Sir,
Street light out of dr. Sanjai rastogi residence7/141 swaroop nagar b. N. Khanna marg near ratan mri center kanpur is not working since few days, darkness may cause criminal activities, accidents. There are several street dogs also in this street who may bite any person going through road.

We have also tried and complaint over phone but no action yet taken.

Your immediate action required and shall be highly appreciated in this regards.

Sir no street light is working near house no 4/484 to 4/ 509 Ambedkarpuram awasvikas no 3 near sankar hardware gayatri palace road various several time complaints have been registered ward no - 21 kanpur. it is darkness start from half of the evening and till the morning so it is the cause of danger for civil people from theifeves and several accidents took place so please mark it as priority ..

I sub maj satya narayan (Retd) army personnal residance of plot no. 750, savitri nagar, mangla vihar 2 near shalu medical store tiranga chauraha, ramadevi. I would like to inform you that wastage carry vehicle not working religiously. Wastage carry vehical only come door to door service 10 to 15 days in a month. All the personal of this location are facing very hard problem due to non running of vehical in daily basis. I have already approach personally to vehical driver on 30 july 2019 to why you are not giving daily service. He has replied that if you are not satisfied my service then you do not use this vehical. On the same day he come to our home and tell to my wife that supervisor says you will not dispose your wastage massage material in our vehical. May i request you to please take appropriate action against supervisor and their staff to harassment of public. If any enquiry regarding non carrying of waste material by nagar nigam staff, you can make surprise check.
An favourable action on the subject will be highly appreciated.

I am writing this complaint from 2b o block, near pratap hotel, yashoda nagar, kanpur. Everyday the craziness of street or stray dogs are increasing in my street and have bitten some people and i believe its your job to make sure the population of dogs and other strays stays controlled and castrate the potent animals, i request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible otherwise the next dog attack news will be from my street.

I am a resident of kalyanpur mirzapur near laxmi hospital and i have a serious complain regarding my neighbour who constantly fighting with us. They have 4 to 5 cows who they binder on a road in front of their house which causes problems to other in daily commuting with their vehicles as cows are always on road. Also it cause dirt and flies and mosquito in neighbour hood which causes serious health related problems please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I am the citizen of b block panki kanpur, want to draw your attention towards the household garbage not been picked up by the ragpickers from nagar nigam kanpur.
Also they are not regular to their work and not sincere towards their duties due to which we have to suffer from the foul smell of the garbage.
We can't throw the household garbage on the roads as we are the concerned citizens of our nation.
So, i request you to please take strict actions towards this problem as soon as possible.

Hi sir
I am writing this bcz from many days in my street there are many dogs who are creating a lot of problem they suddenly start barking and are bitten many people who are passing by so pls its a humble request pls send a dog catcher and remove all the street dogs in my street.
And the second thing is in front of my house there is a lot of garbage because of which many mosquitoes are there and are spreading many diseases. I hope you will listen to me and will solve my problems as soon as possible.

Dear sir,

I stay in rasoolabad area of jajmau near ram rai sarai.

Here in my locality there are lots of stray dogs which roam freely and enter any house or bite anyone.

Please kindly look into this matter very seriously as there are small kids who play on the roads and the dogs might attack them anytime. Please kindly catch them as soon as possible.

How one can edit the submitted complaint if something goes wrong, its gets submitted directly while writing of the complaint or the typo mistakes in the complaint message, as I don't see an option to edit or keeping it as a Draft until finalizing the complaint and make it publish?

I have only this much query to make for now I don't have much information to fulfil short description message here. Kindly accept what I have tried to mention and address with the solution.

For the past decade, neither sewer and drainage pipes along the roads nor the roads itself have been maintained. The sewer pipes along the road are full of silt and because of that every now and then there is water logging. Since sewer pipes are full of silt, water logging takes place throughout the year and not only during monsoons. As such water logging leads to mosquitoes breeding leading to various kind of diseases.
Since, road maintenance has also not taken place there have been many accidents.
We have tried to clean the silt of sewer and drainage pipes ourselves every year but is of no help, since silt has settled along the full stretch of road and just cleaning the sewer pipe in-front of one house will not help.
Talking about roads, they are full of potholes, settlement. Everyday kids and people tend to fall down because o[censored]neven roads, leading to life threatening injuries. Kindly, see into the matter as soon as possible.

You should consider immediately deleting false allegations re: carla hardnett. This complaint fraud, fake news and malicious. Obviously the person is using a alias. S/he is likely a jealous hateful person that has a hard on for carla. Ms. Hardnett has made many valuable contributions in public health for several decades. She has hired, mentored and successfully trained a lot of people and provided leadership across the us and in international assignments.

If this was a legitimate concern or complaint this person would've or should have gone thru the proper channels to submit a complaint. Again i would highly recommend you delete the above complaint and this one too and focus on more relevant content.

I live in shyam nagar. The road condition of shyam nagar is very bad. Its very difficult for people to move out of home and drive any vehicle on this road. All the water pipe line is filled with rain water. All the road of shyam nagar street is also in a very poor condition. Kindly pay attention on on improving the condition of road of shyam nagar i. E., from cod to shyam nagar chauraha

In maharishi dayanand vihar, we are suffering with water logging, my house is located at a distance of 200 mtr from house of current respected president mr. Kovind in dayanand vihar still condition of road is not at all in satisfactory condition. After each and every rain there is a huge water logging on road as all drains in that row are closed by the residents and government has not taken any action on that. Due to which now we all have to suffer with water logging and this could cause severe disease in future.

So expecting quick help from your side in rectifying this issue and opening drains and also to plan for repair of road.

I want to draw your kind attention towards waterlogging problem in my area from 20 days... As the rainy season approaches, the pits are filled up with drain water. It becomes a great difficulty to reach our destination.. Roads are filled with water. No space to go out from the home.. Vehicles can't move on the roads because of lot of water filled in area.. If the rainfall for half an hour the water get filled in road for over 2 hrs.. It causes mosquitoes.
Request you to take prompt action toward this problem..

Sir, i am a student and i live in a hostel at chhapeda chauraha, kakadeo and sir my complain is for the access use of loudspeakers by a marriage lounge named sangam marriage lounge in parties and matrimonial ceremonies till late night after 11pm.
Here in hostel all the students use to live and the main purpose of all is to study and this type of behaviour is so disturbing that we can't even concentrate on studies and it's very irritating also and we all have complain about this to this marriage lounge

My name is piyush lues dan i m from kailash nagar, this is a complain from 276a kailash nagar, jajmau-kanpur.
Garbage tempo is not comming to pick up the garbage from last 5 or 6 days, today i saw a garbage tempo in our back lane (Gully) i ran to stop them and after seeing me that i m running behind them to stop them so they started there tempo quickly and started moving from there after running for 200mtrs i stopped them and asked them that why u guys r not taking garbage so they told me that our supervisor has told to take garbage from only 10 houses, so i asked for there supervisor no so they started shouting at me saying we dont have anyones number.
Its realy bad, if they will not come to pick garbage from our area so because of those guys only we will be forced to throw garbage on main road and thats really bad.
How we gonna keep kanpur clean when u guys r only responsible for not helping us to make it clean.
You guys dont want to live in clean area but we want to live in clean city.
