I abhilash es, had registered a complaint on 19 july 2020 regarding failure of transaction to aiims through qr code scanning.in response, i got an email from consumer complaint about refund and compensation on 28 july 2020 (Email id: [protected]@accountant.com). I called the help line number ([protected]) which was in the mail, after that i paid rs1500 through google pay using rzpy. [protected]@hdfcbank id on 30 july 2020. On the same day i got another mail, which states that the refund scratch card rs 5500 was updated. To get the money do scan the qr code, after scanning i lost rs5500. It happens on 31 july 2020. On 31 july i received another mail of refunding the total amount rs1000 including compensation. They said to get the amount, please give a positive response of accepting the paytm message. After completing those tasks i lost rs5500 on 5 august 2020. So totally i lost rs12500. I request to kindly help me to retrieve my money back. I have attached the mails for your perusal.
