Unauthorize and illegal construction in full swing on 4th floor r-265 gali no.12, ramesh park, laxmi nagar. Even the new electricity meter has been installed on 5th floor against the bses guidelines. They are building a new floor. Mcd is not doing anything. I have already filed an online complaint on edmc site. The edmc online complaint no. Is grv/ssz/2018/132711 filed on 28th november. The contractor javed has good relations with mcd people and probably he paid something to mcd officials as usual. Please, look into the matter asap. Thanks

There is encroachment and illegal shops operating on the street that is made for pedestrians in laxmi nagar/vikas marg. The service lane is completely occupied by illegal encroachment and illegal food stalls on the street making it impossible for pedestrians and cars to pass. Because of food stalls the public is forced to walk on the main road which is very dangerous for the pedestrian as well as for the cars passing through the main road. All the traffic is disturbed and no one is taking action against these food stalls and shop encroachments. Some motorwork shops are also working on the main road which makes pollution as it is a factory work. I don't understand why the authorities have failed tp check these things. Please check

I have deposited house property tax of rs. 2, 189.71/- for the year 2018-19 on 06 october 2018 as amount has already debited from my standard chartered bank credit card, but payment receipt did not generate on portal. Now i am trying to get payment receipts online but your server is not working due to any technical issue. I have registered a complaint on edmc portal on same day and this is grievance no.-36318. Kindly look into matter and sort out my problem asap.

We would like to bring it to your notice that two three months back sewer line is repair by the department after repair they filled the mud again on the whole but lots of spare mud and they left their which causing pollution and the footpath is also blocked and during these months now people through garbage over their and unnecessary plants are also growing up, er request you to please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

We would like to inform you that their is leakage of drinking water from the main road in front of deepak memorial hospital which causing damage to the road and dangerous to two wheeler mainly due to this bikes are sleeping and accident happening also the road going down which also very dengerous for the lives of the people.

And also lots of drinking water is also going waste due to this pipe line broken. Please do the needful at the earliest.

Lic has an office in laxmi nagar district commercial centre. However it has been observed that lot of trash has accumulated in the back lane of the office which is creating problems. During rainy season the trash stinks and the water overflows through the windows of basement resulting in water log. We request you to kindly get the lane cleaned at the earliest.

This is to inform you that a new unauthorized floor on the roof of 4th floor is being constructed without mcd approval. There are four floors in the flat right now occupied by families. The owner of the 4th floor at r-265 ramesh park, laxmi nagar, new delhi 110092 is raising another floor on it illegally for monetary gains and starting a precedence for others in the vicinity to follow the same and risking the life of people and resource crunch. Kindly, stop the construction. The contract has been given to a contractor javed who has good relations with the mcd people.

Here few illegal goldsmith shops are opened in residential locality which resulted :
1. Harmfull chemically treated gas in our environment due to which many breathing problems occurs.
2. They also make irritating noise with their heavy machinery by full day, even in night about 2-3am on daily basis.
3. Working with heavy duty machine on late night (2-3 am) indicates theft of electricity, which they need for their unauthorised work

I m babita bansal from b13/5 ghodi chock kri. Ngr sir our street is in very bad form there is no regular sweepers nd cleaner. Our street have ever flow drainage water which comes from blocked sewer and main road sewer also blockedwhich reason of many disease like mosquito nd dengu... Plzzzzz kindly give attention for our complain

I am writing from mayur vihar phase 2, pocket - b, delhi about the nuisance being created by 15 - 20 monkeys and similarly dogs in the line of pocket b from 140 to 168 flats. Group of monkeys have uprooted all the plants in the balcony, torn the clothes and took away clothes. It has become daily nuisance as we got step out to the balcony.

Secondly, there are around 10- 15 street dogs in this lane, they just howl and bark at every one passing by, they have beaten to many people in the area. Children who had travel from this area are always scared and horrified with this dogs around them barking always. Even other wise also they keep on barking at night all time.

It is a constant to the all o[censored]s staying in this locality and your support on this will help us to live safely

We cannot wait to have something serious happening to us and our neighbor hood people hence requesting you to kindly take necessary steps to get away from the monkeys and the street dogs from the lane.

It is a serious issue and it cannot be ignored

I live in ashok nagar shahdara gali no. 10. The work of road and groove is going on in my street.in which irregularity is being resorted, some slips and piers made on the drains of some houses are being broken and some slips and paddy are being taken away by taking money from some people. When i complained to the staff, he said that he has the place to make the bottom of his slip, but his slip is below our slip and there is no place near him. Therefore, i request you to take proper action by taking cognizance in this regard.

Pls make clear all the cevers of our street no1, in front of house no. 2/12. New layal pur colony, near kabila restaurant, krishna nagar, delhi 110051 as cevers are over flowing with bad water outside the cevers.
It is creating bad smell and mosquitoes. Pls clear it urgently
We all people of our street are facing the bad smell and out running water of the cevers daily, and it is creating diseases to the street people. Children cannot play in the street and traffic is also throwing bad and dirty water on the people and houses in front of the cevers. Therefore it is my humble request to you to pls clear the garbage from the cevers. As soon as possible.

Dear sir/madam,

I have noticed that street no 1of east delhi new ashok nagar a block house no 216 has become so dirty from last 20-days. No MCD wokers has came to pick up the garbage and No cleaning is being done from last few days. I am afraid to say that due to this my son which is 3year old suffering from DENGUE and day by day have have increased and we are living in fear to getting ill from the conditions of the street.
I request you to get the streets cleaned immediately...

There are many unauthorized repairing shop are there which produce noise and air pollution as well as traffic congestion on road these shops start making auto bodies and they are very harmful for the society these shops have make our foothpath, roads, bus stand as a repairing place they have made foothpath black with ashes of repairing. 5 yr back this road was clean now it seem like scooter markit with lots of reparing shop kindly look into the matter.. And i requesting you to protect our society.. Area 8 block geeta colony delhi 110031 ramdas marg starting from punjab and sind bank geeta colony till hanuman mandir.. I'm sure 90 % no one will take action on this complaint but 10% hope and 100% my responsibility

Respected sir,
This is to bring to your notice that we are the resident of f-50, building, dilshad colony, delhi -95 and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction done on the top floor by all the occupants of 3rd floor,. The said construction on the 4th floor is illegal construction that is why mcd had earlier demolished the construction done on the top floors by all 3rd floor residents. But again these 3rd floor residents have done the constructions on the 4th floor. All these constructions done on the top floors are illegal and may lead a serious miseries for the residence living in the building. Moreover, due to these constructions, building may damage and the life of the residence may in danger. Moreover, local authorities are also aware about these re-constructions done on the 4th floor.

For safety reasons i am not disclosing my identity to you.

It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against them to remove/ demolish the unauthorized structure that has already built on the top floors of f-50 building at the earliest.

I have complaint against illegal space consumption by local area people in mcd green belt land some people are use it as a parking and get a amount for other people use that parking he use it as a business.
So i requested to you please take a requried action as soon as possible

Compliant reference no - [protected]. Compliant has been raised with edmc already but still edmc has not taken any action till date. There is no sweeping been done by edmc in market still they hold rights to fine shops because o[censored]ntidiness. Drainage systems are full and edmc has not cleaned it even after complaints. Market is paying to private guys to clean market still edmc workers come in market and they try to fine shops because of cleanness. We are seeking support from edmc. Dilshad garden dda market. I am a resident of janta flats, gtb enclave. There are several stray dogs in the street which are creating problems not only to the passerby but also to the residents.
