गली no 5, कैलाश नगर, हमारे यहाँ गली में बहुत ही गंदगी रहती है, गली मे बहुत ही ज्यादा कूड़ा पड़ा रहता है और सुबह झाड़ू भी नहीं लगाई जाती है, जिस पर सफाई कर्मचारी सही से ध्यान नहीं देते है और २ दिन आते है सप्ताह मे 4 दिन आते ही नहीं है जिस वजह से बहुत ही ज्यादा कूड़े का ढेर इख्ठा हो जाता है एक दिन आते भी है तो नाली का कूड़ा निकाल कर उसे वही छोड़ जाते है उठाने के लिए भी 2 -3 दिन मे आते है जिसकी वजह से बहुत गंदगी हो जाती है बदबू भी बहुत आती है और मछर भी बहुत हो जाते है कृपया करके इस पर ध्यान दे.. आपका बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद होगा जी..

I a resident of east delhi, shankar vihar - 110092 writing to you after much struggle of garbage, garbage disposal. Facing extreme challenges with garbage, there's no one to actually bring trolley or carts to pick up the garbage that gets accumulated around and on the streets.
The reason for this menace is actually people living in vicinity they are living in posh locality but treating streets as if they are living in slums and dumping wastes, urinating and excreting on street.
Majorly defaulters are: -

1) alpahar restaurant who is on daily basis dumping food wastes causing street dogs and mosquitoes.
2) 7 shankar vihar pappu bike mechanic who is using street as a washing station to wash bikes/scooter and sumping all wastes on street.

3) grey salon employees dumping hairs and food waste on street.

4) 1 & 2 shankar vihar residents dumping wastes.

I request you to punish defaulters and clean the street and clear the drains so that it doesn’t become hub for mosquitoes to breed and causing deadly diseases.

Dear Sir, after the guys from MCD came to clean the manhole and fix it but the situation has gotten worse. As now dirt and dirty water is coming out from the same manhole/sewage and is creating many problems and along with the dirty environment and more mosquitoes. In short inviting disease like dengue. MCD person only asked to complaint here. PLEASE HELP

In mayur vihar phase i, near the mayur vihar phase i metro station, near our society (Ifscghs), is located another group cooperative housing society complex, called sahyog. It is the only such complex in the entire area whose entrance gate opens outside. This has to be incorrect and illegal, for at least two reasons. One, due to this, the society's security staff sits out, blocking the pavement. Second and much worse, for any vehicle to pass through the gate, the gate must be opened fully, and that blocks the entire pavement - and more, for quite some time, like a minute or two, or even 5 minutes at times. This is highly inconvenient to pedestrians on the pavement.

The simple solution is that the society must be directed to restructure their entrance gate to open inside. It will address both problems at once, and it can be done within a day or two.

The second problem with sahyog is that they have a hedge bordering the pavement, and oftentimes it grows wildly outside, blocking the passage on the pavement. This is far more frequent and worse during the monsoon months. At times they respond to a polite request made to them and prune the hedge suitably, but never on their own. And not always on request. Like this time, when i conveyed the request to them through their security guards sitting outside while walking that way, they refused to anything about it, and their hedge is still, several days later blocking the way almost completely.

There are too many dogs in our society they bark and bite us we are having too much problem with that we have complaint before also but instead of catching the left more dogs there so we aspect that this time the dogs are catch by the mcd please do it as far as possible we are waiting for the dogs out of here by mcd or any other but please this time do it.

Dear sir,

I am resident of kailash nagar near gandhi nagar.few months back illegal construction in our colony demolished, malba of which lies on the stairs leading to main pushta road.It is very difficult to pass from them, some people event got injured by loosing balance.inspite of this Edmc garbage collecting van also comes in a week.Condition of our locality is very pathetic & cause many diseases.
It is my humble request from you please take necessary action.

