Following complain relates to non delivery of municipal water.

I have been living in mig 213, kailash vihar kalyanpur, kanpur 208017 since 2005 and have been paying water and sewerage charges regularly till date. However, i have not connected municipal water supply system for use because we constructed a shallow tube well (Sbout 90 ft depth) in the beginning of the possession of the house.

The tube well is failing now very frequently. When i tried to connect the municipal water supply to my house eater water distribution system i observed that ths watsr is not bring delivered to my house.

I request that the the water supply system to my house be checked, reason investigated and the supply must be restored at an earlier time

Dear sir,
I would like to bring to your kind notice that i have problem with the sweeper working in my locality. Every morning when i return to my home from temple,
He stares very badly and gives wrong indications (Like everytime he will start coughing). Which is very clearly understood that he has no problem with his throat but with his senses.
It's my request to kindly look into this matter and take the necessary action if required.

निवेदन है कि पिछले 15 दिन से कूड़ा उठाने वाले नही आ रहें हैं।
इस कारण महोलले के लोगों को परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है तथा लोग अपना कूड़ा बाहर फेंकने पर मजबूर हो रहे है।
इस कारण मोहल्ले में गंदगी फैल रही है।

अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि जल्दी से जल्दी इस परेशानी का समाधान करें।

Dear sir,
We in Ram Gali, Harjinder Nagar 2nd, are facing accute unhygienic conditions due to unauthorized parking of vehicles of mr vimal sharma, who is using the residential area as commercial are parking as many as 4 to 5 vehicles here nd there on the road causing huge damage to public drainage system causing so many swines to hv their paradise conditions . Thus we all r at a risk of an epidemic which would be question mark on nagar nigam health deppt . Also he has just done unauthorized boaring in his house without any prior approval from the competent authorities nd blocked all the drainage system a complete failure ..Pl look into the matter nd take immediate nd necessary action .

This is to inform you that from last 20 days sweeper is not coming in 80 feet road near brahm nagar chauraha. Drainage is choked to garbage as have asked many time to the person who is responsible for this and have not taken any action.
Request you to pls look into the matter and make rhe things neat and tidy as 80 feet road is the poshest area at least swipper should come on regular basis.

Non accounting for property tax paid against my property id no. 6020nsd10734001 of house at 269 navsheel dham, kalyanpur bithoor road kanpur - 208017

I have been regular payer of my property tax as per following details:

*rs. 2096/- asked for payment and made

2. I observe, that i have paid the tax regularly but still i am being asked for payment of arrear. I have paid online property tax amounting to rs. 999/ and rs. 16/- vide reference nos [protected]igadfhgfg7 and [protected]igadfhhcj3 both on date 28/03/2018. I found that payment paid on 28/03/2018 has not been accounted for against my tax dues and as a result i have been charged the arrear of rs. 1202/- copies of the relevant bank account and receipts are being attached for your reference.

3.in view of above, i request for refund of rs. 1328/- charged excess charged from me.

The sewage around my house is filled, or it is chocked which is causing to overflow the sewage water making it spill all around the road which in further makes a horrible scene. Daily thousands of pedestrian are going through that are which is very dirty. This water is also causing many disease and also smells very foul. I request you ti seriously solve this problem.

God knows when you are going to catch cows & street dogs in hoola ganj, kacchhiyana mohal, moti mohal area, though the traffic jam, street accident of innocent mens, womens, childrens are caused vigorously, a hell has been developed in these areas.

Sabse pehle ye samasya shuru hoti h drainage blockage se... Yaha ki naaliya buhot hi kharab condition me hai.. Zara sa kachda zama hota hai to saara pani naaliyo ke bahar se behta hai.. Ye ek achi market hone ke bawzood in situations se joojh rahi h..3 din pehle yaha aage gic ground ke samne water line ke fatne se saara paani naali se ho kr wapas market ki poori road me fail raha hai.. Aapko pata hi hoga ki 3 din pehle hi ramzan shuru huye hai aur market me kaafi muslim bhai mil kar eftaar karte hai... Aur namaz bhi hoti h... Ab is gande paani ki wazah se buhot dikkat ho rahi h... Is gandgi se kaise nijaat milegi aap par hai..!

