address block B2 h.no.30A yamuna vihar Delhi -110053 at front and back side of the house.
This is an authorized government colony where as per construction laws building plans have to be passed by competent authority before taking any construction work.
Attached are photographic evidences.
We also submitted the complaint application regarding the same subject by visiting at the MCD office Shahdara but no action has been taken.
We have also attached the copy of application submitted at MCD office. Also this building was constructed during 1980s without any pillars so such illegal construction is grave danger to our lives.
Request you to take kindly appropriate action at earliest.