यह पत्र हम लोग (घोंडली, शास्त्री पार्क, गली नंबर ४ और गली नंबर २, चन्दर नगर, कृष्णा नगर, दिल्ली-११००५१ के निवासियों की तरफ से है हमारे एरिया के विआधायक डॉ. बग्गा जी है. हम सब लोग यहाँ के गुजर लोगो के आतंक से परेशान है इन लोगो के पास १५० से ज्यादा गाये है जो सारा दिन इन दोनों गलियों में छोड़ देते है और सारा दिन गली के लोग परेशान होते रहते है सारी गली में गोबर ही गोबर होता है और गन्दगी होती है जो भी कोई उनसे कुछ कहता है उनको ये लोग मारते है कई लोगो ने तो घर छोड़ दिया है कुछ दिन पहले किसी ने कंप्लेंट करि थी तो उसके घर पर जाकर उसे मारा और धमकी दी की पुलिस में कंप्लेंट करोगे तो रहना मुश्किल कर देंगे वो लोग कहते है जितनी कंप्लेंट करनी है कर दो हम तो मंथली पैसे देते है म्युनिसिपल कारपोरेशन में महीना जाता है पर रात को यह लोग गली नंबर ४ में सारी गायें छोड़ देते है पूरी गली को तबेला बना दिया है हम लोग बहुत परेशान हो गए है बग्गा जी को कई बार कहा पर वो कहते है कुछ नहीं हो सकता इनकी सेटिंग है कारपोरेशन में .इसका कुछ निवारण करवा दीजिये नहीं तो धीरे धीरे सब को यहाँ से जाना पड़ेगा कोई अपना नाम नहीं लेता क्यों की यह लोग मारते है इसलिए ये पत्र सब की तरफ से है प्लीज आप लोग जल्दी कुछ करवा दीजिये

हमें आप लोगो से ही उम्मीद है अगर आप कुछ करवा दे तो बड़ी मेहरबानी होगी सर
हमारे एरिया का जो कौन्सेल्लोर है दीपक मल्होत्रा वो तो इन लोगो के ही साथ है वो तो इनसे बहुत डरता है उससे कहा तो कुछ नहीं बोलते
यह परेशानी दिनों दिन बढ़ती जा रही है हमने तो उनसे से भी कहा एक बार गली में आकर देखो तो कितनी गन्दी गली है ये पर कुछ नहीं हुआ गली में पैर रखने की जगह नहीं होती इतना गोबर होता है

जिनकी गाय है उनमे सबसे ज्यादा गये महिपाल, रोहित, राहुल, सूंदर और विनय नाम के आदमी की है महिपाल का रिश्तेदार म्युनिसिपल कोरोपोरशन में लगा हुआ है वो उनको बता देता है की कंप्लेंट किसने करि है फिर यह लोग उसको मारते और धमकाते है इस एरिया में रहना बहुत मुश्किल हो गया है और न ही यह लोग कॉलोनी में गेट लगवाने देते है अपने मकान तो इन्होने किराये पर दे रखे है औरगाये सब हमारी गलियों में छोड़ देते है जब दूध निकलना होता है तब ले जाते है अगर कोई गाये को अपने घर के आगे से हटाए तो उसे गाली गलोच करते है और मारते है इन लोगो को वजह से गली को बच्चे भी बाहर नहीं निकलते क्यों की सारी गली में गोबर और गाये होती है

First and foremost i want to appreciate your tremendous work that you and your team is doing for our society.

Apart from that i wanna highlights my problem regarding park that is located in our society people call it kali park (

Vikas marg, swasthya vihar) near bharti public school swasthya vihar, since past 6 month park condition is very poor there is no light in park, stray dogs are often there due to which many incident also took place.
Therefore lights are also not working.

Therefore cleanliness is aslo not done as per honourable narendra modi sir cleanliness abhiyan.

