Respected sir,
Myself suresh. I am living at recherlapeta in dhanarasi rangarao street, kakinada. Here we are facing lot of issues because of increase of street pigs in our street & surroundings, which makes colony very dirty therefore there is a possibility of disease like flue etc is also increasing.
Pigs are making # on the roads and making the road smelly and in rain. The wastage are not even taken by the municipality people
So i am approaching u.
Please solve problems of our street.
Please take some immediate action on the same.
I hope you will take strict action againts pigs.

NFCL road. It is a 3 path road and they should have laid the road one after the other in a systematic way in the non peak hours, yet they are doing it in the peak hours and 2 ways are blocked at once and only one way is accessible and it is used for unloading truck. How do we travel ? I was stuck for 1 hour over there and facing trouble each day to travel. Where do we park our vehicles ?

I wonder how dumb and irresponsible toward the public they can be. This show utter negligence.

I need a prompt action now. Immediate fix for the problem.

We are living in the venkat nagar locality. We have been facing some problems with the street dogs. There are atleast 6 to 7 dogs roaming in our street. Some people were bitten by these dogs. We kindly request you to take action regarding this issue and note this as a prior complaint.

Dear sir,
The drainage in our colony is overflowing and blocked. It has been blocked by the construction work in the building on the opposite side. I kindly request you to take immidiate action and do the needfull. It is causing lot of inconvenience.
I am attaching the photoes.
Looking forward for a prompt response. I am afraid as the monsoon is expected soon, it will overflow in the whole street and cause problem to all if not cleared at the earliest.

We are from vakalapudi... In our area sanitation worker name "Lova raju". He is coming and going without whistle properly...We are telling him so many time... whisle loud and wait for few minutes. But he is not today also repeat the same thing. Je is chatting with some one and going without collecting dust. We called him come and collect dust we are waiting for you. As a reply he gave us very rudely reply..."I am waiting in front of your...

Our big drain is on height our street drain is on down that's why we stop our drain water and pour that water on empty places everyday. That's why we cause of many diseases the big drain is constructed on feburary we pour water upto 5 months we complaint to munispality they take the action but this is the 4th week of work still 50% of work will remain, they work for 1 day and 2 days of rest

Sir, i'm a citizen living in kakinada, valasapakala near kakinada public school. I've been observing that several dogs and pigs are wandering around this particular area and creating problems to the citizens around here. Yesterday[protected] a pig died in front of my house and now it is decomposing and releasing bad smell. We are facing several problems with lack of animal control. Please find a way to remove the died animals.

Dear Sir/Madam, This is the second time again I am again complaining regarding the over flow of the drainage. It is only our house who are facing this problem. I can't understand why this is not seen by the municipal authorities. Today one tractor came and pumping all the drainage by the side our house in open land. Does the Municipal Authority appreciate for this type of stupid thing for making KAKINADA A Smart City...Is this the solution for get rid of the overflow of the drainage.

This is a residential street where families live. Sometime back municipality’s cleaners came and dumped trash on the street in front of our house. They said that they will take it the next day. They never came back. Now people started using it like a dumping place

Now the street looks very bad with dogs, pigs and buffalos. This is a serious concern and spread diseases etc.

Request you to get this cleaned up immediately

Sir we are the people of kakinada kamaladevi street gandhi nagar. Sir in my area drainage construction was too slow process and they not even completed the work till. There is no possibility to get down the vehicles from the houses or appartements. If we want to make them to get our vehicles down due to. Emergency we need to ask jcb vehicle by paying amount. This was happened from the past one and half month. Please take it as serious issue and solve it as early. As possible.

Dear sir, we are residents of d. No.3-16-186, road no 10, sri vidya colony, gudari gunta, kakinada. Our drainage is over flowing since 15 days and no one rectifying the problem. The municipal cleaners are coming and cleaning the floating material only, but the water is over flowing continuously and we are unable go in and out. Due to this the beside hotel customers are facing lot of trouble and it's a great loss for the past 15days. Even though we had paid all the type of taxes there is no concern to the municipal authorities. Please kindly let a machine come and clean the drainage by taking out the sand from deep drain and remove the waste at the earliest. A photo is seeing attached here with to notice this. The same photo will be given to the news paper also for awareness to the surrounding neighbours...

The drainage in my street is not flowing and might be blocked some where. The water is being kicked back into the house, internal drainages are overflowing and smelling badly.
Many time i informed to the local municipality person, but no action taken and they are feeling responsible for better community.

Request to take immediate action, as this is increasing over flow levels and also mosquitoes near it.

Mana illu mathrame neat ga unte saripodhu chuttupakkala parisaralu kuda neat ga unchukovali ani telusukokapovatam agnanam.

There is no peace and tranquility in seshasai street. Loading and unloading takes place throughout the day in middle of residential buildings and goes on upto night 9.30.
They occupy the roads, and the heavy noise of loading and unloading, goes on through out the day till night.
Residents of the street are helpless.
Please ban the heavy vehicle traffic in this road and owners make alternative arrangements,

Dear sir, we are having municipal drinking water connection at D.NO: 8-24-4/1, Subbarao Street, Gandhinagar, Kakinada - 4 and we are receiving promptly water charges demans and we are paying regularly. But unfortunately we are not getting water from this connection since 6 years. We made complaints for the same with municipal authorities for rectification & supply of drinking water. Till now no response and our complaints are neglected or ignored. We strongly expressing our agony and if you are not going to rectify within 7 days from this date of complaint, we are forced to look in to alternate measures as per law.

Dear sir,

We have received water tax demand notice no. 73, dated[protected], against assessment no. 1/89.

Our apartment no. Is 1-7-1 ("ajjarapu heights"), located in revenue ward no. 1, sriram nagar (Opposite riramnagar post office, near bhanu gudi junction).

We want to pay the tax online, but we do not know the hsc no. For this. What is our hsc no., please?

There are lots of road dogs creating disturbance during nights and biting the people & small baby. Lots of people suffered. Please take suitable action immediately, as we the residencies are facing terror to reach to our home especially during the night times.
Dog's are shouting night time, people are not able to sleep.
Please solve the issue as soon as possible

Water consumption billing problems

What are the reasons for:
1. Not taking the water meter readings and simply charging as excess consumption.
2. What basis does the water bill amount is arrived and levied as access consumption without meter readings.
3. If meter doesn't work whose duty it is to replace?.
4. How long does the department takes time to see the meter is changed?.
5. Can the department charge years together the water charges, when the consumer visits to pay on the basis of excess consumption, without metere reading?.
6. If the water meter is not accessible to take reading or meter is nonfunctioning or defective or malfunctioning what measures are followed?.
7. Does the consumer needs to run to get the bill and pay?. Even if the amount is arrived without taking meter readings?.

Good morning!!!
We are staying near godari guntta sbi, jayendra nagar. On due follow ups drainage is upgraded in our area.
Thanks for the initiation / sanctioning the drainage and work is in progress. We are very happy to be a part of kakinada municipality in developing smart city.
The old drainage is upgraded with concrete structure in front of our apartments, but we noticed all the apartments & houses constructed opposite to our road, their drainages are routed through pipe line and are connected to our side of the drainage by cutting the road due to which load of sewage had increased in our side drainage system.
As we are employees, (Morning we go & late evening comes home) after going to duty opposite apartment tenants connected the line to the drainage system.
Please let us know about following points to have a healthy atmosphere:
- is there any govt. Order to cut the road and lay drainage pipe lines, who has given written permission for the same on what basis?

- is there any clause to construct drainage only side of the road?

- why only one side of the road persons to be effected with more mosquitos / smell etc?
