12 years vehicles should be considered as scrap many unused vehicles are lying since years which is harmful to the environment goverment should implement a law that vehicle should be bought only if a buyer has a valid parking inside his compound with a noc from society
Do not sell a vehicle unless there is a valid parking space for the same
Also vehicle should be washed every week at least once
Also if societies have empty space with no vehicles can be open to the parking for public at minimum pay n park charges
Pay n park is too steep at many places

This is regarding preschool and daycare named "the growing kids" andheri west. It is run at a parking space underground of a commercial building "crescent towers" andheri west since two years.

Apart from being in an underground space, its air conditioners are generally switched off in day time to save electricity and there is no fire escape except one tiny entrance door.
Toilets are mostly temporary and kids are sent to nearby chawls toilet or toilets made for security guards of the building.
School mgt. Have made a artificial lawn area to show in picture which is inside the premises and kids dont have access to any natural light or air.
Also, the excessive commercial use is happening of the place, for example, often tv crew or film crew consisting of major men are sent in the place to film the kids and use of films and tv audio video for commercial use or even sometimes to promote some small scale movie, thus causing inconvenience to kids by many crew and camera and various equipments being used in the kids classroom. The place is also used as an media office by the owner and multiple men have access to the premises which actually should be restricted as it is daycare for the kids.

I dont know how it can have a license to run a school and daycare in such premises which is completely against school norms which mandate each school to have open area and sunlight at around 25% or so. Please look into the matter, as lot of parents are sending kids under the glamour and publicity by the management and ignoring the safety of the premises.in the monsoon, its flooded with water, as well as the entire main road at which it is situated and kids are forced to walk through that dirty sewage road water to reach to school.

Also, they have an operative kitchen there which is again detrimental and illegal to cook in parking lot.

My kid was a student there and i personally witnessed the above facts and my kid was choked many times due to suffocation. So i pulled him out from the centre. But i am putting complain in general interest.

I dont want any refund or repair as issue is not financial but of health issues of the kids going there. Existing parents are helpless as they are working parents and have not many options as there are few day care centres in the area, but certainly the construction of the school itself is illegal on such a premise.

Please look into this matter whether statutory and health wise compliance are being followed or not and to discourage such people from encashing of parents helpless situations and make kids the revenue source for their business venture. They run excessive classes with not sufficient educated teachers and staff who are present full time. It is a highly sensitive matter for the kids safety.

BMC authority,

we are staying in shahunagar are mahim east, recently we find 10-12 beggars sitting every day on shahunagar over railways bridge. this beggars are sitting in middle of bridge and begging. all beggars are drunker and some woman's also sitting with all small children's with 1-2 years old.

we have so many ask railways police but they said this bridge under bmc authority hence we cant do anything.br...

This is to inform you that myself suhas s. More. Reside at plot no 77 room no 22 gorai 1 borivali west in mhada and its corner room and society has build an unauthorised office next to my house by putting some shades and have kept some of their assets and now they are willing to build a proper office on the same place. Mhada officers had visited once to our place for inspection and they had already informed them that the place which is left besides my house is not authorised for building any constrution despite of that they have forcibly build it. And there is a slum area next to the wall which is also become a problem some drunkards had tried climbing the office's shades and had tried entering my balcony last night. And this doesn't end here just because we are not allowing the society to build the proper cement constructed office so they are not providing us our maintenance receipt since last 2 yrs even after paying the maintenance and have cleared all mhada dues. They have kept the condition that allow us to build the office and then only we will give you the maintenance receipt of your name. I have done complaint to mhada office and bmc office several times several times in written and also by going personally but there is no reply from there. So it's a request to you please look into this, it is become a major problem for us. Please do the needful at the earliest.

There is a house wherein my mother used to stay with me and my father maruti ghare.in the year 1980. After my father was murdered from my auncle chester dcunha. We started staying at my granny place for sum days. My mum allowed my auncle to stay in the house has he was homeless... Afer sumdays he disappered some where my mum sister started staying. When she left the house she gave my key back to me. Then my sister stayed in the same house for 4years.. After that the house was so old the wall was about to fall. So i jst platered and thaugh to repair it after some months has we are in financial problem. Looking at that my cousin brother saw us not repairing our house. He suddenly broke his wall and made a toilet on our wall sticked to our door. Pls sir/madam i request you to take a legal acatin against this..

I stay in poonam nagar and i see various instances of dry leaves and plastic wastes burning in and around the area. Hemant karkare park is a great example and the park behind ongc residential flats. How this can be stopped. Burning wastes adds to air pollution and mumbai has seen the worst air quality in last 3 months. Please direct this to right department so it can be resolved.