Most of the people are complaining about these problems

सर मै आप को सूचित करना चाहता हु की वार्ड नं २६१े के न्यू सभा पुर गुजरान नियर म स डी स्कूल करावल नगर मे लोगो ने आवेद कब्ज़ा किया हुआ है चल्ली बल्ली द्वारा जो म स डी स्कूल की दीवार से सटी हुई है जिश की फ़ोटो मैं भेज रहा हु जिस से दीवार गिरने का खतरा है वही पैर यमुना पावर लाइट वालो का पोल् भी है उसके तार बल्ली और बांस दुआरा? हिलता है जिस के कारन से पोल पर स्पार्किंग होती है जिस से आग लगने का खतरा है ये यहाँ के स्कूली बच्चों और आस पास के लोगो के लिए खतरनाक है मैंने इस की सुचना अपने निगम पार्सद जी के ऑफिस मै दी तभी उन्होंने ये सुचना एरिया इंस्पेक्टर जिस का नाम विनोद है को दी वो वह गया और चाय पानी लेकर चला गया कई बार ऐसा ही हुआ है मै आप से अनुरोध करना चाहता हु की िश से पहले कोई बड़ी दुर्घटना हो उससे पहले इस विषय पर और उस रिश्वत खोर अफसर दोनों के खिलाफ जल्दी से जल्दी कार्यवाही हो धन्यवाद

My complain is about the garbage that was getting accumulated near the sides of the street and the sweepers are not ready to clean it some o[censored]s had asked them to clean it rather they are giving excuses or delaying it by saying that "kal karenge". So my request is that pls do it as soon as possible it is spreading diseases for the nearby residents.

Lights on three poles opposite vandana apartments, near avb public school, i p extension are not working. These lights are not working since last several months and causing lot of inconvenience to local residents and giving invitation for road accidents and many antisocial and criminal elements are hiding in nearby areas. So problem should be solved immediately to avoid any untoward incident.

The referred site has not generated tax receipts for house tax paid during 2018-19 through online payments system, may be due to some problem in its web page. The phone numbers given for follow up are either non existing or non responsive. The mail id's given are dumping back the mails sent. The online complaints booked are not resolved even after months. This is the way edmc house tax portal is working.

The above approach adopted by govt/municipal agencies is forcing people at large to stay away from making digital /online transactions and shift to earlier process which goes against pm's efforts to give boost to digital transactions.

The efforts should be made by above agencies to keep their sites updated and immediate resolution of problems faced by public.

I want aware the problem of our street No-19, jagat puri, Delhi -51 that there is lots of hole in the road due to this water are filled and mosquito are breeding as well as sweeper are not coming daily to clean the road, so, its my humble request to you, plz look into this matter seriously to prevent the spreding of diseses.

Dear sir / madam,

I a resident of east delhi, krishan nagar 110051 writing to you after much struggle of garbage, garbage disposal and unauthorised wiring on the poles. Facing extreme challenges with garbage, there's no one to actually bring trolley or cars to pickup the garbage that gets accumulated around and on the streets. There is sweeper that comes every morning but leaves the garbage accumulated on corners and then during the day it again spreads on the roads or dogs display it around. Please please help us.. Krishan nagar is such an ignored location for mcd ans i fail to understand why is that the behaviour and why such negligence. Also on the poles there are unauthorised wires hanging loose and risky... I urge you, request you to please help us with this situation.
The locality is in a sorry condition, we as citizens are requesting for nothing much but bare minimum necessity of clean roads and garbage disposal.

I hope i get to hear from you soon with action.

Overflowing drains in krishan nagar b block near raghunath mandir, request you please provide a solution to it as diseases like malaria and dengue are at very high rate here in this area.
I really dont know what authorities are waiting for.

The water is still in the drains is it blocked or whatever i dont know but water is not flowing.

Humme kai baar inko naali kholne ke liye bhi bola hain par wo na hi naali khol rhe hain aur na hi ye maan rahe hain ke unhone aisa kiya hain. Hum bahut dino se ye samshya ka samna kar rahe hain. Baarish ke wajah se dengue, malaria aur chickenguniya ke bukhar ka prakop jaari hain. Muhalle ko logon ne unko naali ka pani kholne ko kahan par wo na hi nali khol rahe hain aur naa hi ye maan rahe hain ki unhone aisa kuch kiya hain. Humare mohalle mein dengue, malaria aur chicken guniya failne ka pura prakop hain.

This is to inform you that in front of titiksha modern public school f-401, main pushta rd, block c, west karawal nagar, karawal nagar, delhi, 110094 there are to much stale garbage. No any person drop our child in school by way of main gate. There are high stale garbage in the main gate of school. So that all parents, teachers, students are very disturb of this way.
