They charged me Rs. 20/- for parking my 2 wheeler which is free as per Govt notification on charging parking fee by multiplex screens.

Hi Team,

I live in Estella, flat 410, Whitefields Kondapur, 500084 . Its been 6 months I have moved to the flat . My Immediate front building is HSBC and the issue is they start their OLD generator on odd hours, sometimes late night and early morning and the generator is defective which makes noise like a aeroplane.

The entire sleep gets disturbed, specially someone with disease and old age its a problem to rest. Yesterday they keep the generator on for 13 hours and I had to call Police to sort this.

In this residential area they should be really careful in doing things as per their wish and multimillion dollar company can't repair the defective old age generator and make it noise resistant, even our small society has done it.

I am a troubled family member and we have around 15 more neighbours affected, Please warn them else we will file a police complaint of harassment against HSBC.

I am a resident of Plot#569, Sri Ram nagar colony, Puppalguda, Manikonda opposite Prathibha High School, Hyderabad - 500089. There is a tree infront of the house which has branches which are leaning on the electric cables. Request to trim the branches so that the trees do not cause a massive short circuit in the transformer.

Hi,

I live in Telecom Nagar, Gachibowli. The pubs in this area play loud music till 1 am. The kids in the house are not able to fall asleep. Can you kindly make them reduce the volume post 10 pm. Or ask them to do it indoors.

We can't live in peace or sleep without being distrubed by the live music.

Can you kindly help in fixing this issue.

We resides near ramanthapur tv studio, there is no waste collection bin here, we should wait for somebody to collect at home but they will come 4-5 times per month, this process to collect waste from home is not proper, they demanding more money to collect regularly, if we had waste collection bin .so, they can clear waste collection bin daily.

Tea Time is intended to serve the Tea but the Tea is very nasty and tasteless. After taking this Tea from here. I had through ups and uneasy in my stomach. The workers were very ugly in the kitchen not making themselves hygiene. Serving the tea and other items like biscuits and samosas without hand gloves. Talking very irresponsible way. Kindly take the action immediately.

Iam a resident of Gori nagar road number 1, old bowenpally. Since over a 2 months of period garbage van is not coming to our place to collect the garbage to our place. There is also no garbage bin near to our place so now it has turned into a huge problem as the garbage is being collected at houses day by day and no place to dumb the garbage, kindly look into this and take a right action about this.

We live in Kakatiya Nagar Neredmet Cross roads. We arr facing issues with stray dogs. Yesterday a dog has injured my 7yr old son very badly. He got two stiches on his right hand. Around 20stray dogs are living in on Street. I need this to be taken as a serious complaint to evacuate these dogs from our colony. Please do the needful as early as possible.

We have been in trouble by the increase in the number of street dogs. They are wild and chasing the people. Please send a dog van to catch them. I hope you understand the situation.

Blocking the road with parking multiple vehicles on both sides of small 20ft road. Creating inconvenience for colony members to get in or out and even for GHMC vehicles to enter the street.

Since HMWSSB has taken drainage overflow some time back from GHMC . online complaint raised. Token 1569.

My house drainage flows into a chamber outside the house and compound wall. Which is full of mud and other things. Water is overflowing . Given a complaint to HMWSSB - after 10 days visited and demanding too much amount since HMWSSB has given to outsourcing. 18" X 18" X 18" chamber to clean He(Murali Mobile : [protected] ) is demanding what ever i paid last time, this time also 600. Last time i paid 550 for unblocking the pipes using rods manually which was done inside of my house. But small chamber to clean that much. When GHMC was doing this total colony we paid Rs 800. Now this guys are demanding too much. I have given complaint in Twitter. Token 1569 . They closed without rectifying. What is the use of having Grievance.

Kindly do the needful.

We are from VST colony Nacharam, please ask the garbage collection people to come and collect the garbage everyday, they are coming once in 3 days .. firstly there are lots of mosquitos in this area and due to garbage not being cleaned everyday the mosquitos are increasing and it also smells very bad..we have small children at home so kindly request you to send the garbage people everyday.. we are alreay paying them not sure if they want us to increase the pay..
