Address: 504, Skyline Viha, Kirol Village, Vidyavihar West, Ghatkopar area, Mumbai, Mumbai City, Maharashtra

Flat 504, Sou. Kandalgaonkar has 2 stray cats which are kept outside the house. these cats kill and eat pigeons who we consider Gods in our religion. These cats pee and poo outside everyone's apartments. They attacked my 5 year old kid and scratched him. Sou. kandalgaonkar also harbors more than 15 cats in the society. It is very important that these cats are taken away as they are harming people and their property.

Address: Daswani CHS, St Louis Convent Avenue, Four Bungalows Andheri West

This is to inform you that due to 2 - 3 particular resident feeding stray cats many stray cats have made their home in our society. The number of cats are increasing each passing day. Due to this even residents of nearby society are leaving stray cats / dogs in our society and feeding them in our society. Due not only dirties our society and has become more of an stray cats / dogs home.

Hence we need your help in taking away stray cats / dogs from our society premises, address as follows: Daswani CHS, St Louis Convent Avenue, Four Bungalows, Andheri West, Mumbai
    400053.
These cats are not only a nuisance to senior citizens as well as children as they enter the society upto the terrace floor and litter the building wings, cat faeces everywhere making the society smelly, dirty, unhygienic, upturn dustbins near residents doors which is absolutely unhealthy for us but also a danger to small kids / senior citizens as they scratch people walking into the building. The society members have given up on this issue.

Request you to please take quick action at the earliest.

Hoping for the best from BMC

            Sir,

Its been almost a month that this complaint for shortage of water supply is logged on your BMC complaint portal and still lying unattended at level 1.

We are facing water issues since last 10 months, on numerous occasions I have personally chased your water works team in R central ward and consistently they have been showing blind eye in our matter.

Ours is a 2015 redeveloped society nearby to your R central ward, regularly till about last year May 2023 we used to get 16 units of water, which was sufficient to our 45 families residing in premises since 1960's.

Its been 11 months that we are chasing your RC water works team to get the issue resolved. On numerous occasions they came checked everything and as per them everything seems ok. We are receiving only 9, 10, 11 units which is insufficient, when we chase them the units increase to 13, 14 which means there is no issue.

Taking into consideration your 5% water cut imposed across mumbai, still we should receive anything above 14 to 15 units, which is not happening.

Tired of chasing your team daily, its not affordable to go late to office everyday for this reason.

Hope🙏 you understand our concern and look into this matter and get appropriate resolution at the earliest.

              Dear BMC Animal Welfare Department,

I am writing to report a serious issue concerning a pack of aggressive stray dogs on Thakur Village Road in Mumbai. This pack, consisting of three dogs, poses a significant safety threat to residents, particularly those who enjoy morning walks in the area.

These dogs exhibit highly aggressive behavior, including loud barking, chasing, and even growling and snapping at walkers. I personally witnessed this alarming behavior this morning (today's date), as the pack chased me, causing me immense fear and anxiety. Fortunately, I managed to escape unharmed, but many others, especially children and older adults, may not be.

This incident highlights the urgent need for intervention from the BMC. The presence of such aggressive dogs significantly impacts the quality of life for residents and jeopardizes their safety. Therefore, I request immediate action to address this issue.

              https://www.google.com/maps/dir/?api=1&origin=Shop+No+7, +Viceroy+Savana, +120+Feet+Rd, +Kandivali, +Dattani+Park, +Thakur+Village, +Kandivali+East, +Mumbai, +Maharashtra+400101, +India&origin_place_id=ChIJN9MSEuy35zsR91DtlTZ0pOY&destination=Row+House+No+7, +Gokul+Concorde, +Kandivali, +Dattani+Park, +Thakur+Village, +Kandivali+East, +Mumbai, +Maharashtra+400101, +India&destination_place_id=ChIJoUqSLTG35zsR7aSMDDo4CvQ&travelmode=walking

Specifically, I urge the BMC to consider the following:

              * **Send an animal control team to Thakur Village Road to locate and assess the pack.** This will allow for a proper understanding of the situation and determine the best course of action.
              * **Capture and relocate the dogs to a shelter or rescue facility.** This would ensure the safety of both residents and the dogs themselves, who may potentially be suffering from neglect or illness.
              * **Implement sterilization programs to manage the stray dog population and prevent future incidents.** This will help control the overall population and reduce the likelihood of aggressive behavior.

I hope you will take this matter seriously and take swift action to resolve it. I am available to provide any further information that may be helpful in addressing this issue. Thank you for your time and attention to this urgent concern.

There are multiple dogs available in our society such as Street Dogs. Some people from society feed them hence, they love to stay in our society.
Now the actual problem is that they run behind the bikers which has caused accidents in our area. They have already bitten almost 5-6 people in our society in the last 3 months.

I would request you to please come and take away all the dogs available in our whole area (LIC Colony, Shanti Ashram, Borivali West, Mumbai - 400 103.

                              Hello,

We really require 3 speed breaker at Kurar Village main Road from Highway Subway till Jain Mandir Road. The whole day Rickshaw, tempo, even two wheelers drive recklessly . Specially early morning, when small kids go to school, it is very dangerous.
We need speed breaker at following place.
                              1. Sai Baba Temple, 2nd one at Holy spirit school and 3rd at the Jain Mandir .

My mother became the victim of Hit & Run last October 2022 and she had a hip ball replacement surgery.