He dept has been digging road since 10 days near mhada telephone exchange which is not a problem but due to this work lot of traffic is occuring all 4 sides
Which is really a waste of time and waste of petrol too they should hire some men controlling traffic from all sides
If this is the kind of situation in whole mumbai then how do we save petrol
Even metro work has created lot of traffic
Better get rid of the footpaths where unwanted people lie down then the traffic problem will be lessened if there are no footpaths anywhere
Footpaths are necessary only near schools and hospitals

I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of sonia apartment and near madina masjid as a whole. Sir there are numerous street dogs in this vicinity. They bark even on permanent residents of this area. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and come closer to bite, several person have faced the same problem especially small children & senior citizens. I personally had succumed to an injury in my leg as i moved a step back when one such such dog was trying to jump on to me. While i moved a step backwards, there was a stone kept there as a result of which i slipped and the ankle of one of my legs twisted. Especially at night these dogs just come running behind you in a group and are almost about to bite.

So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

This is in regards with numerous stray dogs barking entire night. Every night. I'm currently staying in kharghar sector 10. It has become a nuisance as they start barking several times in the night. Kindly rectify this issue and take this matter very seriously. We have to shut the windows to avoid. But still can hear them barking. It's a pain. Kindly look into this matter very seriously.

We stay in Andheri west, J. P Road, Bindra Nivas. The entrance lane is next to hotel Raj Palace which is next to Swadesh hotel. There are many stray dogs but one in particular which has bit my father on his palm just today morning. He is 84 years of age and the problem we are going through for this is immense. This dog has in the past bitten another resident of the building as well as a plumber. One Sanjay from a Ganesh Nagar chawl besides gives him food and takes care of him. You are requested to act upon this incident on priority considering that the dog has a history of such incidents and everyone in the lane is scared of the dog. Kindly capture the dog and put him in an animal shelter on priority and if the animal lovers love such a dog so much than they can rare him in their house with their children and parents kindly help them do the needful.

I have complaint previously as well, every time after a particular period this issue erupts again and again. Every day i travel from cst to f road, marine drive as i work in the school.

Every morning there are crisis of taxi. The taxi will refuse to go, how can in the early morning at 8 am people will go to long distance only. Every one have to reach office after facing the train delays. These taxi fellows will take advantage, then why they have been given licenses. For eg: mh01 am. 8942.
They are meant for public service and in the need they show wrong attitude.

Secondly, the rag picking vehicle in the f road always stands in the middle of the road and create traffic.in morning, every one have to reach on time to office, colleges and schools. They should be trained on how to collect garbage without wasting others time, if they are not educated on the matter how they will change. They are creating nuisance and throw tantrums if people tell them to move aside. Whom should we complain when our salary gets deducted due to these misconduct and also we all are tax payer?

Street dog complain

I would like to bring your notice on the problem being faced by residents of saraswati chowk siddharth path mulund colony mulund west behind munciple school mumbai - 400082. Sir there are numerous street dogs in this vicinity i. E saraswati chowk lamiki nagar and also at sainath general store they bark even on permanent residents of this area. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and come closer to bite. Last to last week the two dog litrally bite me at night around 11.30 to 11.45 i gt injection from munciplaty near jaibharat collegeand especially at night these dogs just come running behind you in a group and are almost about to bite. Now a days the poppulation of dog is higher in our area last week one dog is birth 7 puppys and onother area one dog is birth 5 puppys.

So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send dog catcher team immediately in this area to collect the dog so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

This is to inform you sir that mr. Alifgul one of the residence in our area veera desai road shyam nagar has been constructing illegal house without any concern. When said to stop the work he threatened us with our lifes requesting you to take actions against such. We request you look forword on our complain as to yoyr earliest possible. This shop is located opp to titan showroom, opp andheri west bus depot, next to akash vada pav, andheri west, mumbai-400058. This shop is mobile accessories shop and is having handicap license but the person who have taken on rent is not handicap as per laws the person who is running the shop should be handicap. So this is against the laws of hawkers and shop. So a strict action should be taken against the person who is running the shop and also against the shop owner who had given the shop on what basis as he is having handcap license so how should he give the shop to other person.

Continuously i am breathing smoke in aarey road goregaon eat area as waste is burnt on regular basis and that smoke is lasting for full night and at day times. Specifically near anupam stationery and heritage hotel patch. Unable to breathe. Headache cough, at night they burn but i am unable to identify. Please help. As surviving there is more than difficult.

We have approx 30 stray dogs in our society... Which is a menace... None o[censored] act on it... It is harming children and senior citizens specially... What use is the government if it cannot control these issues.

If we care so much... Y don't u put them in dog homes... If you love them y don't u adopt them and give dogs a home... What is manaka gandhi doing.. Only shouting care for animals... What has she done for them... We still have stray dogs... Where are homes for them.

The road conditions in tardeo are literally the worst. From the stretch of sobo central mall towards nana chowk i can bet the road conditions are amongst the worst in the city. No action is being taken and it gets spoilt after repairing always. I am 21 years old and have a severe back problem due to these road conditions. There are many life taking deep pot holes plz repair or someone might meet with a fatal accident soon.
