Dear sir,

I am a resident of p. Road kanpur-208012 uttar pradesh.
There is a huge problem of waste disposal, open seewages, public urinals, stray animals outside my house. I would request your team to come and visit us and see the pathetic conditions that we are living into. We have spent thousands of money in getting these waste picked up each time. But we have a basti besides our house built on government railway lands from which they continuously throw wastes on road. There is an empty house right next to my house.. These people have even filled the whole balcony of that house with waste and the person appointed for cleaning the road has even refused to pick it up as it has been filled inside someone's house. On top of it we have to face the problems of factories built right opposite to our door in a residential area.. Even they throw industrial wastes in a residential area. Also, all the shopkeepers nearby and people who pass by... Urinate right opposite to our house... This has built a pathetic situation for us and we are facing adverse health effects.
I beg you sir, please look into this matter and help us as soon as possible.

House no. 337 ambedkar nagar, gujaini, under the ward-74 of zone-05. The residential area of house is 37 sq. Y. The annual assessment of house tax for the year 2018-19 is rs.1806.00 vide bill no. 1756081 dated 05.09.2018, which is more than ceiling rate. The previous assessment of tax is also more assess than normal.
Due to wrong assessment of house tax the balance amount rs. 12000.00 approx is shown in above bill no. Which is need to be correct.
I have already paid rs. 10000.00 as house tax vide receipt dated 14.09.2017.
Hence, please re-assess the house tax on my aforesaid house from 01.04.2008 that i can paid the balance amount of my house tax.

महोदय,
सविनय निवेदन है में 36/2 बी सिद्धार्थ नगर कल्याणपुर कानपुर का निवासी हु हमारे पडोसी का सीवर बहने ऐंव उसके करायेदारों दवारा गंदगी फैलाने के कारण
काफी दिनों से घरो के आस पास सीवर का गन्दा पानी बाह रहा है जिसके कारण बीमारी फैलने का खतरा बना हुआ है और आस पास के छोटे छोटे बच्चो को इन्फेक्शन होने का डर बना हुआ है मैने कई बार इसकी शिकायत मकान मालिक से भी की पर कोई समाधान नही हुआ अतः आपसे विनर्म निवेदन है की आप अतिशीघ् इस समस्या का समाधान करे और कृपया इस गंदगी को रुकवाये या सफाई के संबंध में इनको नोटिस दें |

Dear sir,
Want to inform you that i have faced draining problem last 1month.in my house lane still drain is not completed due to some unwanted issues... Kindly do the needful on urgent basis. Because of that we are unable to survive properly... The whole road is blocked, there is no way to move on... Its highly request you to take some action please...

Dear sir,
There is no arrangement for house to house garbage pickup in the 10/468 khalasi lines area.
There are no garbage bins in the area so that we cannot throw our garbage there.
It seems there is a woman cleaner incharge of this area who hardly ever comes, has sub employed others to sweep the street and demands money for picking up garbage.
We are not opposed to paying for garbage pickup but it needs to be done regularly.
Kindly arrange for this pickup or install bins so we can keep the area clean.

Sir the empty plot from more than 30yrs has become a dumping ground for garbage. This is a well maintained society with this one plot and area around becoming home to several diseases. People nearby are dumping garbage and are not ready to understand the circumstances. I request you to kindly take appropriate actions.

After multiple complaints for blockage sewage lines in basant vihar, naubasta near chitra public school no action are taken.

Person in charge is acting rudely and misutilizing its powers. Unless bribe is not given to him no actions are taken. They always give an excuse by saying that we are busy.

The sewage line is full and causing disease and malaria. It is being requested to take serious action on the above issues and please consider serious action on person in charge for the allegations.

This is for your kind attention, that their is very much need of wastebin's near 10/406, khalasi lane kanpur.
Their is no any other option for nearby residential to throw their waste on the ground.
The surrounding animal's like dog, cow, pig etc, spreads & sprinkle the waste around the lane in search of food, which enters in the sewer lines through the drain water & and the sewer lines. This is our everyday problem.
We already requested jal sansthan regaurding the chocked sewer line which we had tried 4 to 5 times privately, but we failed to clear it & needs a cleaning tanker.
If you allot us the waste bins, we would be relaxed mostly by the everyday problem.
Please be kind enough to take a prompt action, we will be very greatfull to you.