Sir, i have just seen a clean-up machine on naubasta bamba, which is throwing all the debris out of the drain and throwing it on the public road, all the passers-by have to face a lot of trouble, and this debris lays down like every time for many months and slowly goes into the drains again. So you are requested to clean it up in the presence of a tanker and the debris should be disposed off as soon as possible.

Dear sir/madam,
I, prasoon tiwari a bonafide common man lives in,
A - 678 world bank colony, barra, kanpur. Facing a serious problem of sewage malfunctioning. All the pipe lines are chocked and sewage water has begun to flow from the wall of my house penetrating it and this has created the disastrous atmosphere in my house. My family is facing lot of problem due to that.
We have informed this to local authorities like sabhasad and he is unable to do anything.
Please help us as soon as possible.
This is the second time i'm complaining.

मेरी गली में लगा विद्युत पोल नीचे से जर्जर हो जाने के कारण काफी झुक गया है। पोल कभी भी गिर जाएगा जिससे दुर्घटना की संभावना है एवम् पूरे मुहल्ले की विद्युत आपूर्ति भी बन्द हो जाएगी।
इस संदर्भ में मैंने केसा सर्वोदय नगर में शिकायत की थी किन्तु उनका कहना है कि पोल नगर निगम का है अतः नगर निगम ही पोल बदलेगा।
आपसे अनुरोध है कि पोल की जांच करके शीघ्र बदलवाने की कृपा करें।

I am arvind kumar h. No. F5/9 shivalik building shatabdi nagar panki kanpur-208020. A municipal corporation garbage van was appear on 5 apr 2019 and during dumping of garbage he demanded 50/- per month and i have paid the same and also confirmed the same thing from municipal corporation office and they says that you have to pay the money and will not be liable to get any receipt of that. The van was again visited on 9 apr 2019 and after that no one has come to collect the garbage. It's is pertinent to mention that the in charge of this area arvind yadav has spoken very arrogantly when i asked about the routine of van/garbage collector and not even replied to my question.

On behalf of all residents of twin towers next to gurudev pala e lakhanpur kanpur, would like to inform u lots of mo key attacking the residents everyday. Please do help us by taking proper action. They are attacking kids maids adults and are making difficult for the residents to move out safely out of there houses.

I am writing this to complain about the excessive trash dumping in my area in front of my house.
The corporation has not place any big dustbins here in this area and there is no person who comes to pick up the trash from houses like everywhere else.

Area - opposite vidyut colony, malikpuram

Please pickup the trash and place a big dustbin to put the trash for local people.
Also like everywhere else, start a daily trash pickup service.

This letter is to inform you that some street dogs as disturbing us daily. My address is "15/87 e, copper lane, civil lines, kanpur, uttar pradesh" my phone number is "[protected]", "[protected]" near "yog galaxy complex", "english graveyard"
About 7to8 dogs in the street have been disturbing our daily life routine by bitting people who walk on street or on two wheel vehicles.
Children are unable to even study as they are not going letting children to go to thier tuition as they start barking at children and they bit them.
Even working men are scared to come out of thier home as they are scared of these dogs and one who struggles only that person know as all dogs use to attack a person at same time.
I hope you would take some extremely strict actions against these dogs as soon as possible.

Dear municipal team kanpur,

I am resident of house no 12, nauraiya khera post udyog nagar kanpur-208022 near gupta hotel, kanpur plastic company ke pas.

In that above area no sever line system and drainage are opens every where due to that mosquitos are in huge and these mosquitos are reason for dengue.in coming time this is very dangerous. So do mosquito fogging in two times each and every month. But no one is taking that action from municipal corporation. Kindly do that as soon as possible.

Other wise big diseases will take place.

They people have already constructed a 4 storey building and now installing a cell tower on tits terrace in a dense populated residential area.

Sir, kindly do the needful and take some initiative in order to stop this installation and save we people from the adverse effects of the harmful rays of cell tower.