Sir,
This is our humble request, that their is very much need of wastebins at 10/406, khalasi lane kanpur 208001.
Because the nearby residencial had no any other option other than to throw their waste, rubbish, garbage etc directly on the ground.
And then the next scene is that, the animal's at surrounding ie: dog's, cow's pig's etc spread & sprinkle the waste in search of food.
As a result the sprinkled waste enter the sewer line through the drainage line & the sewer line is always chocked.
It is still chocked since past 2 week's & i had already requested jal sansthan
That we had attemted 4-5 effort's privately but we failed.& need's a cleaning tanker on nov-6.
Their was many deangue patient's in past & present including my house, iam very much worried about enfant's & elder's.
I want's to give a unknow permanent releif to nearby residencial
At any coast if you wish to help me privately.

I am resident of block 13, govind nagar just in front of pani ki tanki at nandlal chauraha. These is a grabage container kept just in front of my house. Garbage is kept in the box and outside as well. No van come to pick the box, so on duty sweeper (Lala) lit up fire in garbage and it emit the smoke whole day and we keep inhaling so hazardus smoke.

So request you to arrange pick up of garbage box frequently and strict the sweeper to not to fireup the garbage.

This is subject to the cleanliness and tidiness of kaushalpuri near prem prakash ashram. Just as we enter the lane a lot of dump, waste from the entire locality, broken pots, non degradable material everything is dumped at the entrance of the lane. It makes the locality prone to diseases, infections and the filth makes it impossible to even take a walk in your street. As the construction is going nearby so all the garbage is mixed with the silt n sand. Daily cows n street dogs split the garbage on the road. This gives a reason for germs, diseases and a lot of breeding problems as...

I am living in phokhar pur, lal bangla, pincode -208010, kanpur and its pathetic situation of the roads here, almost 6-7 month ago complete road has been distroyed by the nagar nigam saying that sewar line has to install but we are wondering that how many days/months will take to install it. There is no way to walk even all the dust and garbage is getting increase on the main road day by day. We are facing lots of problem due to this road construction pending so requesting you please do the urgent basis.

I am resident of patrakarpuram, kanpur (Zone-6). Daily i am going to my office from patrakarpuram to lakhanpur and watching that sweepers are burning the garbage even after orders of honourable nagar ayukt. It is very difficult to breate during ride on the road.

Please look the matter and monitor the same as kanpur is already the most polluted city of the country.

This is subject to the cleanliness and tidiness of azad nagar area near nlk disha school. Just as we enter the lane a lot of dump, waste from the entire locality, broken pots, non degradable material everything is dumped at the entrance of the lane. It makes the locality prone to diseases, infections and the filth makes it impossible to even take a walk in your street. All the wild plantation is growing and nobody is bothered to get it cleaned. A cows baby is lying on road since 2 days don't know weather he is dead or not. This gives a reason for germs, diseases and a lot of breeding problems as we know it is the season of mosquitoes. It is a request to get it cleaned not only once but on regular basis and also diwali season is approaching it is not looking neat and tidy. If we ask the municipal sweepers to clean that part, they deliberately ask for money to clean that despite salary being paid to them regularly. And if not given, they dump the entire waste at the entrance of the lane.

This is to inform you that there is lot of garbage infront of my house in vijay nagar near ravi gas godam. Many garbage carriers dump garbage infront of our house. There is a dustbin placed but no one dump garbage in it but they dump in the park infront of our house which led to bad smell and health issues. This is my humble request to you to please take care of the cleanliness of our area and our city. I hope you will accept my request and work for it. Thank you

Here in dayanand vihar indira nagar near the residence of current president ram nath kovind.. Whole lot of garbage is left after shifting the garbage bin.. We have requested nagar nigam so many times via phone but no further enquiry or work has been done yet. Please receiv our enquiry and do something about the garbage and its smell as it is a shame near president residence. Here we are attaching some of the pictures of garbage. Thank you.
